Terrible workmanship - aside from the plastic debris, grease all over my A Pillar and rearview mirror, I noticed the housing that covers the rear view mirror components wasn t on quite right. When I opened it up I found that they had snapped the clip that holds the wiring harness in place. They also snapped the tabs off the housing itself along with putting a big scratch in the plastic.The windshield itself sits at a depression on the passenger side of the car and is above the car body on the drivers side. There also appears to be a small chip already in the edge of the glass.Do not take your car to this location.

Love the customer service, but do not go here if you want to get your windshield replaced in within a month of your appointment time.I had to wait a week because they didn t have the windshield they said they had in stock. Then when I actually went in, they said that it was the wrong windshield, I waited 1 hour walking by the highway to find this out, then they scheduled me for a windshield two weeks later.Two days before my appointment, I was told they didn t have it. One week later, today, I went in for my replacement. They got this windshield directly from the manufacturer. After over an hour sitting by the highway, I m told It is the wrong windshield yet again.Customer service is great but this number of times they have told me to come in and get my windshield when it s not actually there is pretty bad. It s been a month since I first went in to get it fixed, and I ll probably be back in a week or two. They have my VIN and all the necessary information, but I ve wasted hours sitting on the side of the road. I never leave bad reviews but this was just a stressful experience.Again: wonderful customer service, that s why it gets 2 stars instead of 1.Don t blame them for the lack of availability of the part, but rather the fact that they ve gotten me the wrong one multiple times and have had me come in and wait an hour multiple times.Ps. They left their garage key in my cupholder, I didn t realize till I was gone, but that gives you an idea of the level of incompetence there. Pics attached.I ve tried to call to let them know I have it, but all the numbers lead to a bot that tells me to check the website.

Installed a different windshield half a year ago, ended up fixing it later. It was still an inconvenience but whatever. Called today to try to talk to someone, couldn t speak to a representative because they have a machine assisting over the phone. The most horrible way to direct customers. I was understanding until this phone call. Please get rid of the robot and have someone answer your calls.

It was as easier than going grocery shopping. From making the appt on my insurance app to picking it up, no issues at all. It is hard to call the office direct though.

These guys were great and very Friendly and knowledgeable. They did great work.Entrance for this place is on E Henrietta Rd, even tho address is Jefferson Rd.

This site is incompetant. The customer service representative is a joke. I am now on week 4 with an aftermarket windshield that wont pass calibration.No safety features are working and no cruise control. After 4 weeks for a correct windshield this is ridiculous.Do not use this franchise.

They installed a defective windshield. They claimed they would correct the issue. They did not, made several scheduled appointments. They would have an excuse everytime their excuse,damaged replacement, no tech available. Finally after the fourth attempt to replace, It was a no call no show. Horrible experience, I have used Safelite in the past with good results. I will never use them again. My insurance company has reached out for a response from safelite, The manager is MIA. Stay away from this location and save a headache.

Worst place in the world to ever take your car!Had mobile tech replace my windshield.Damaged my rear view mirror cover, and 2 chips in my paint also... 2 days go by before they can see me to investigate...They will deny all wrong doing, and not take any responsibility of anything.And you will invest way more time and money than they are worth dealing with.Drive somewhere else to get your glass replaced!This location should be shut down because all i see and hear are negative things about this location.Definately not someplace anyone would look forward going to... yet they will regret it instead!Beware of safelite!!!!

My Hyundai was vandalized for a second time recently. Fortunately, it was only a window this time. Safelite did the job quickly, with complete transparency every step of the way. Everyone was courteous and kind. They made a bad situation bearable.

terrible. cancelled last minute due to chance of rain- on a 0% chance of rain day! unbelievable. then couldn t get another appointment. or a return call. never dealt with such unprofessional people.

Very happy with the service and professional beyond professional staff here. I had a windshield replaced there in August and then in December noticed a leak which I assumed was from the seal. I brought the car in no questions asked. Turns out it was blocked drain tubes in the roof - not the seal. The specialist showed me the problem and fixed it for me for free on the spot. I would have needed a whole new appointment to get it fixed someplace. The front desk was also very friendly and helpful. Overall very happy!Service: Auto windshield leak repair

I was blown away at their speed, but got home to find a few small cosmetic scratches on my windshield within 2 hours if window change. Not that I care much as it's barely noticeable. Had free snacks in lobby!!

You can t speak to a person. When you call It just keeps hanging up making you go to the website-which also sucks. If your questions or problem isn t in their drop down menu you re screwed

Very nice staff, they replaced my windshield and calibrated it within an hour. They even gave me some new velcro for my EZPass. I would visit them again (hopefully not soon though).

Insurance company referred us to safelite for a broken windshield. We were able to schedule a drop off appointment for the next day. Safelite called us shortly after booking the appointment to confirm details as well as sent a text message with appointment reminder and details. The windshield was replaced on time and done well. I had cracks in the windshields of two of my vehicles. I decided to get them repaired before it got any colder and cracks got worse... I went to Safelite s website and filled out the information and made next-day appointments at my home and work for both vehicles in less than 10 minutes!!Mobile Technicians came as scheduled and completed the work professionally and efficiently. I received text messages updating me of their status.Safelite s easy website scheduling, excellent customer service, and their handling everything with my insurance made this experience the best!Highly recommended and will return as a customer.

Second time they have had the wrong part for my car second time it took them over 40 min to realize after I had dropped the car off. Maybe third times a charm!? Idk this is awful experience- extremely frustrating. I m sorry I understand lol what does that do? Nothing.

They were easy to work with through my insurance carrier and immediately scheduled an appointment time. I was kept informed of the appointment and expected time of arrival. The installer was courteous, professional, and explained what he was doing and what I shouldn't do immediately after installation.. I was very pleased with the whole process.

From start to finish Safelite AutoGlass staff were easy to work with, very friendly and helpful. There are a lot of times when you need to get something fixed and you have to wait a week or a handful of days. I called and an appointment was set up for me the very next day; less than 24 hours! The representative who helped me set up the appointment was very pleasant and cheerful and made scheduling the appoint so easy. I was even outside when I called and it ended up getting windy so I offered to go back inside to hep her hear me better and she told me not to worry but to enjoy the nice weather and she would work through the wind. I received a confirmation of the appointment, I received info on the person showing up to do the work and then on the day of the person fixing my windshield was a little ahead of schedule so he called to see if he could come work on my car early! He came right to my work, he was very understanding of the fact that I was at work and waited until I could run out to unlock my car and flexible with how he'd give me the info afterwards if I couldn't come back out when he was done. He changed the windshield quickly and the glass was very clean when he was done. He also took the time to switch over not only my car registration and inspection stickers but he also moved over my oil change reminder. It was a very easy and pleasant experience and I would recommend Safelite to anyone that needs repairs done.

This is a great place. The mechanic was polite, professional, and had my cracked window replaced in less than 30 minutes. The woman at the front desk, Carol I believe, was also very polite and professional. She helped me communicate with my insurance, and even called them herself. In the end, she was able to get the repair fully covered and I paid nothing out of pocket. The entire process took under an hour, I would definitely go back and recommend them to others.

I'm giving them 3 stars only because their technician, Erick, gave great service. Unfortunately the scheduling and managing of their customers appointments so their technicians are on time and not overbooked is another issue. The company needs to immediately render this issue,Technician, Daniel, was originally scheduled to fulfill my appointment and I was give a general time of 12-5 pm. Well by 4 pm with no contact from tech I called company to see if he should have been there between those hours or if 5 pm was the last appointment so I I knew when they were coming. They didn't have a clue and asked for my phone # to call me back. After 20 minutes later and no call I contacted them again to be told they were sending someone w/in the next 20-30 minutes. The tech they asked to do it was over an hour away and couldn't get to me until after 6:30 pm.The only part of this experience that was good was the kindness of the employee, Erick, to go over and beyond by making sure that I was taken care of today as promised.

Scheduled an appointment 24 hours in advance and they had a windshield replacement done in an hour. Techs were polite and friendly and did a great job. The clarity is much better than before and there don't seem to be any problems, plus it was the cheapest place around.

Insurance company sent me to which was a horrible experience. Windshield was replace in a timely fashion to pick up and find they hadn t cleaned up after themselves. Then after looking the vehicle over more found scratches around the windshield caused from installation. Had to fight for store supervisor to take responsibility for the teams actions even after lead tech said this was something they did. Had to take vehicle to a shop a few doors down because that s who they said does their repairs. That shop had my car and did a horrible job to were he needed to fix his work multiple times before I couldn t take it anymore. The quote I was given about their work from safelite was they do ok work . That s exactly all they are capable of and I will have to have another shop fix the work they did out of my own pocket. Very disappointed in the overall experience and the customer service received. I really hope they don t continue to do business like this as no one should be treated in this kind of way.

Went to safelite on Jefferson RD for a windshield repair just to have them crack my new windshield and then have my mirror fall off while driving. I called the guy and they said: we can t control the quality of our glass. And the guy told me you re fine to drive without a mirror I do it all the time. So let this be a warning not to go to this location. The damage they created was far worse than what I went in for.Service: Auto windshield repair

My tech was awesome super professional, made me feel super confident about my new windshield. He also explained the warranty and everything else I needed to know about the work being done. He also made sure I got that partial refund due to you guys not able to make the "Early Bird" one.

I used them for getting my windshield replaced on my sedan. The process was smooth, starting from my insurance company site to theirs, online booking, follow up call from them, appointment duration, and completion.Highly recommend due to knowledgeable, adaptable, experienced staff with a positive attitude.

Service tech provided professional, high quality service. He was also very efficient and accommodating with scheduling.I scheduled mobile service but was unable to keep the appt due to rain. They were able to schedule me for same day service at the shop instead. I appreciated that immensely.

Hard to find, no one in the office for the first 10 minutes I was there and then they said they couldn't help me. UPDATE; Don't waste your time with them, called Glass America came right out replaced my windshield. 45 minutes from start to finish and only cost $268.00.

Not only did I have to wait a week for my window to get fixed, but then after the wait they came with THE WRONG WINDOW and now I have to wait another week. Making it a 2 week wait. Considering the fact that they crash wrapped it on 2 separate occasions, you would think they would use their brain and put down that they had the wrong window written down.
