Great experience, other than the fact that I had to have my windshield replaced in the first place. Very pleasant on the phone, I was able to schedule around my work schedule, and the work was completed quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice people! I called a different place 1st, they couldn't get the job done until August 9th. I couldn't wait 6 days with my car window being smashed and completely open. My first phone call to Rochester auto glass the receptionist was so friendly and helpful, she said they could get it done in an hour and 15 minutes. I set an appointment for 11:00am (in 1 hour) that was awesome enough but I got a little delayed and had to call and let them know I was running a little late, the receptionist said, "No problem take your time." Then when I got there they took my car in immediately and were finished with it in 30 minutes. I was shocked, the whole process was so easy they made a rough start to my day so much easier and stress free. These technicians at Rochester auto glass are under appreciated and not given enough credit. Rochester Auto Glass & Mirror are my heros, I will NOT go anywhere else. Thank you guys so much!. I will recommend you to anyone and everyone I know who needs glass.

My rear view mirror cane off of the windshield and I needed it fixed. They were able to not only get me in the same day but also get it done quickly and at a very reasonable price. The staff is very nice. I will definitely come back and refer them to others. Thank you!

Had my window smashed. Was told by everyone else more than a week. They made it happen in 4 days. They got the glass over the weekend and finished the job AHEAD of schedule. They were very nice and friendly and honest.

Fast and friendly service with reasonable prices. Couldn't ask for anything more! Called on Monday, and the replacement window arrived on Wednesday. Very quick installation. Do not go to this place !! Everything that is cheap is cheap for a reason . I went to get my windshield replaced and they totally botched it . After I get it replaced I m driving down the road and the plastic that goes along the side of the window is flapping in the wind . I look to see why and I see all 5 screws are broken off in the holes . So they must have just ripped the dam thing off then set it there . I called and the lady said they usually glue them back on , to come in and they ll fix it . Well I taped it down but it flew away anyway . Then I look in my car and theres glass everywhere. My windshield wasn t even shattered so don t ask me how they managed that . Adding to this my mom just got pulled over in my car these ppl switched inspection stickers on me . My moms now getting a misdemeanor charge because of them .Service: Auto windshield replacement

They try to take you for a fool they told me two hundred for a Glass window and then turned around and tried to give it to me for Three Bad Business

I am pleased with the quick and efficient service! I hot a pole and my passenger mirror come off. The unit was still attached and I came to them to fix the glass and it was less than $30! Thank you so much!

Went Saturday and told me be there today 21Jun21 at 1500 be done by 1600. Guess what done before even after the gentleman helped a guy with his window. All around 5 star service!!!!

This is the mom and pop store that I was referring to that hooked me up. I rolled in, they found the right mirror template and they made me one in two minutes. This quick fix was cheap and I was very satisfied,no worries.

Didnt have any work done there..I called n they were supposed to call me back 3 days in a row to make n appt to get my car back glass fixed n never called me..
