I went to buffalo rd location love this place ! Josh was very welcoming and informative. He sold me a car within minutes. He answered all my questions and made sure I was leaving feeling comfortable with whatever car I chose. Would definitely recommend Rochester auto loft and Josh for any future veichles !

My names Jordan, I am now a proud owner, and am paying on my first Chevy Silverado. I was in need of some work. Louie the mechanic at buffalo road, went above and beyond. These people really do care about the safety and conditions of their vehicles. If something s wrong, which you d have to expect out of a used vehicle. Louie will ensure you re taken care of. GREAT GUY! GREAT PLACE!

Louie in service was great!! Dropped my car off this morning for something wrong with the front end and he drove it around the block with me and took care of the problem same day!! He was really nice and honest. Thanks so much Louie!!

These garbage human beings sold me a truck for $20,000 that should ve been worth about five that has been breaking down left and right they re about to get hit with a serious lawsuit because unlike most of the people that go here I can actually afford to sue them, so I cannot wait to take all that sweet money that they ve stolen from you guys and put it to better use because I m coming for all of it on behalf of everyone that you ve ripped off you re welcome you could ve played ball and actually fix my truck but no, you didn t so Here we are. Oh, and on top of that, they bait and switched me out and it was supposed to have my brother as a cosigner on my car loan and then when I get there they literally make it to where I m not even on the loan and it s just my brothers name and never even mentioned it to me and he s a cop so Wait until the attorneys get rid of that I m going to file the paperwork today. I m tired of waiting around in these SCAM ARTISTS

DO NOT GO HERE or to any other Rochester auto loft this place is a scam !! This is the old bob hoffman do your research before going here dont make the same mistake I did. They take THOUSANDS of dollars from you & hide while they work on the car or order parts , they are not honest about their cars especially to us single mothers . Also as quick as they take your money they don t return it just save yourself the trouble!!

These guys Louis Erick and the owner dont know nothing about cars they sold me a 2020 trax non safety in less then 4 month its been 4 check engine lights not being fixed they just erased them and the air conditoner not even working from the car. If you trying to buy a car this is the worst place you can find

Scammers... Want ur money but then sell u a rust bucket then tell u u can't test drive it til u get insurance. Then they duck u around when u want it money back because they won't let u get what u originally wanted and put $$ down for.
