NEGATIVE 100 IF I COULD. I HAD A VERY COMMON SOUNDING NOISE RELATED TO EITHER BRAKES OR ROTORS. I BRING MY CAR HERE. I GET A CALL 10 MINUTES LATER THAT MY BRAKES AND ROTORS ARE FINE AND THEY"THINK" IS A REAR DIFF ISSUE AND I SHOULD GET A SECOND OPINION. I THEN WALKED TO GET MY CAR I SAID WHAT DO YOU MEAN. MY BRAKES AND ROTORS ARE FINE? THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE SAID YES. I SAID SO YOUR SAYING IS THE REAR DIFF? THEY SAID"WELL WE DONT KNOW THAT'S WHY WE SUGGEST A SECOND OPINION. I STILL WAS NOT OK WITH THAT SO AFTER A COUPLE MORE QUESTIONS THE TRUTH CAME OUT.. HE SAID "YEAH WE WOULD WOULD JUST RATHER NOT DEAL WITH IT" LIKE WHAT? HE SAID WE WOULD JUST RATHER NOT DO THE WORK. WENT TO MY NORMAL SHOP AS I SHOULD HAVE AND THE BRAKE PADS WERE BEYOND LOW.DON'T COME HERE PEOPLE.!!!!!! Let me add when I called to let them know he said we'll my mechanic said pads were ok. ????? Then says well I didn't charge you for anything. WELL WHAT THE HELL WOULD YOU CHARGE ME FOR. ??????? LOSERS

Had a series of flat tires recently and ended up needing a tow from work to a dealer to fix the issue. AAA contacted Ridgway Sunoco to pick up my car. Greg from Sunoco was here within 15 minutes after getting off the phone with AAA and was very kind, he took time to ask me what problem I was having with the car and seemed to care that I was having troubles. He had already taken time to find my car in the parking lot and explained that he would take care of everything else to get it to my dealership so that I could go back to work. Thank you to Ridgeway Sunoco and Greg for the prompt help and reliable service!

Started coming here after the millionth, AAA call for my mom's car. They've always fit me in much faster than her dealer and put up with me always running a few minutes behind and the myriad of issues with my rust bucket. They've always been honest, kind and even funny when the situation comes about. I love coming here as much as one could possibly love having to get something fixed, and I will continue being a customer as long as the building is standing. 10/10 service, reasonable prices and the very best scheduling I've ever seen.

Ridgeway Sunoco Accepted my Triple A (AAA) REQUEST for a tow over two hours ago.They didn't answer line 1 or line 2 and I left a VM on both lines to return my call.I understand an extended wait due to a Weather Advisory. WHAT I DONT GET IS THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION. THAT TO ME IS KEY. THERE IS ZERO EXCUSE FOR THE LACK OF COMMUNICATING. AND WHEN I CALLED A 3RD TIME THEY ANSWERED. Thanks for returning the call prior to that.... NOT!!!! Get it together. This way of business is hands down pathetic.

Very satisfied with the vehicle inspection that they did on my 1973 Buick Centurion. I have taken this car there for at least the last 30 years for servicing. Great and friendly customer service. I had my tires ordered and installed with them and the price was very reasonable compared to other places. They were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule so I could get my car back on the road with very minimal downtime. Highly recommended!

Oil change was simple and fast. Still got misgendered though, and the only place that day that happened. I wasn't gonna say anything of course. Think your lgbtqia+ badge might need to be downgraded to just a g badge tbh. If you didn't have one I probably would have given five stars. I guess only men have their cars worked on? Or is it too masculine to dress for the weather? Whatever. Picture for reference

No concerns with the repair work performed. The techs are skilled and seem to take pride in their craft. The cost to complete the job was very reasonable. Will definitely use this garage again.

What an amazing company. My car was towed there due to engine damage. The staff there are very professional and knowledgeable what they are doing. All tho my engine did not get work done there they worked with me until I found what to do with my car. If I had my choice it would have stayed there for all the work to be done on it. ( Found out after it could have stayed right the whole time.) Thanks to the dealership for not telling that. This place a has definitely earned my business if and when I ever get my car back. I required my headlight change and it requires taking bumper off. Ridgeway said No problem where I had asked at least 5 other business and was told No. They had it done and ready in time stated! Awesome service and personal touch.

These guys were absolutely incredible! Jason and Nick were super friendly and inviting . Ricky was the bomb .com! Definitely going back to see him again! Normally I m nervous some mechanic shops are just in it for the money . But not theses guys , they are genuine and here for the people . Had my mustang towed in - no start, suspected I wasn't getting fuel. They confirmed I had a dead fuel pump and replaced it. Saved me from a repair I most definitely did not want to do myself. Too much of a hassle. Service was quick and at the front desk, Jason the service manager is very friendly and professional and the gentleman at the cashiers desk is a very friendly guy. Thanks for the service, guys. I will definitely keep you in mind for any car needs I have.

This place saved my day when I was stranded. My car broke down after four 12-hour night shifts. AAA could only guarantee a tow truck by 7pm. Fortunately, I was just able to get my car here. Everyone was amazing and so straight forward about what I needed without trying to upsell me like some places. They even prioritized my repairs, knowing my situation. The manager was able to get the parts I needed from local sources. I got the impression that he had a great relationship with nearby parts shops. He also seemed to know a lot of the customers personally. I only wish they were closer to where I live so I could be a repeat customer, but I will definitely be back if I have a car issue in the Rochester area. The superhero logo couldn't be more appropriate for these guys!Service: General repairs & maintenance

My vehicle was in the shop for 6 months! My vehicle a 2018 grand cherokee jeep had engine problems. He and the team fixed all of them ! (Would have been out sooner unfortunately wasn t Due to another company.) Very well taken cared of by Jason and his team . He answered all my questions and explained things to me whenever I called. (Which was a lot ). He also didn t charge me for putting a thermostat in . Which I truly appreciated. Great customer service I would recommend ridge way Sunoco to anyone! I m 72 years old from Syracuse NY. I was on 390 going to pick up my daughter at Union Hospital after back surgery. My car started really shaking. I was in a panic. I found myself at Ridgeway Sunoco. Greeted by a great guy in the parking lot. At that point the car was hardly moving. He said to go inside and he was sure Jason would be able to help me. Really? He sounded so confident. I told Jason my problem. He ordered parts, had them delivered and my car was ready to go in less than 2 hours! I knew he was missing his lunch, but just kept working for me to get this done. I still can t get over the positive service not just from one employee, but all employees. Nice lady from the back office came out and offered to help me get my cell phone plugged in. Had a nice conversation with another employee and mention they prioritize and try to help those that need it. I have never been so astonished by customer service at this level. I thought I d have to leave my car, get a rental and come back to Rochester. None of that was true because somehow I found myself at Ridgeway. Oh , by the way an elderly gentleman came in for an inspection on the wrong day. They quickly said that s ok , take a seat we ll take care of you.Rochester is so lucky to have this kind of business they can count on. Audi Q5 exhaust pipe disconnected from catalytic converter pipe which was dragging. Had the car towed to Ridgeway Sunoco on a Sunday. They were able to repair the vehicle the next day at an unexpected low price for a foreign car. I was extremely pleased.
