I love the way my tint turned out by Rochester Car Care. The product quality is outstanding and exceeded my expectations. Their customer service was responsive, professional, and honesty about everything. I will be scheduling an appointment to bring my wifes car in next. I highly recommend this business.

Colin was absolutely superb throughout the entire process. I doubt I ll get customer service that dedicated again within the next year. The work, communication, and overall quality of product/install was totally worth every single penny.

I drove my brand new hummer directly from the Canandaigua Dealer to Rochester Car Care to have it completely PPF wrapped and ceramic coated. They did an unbelievable job, and their attention to detail is unmatched. If you re thinking about having any work done on your vehicle, you have to go talk to John he is so knowledgeable and won t oversell you and his team there is absolutely incredible!!!

Got my windows tinted 5%. Very fast and quality job, all the windows were cut perfectly and the quality of the XPEL Tint is incredible compared to the 3M stuff I have had on my other cars. Extra thanks to Mike who gave great advice for taking off very old deteriorated film from the previous owner.

This was my first time working with Rochester Car Care. The team I met with was SUPERB! From my very first phone call with Aaliyah - who was professional and knowledgeable - she put me in touch with John and Mike. They were absolutely fantastic! I can't say enough about them. I never felt rushed when they answered my questions about their services. They were incredibly knowledgeable and DETAILED when reviewing the various options I had and thoroughly explained why one choice might be better than another, based on my needs.And they were AMAZINGLY patient and gracious with their schedule - bending over backwards to be flexible to accommodate me when my car's availability unexpectedly changed last minute. They were efficient, and the finished product with my car looks spectacular! They did a PHENOMENAL job - I am so glad I trusted them with my car!!!Thank you to everybody at Rochester Car Care!
