I would give zero stars. Didn't pick up the phone nor was anyone in the shop. Door open but no one comes ever. I made an appointment with the person on the phone and I had to tell him my name and number for the appointment, I knew that was a sign. Unprofessional you can tell. So the day of my appointment of course no one there

Javier is nice as a person and honest with his work, if your problems isn t fix you can always go back and he ll help you out.

They squeezed my car in on a busy day, and they were very nice about it....and it ended up being less than quoted, and Javier was honest about it. I was very impressed with the speed of the work.

I take my car to RPM for everything. They are honest, and fix everything on time. I have never had a mechanic that I could trust fully like I do with them. My grandson went there because his car was running hot they said it was the thermostat so he replaced it and we paid, but the car is still running hot to me that was a rip off.
