Assuming from the previous reviews this company has went down hill as of RECENT. This is the worst service I ve ever experienced in my life. Trust the other reviews and save yourself the time and the headache. Driver said he would show up at 5, showed up at 5:30 which conflicted with my schedule. Driver then says he ll be back later at 6:30 when I called he said he didn t want to do it anymore but would do it in the morning. I call in the morning and I m told to meet at 9:50. I show up at 9:37 and still at 9:50 no trace of the tow truck. I call again at 10:15 giving him some leeway. The receptionist says he s been there since before 10 which is literally impossible. I even called the owner to the building it s parked in and even he confirmed there was no tow truck. Save yourself the time and headache with this company. You may pay more somewhere else but it seems like you ll be paying more anyway because they just play games and waste time. Also to note, the receptionist is terrible. I called to speak to the manager because at this point the situation is out of hand but she claims that she s the manager which I highly doubt because she doesn t have many thoughts in her head but hey, maybe she is. Regardless she s terrible, hanging up on customers when your driver isn t there is crazy and just bad business. Reprimand him, not people who actually need things towed and are pressed for time. And before you reply to this with no accountability. YOURE the issue. The driver is clearly lying.

This company sucks. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt; however, the communication skills are terrible. If we give our information to your dispatch and you arrive at a destination, you should be able to assure your customer about your whereabouts. The dispatcher was very rude. Driver came late twice and never communicated . Horrible experience.

My wife called to have our son's car towed from our driveway and was told it would be 3 hours before someone could come out. She scheduled the appointment and after 3 hours no one showed up. She called to find out when they would be here and the receptionist was extremely rude and defensive, telling my wife that the driver showed up and called her phone but she didn't answer. My wife works from how and our home office is directly in front of our driveway. When my wife stated that no one showed up, the receptionist just repeated "my driver was there" and told my wife to call someone else and my wife hung up. Then in this review section they decide to spread lies about the call and speculate about the condition of my son's car. The car actually does not run (imagine that!) and it was undrivaeable (deal breaker I guess), those are the types of cars that most tow truck companies tow, in my experience. Apparently the trucks owned by this company only tow running cars... okay, that's fine.If I could give zero stars I would. I recommend that you spend your hard-earned money elsewhere, specifically with a company that's more empathetic, wants your business and doesn't relish in shaming customers for their reviews... using the comment section like political Twitter. We actually did spend our money elsewhere... we gave our $125 worth of business to Elonoc Towing. Good luck.

If I could give a zero I would. I called to schedule a tow. They said it was a three hour wait. I waited three hours + and called back only to speak with someone who said the tow truck came and no one was there so they left. Absolutely not true!! I was home the entire time. No one came at all! What a waste of time!Update: in response to the complete lie that the owner posted below: my car was NOT in parts and I WAS truthful when I called and stated the car will not start and out of curiosity, how would you have known that if I didn t tell you myself when I called? I also DID NOT call any other tow company prior because this company had 5 stars which is a complete mystery to me. However, after hearing that they weren t coming I called another tow company that was here within 30 minutes and towed the car without any issues. So please stop making up stories to make up for your poor service!

They made a rough day much easier. Came within 1 hour of being called (called on Saturday, 12 pm) and TJ was courteous, quick, and informative. Car loaded in 10 minutes and brought from Greece to East Rochester. Hope to never need their services again, but they will be my first call if I do!Service: Local haulingService: Local hauling

I only went in for an oil change but they got me in and out. I dropped off my car last night and they had it ready at 7:45AM. Price was competitive and on par with other providers. They didn't try to 'upsell' me or tell me anything else needed to be done. Friendly, quick and efficient.

Service and prices are great but hours of operation takes a bit of guess work (they say 24/7 but that doesn't mean you can just call in a schedule an appointment whenever). Staff could be a little bit more friendly.

I believe Dennis was the name of the gentleman that gave me a tow. He was awesome and went above and beyond to try to get my truck started before towing it. Awesome guy and was there super quick.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Absolutely can not say enough about how happy we have been with Kerhaert's as our mechanic! Came in with a flat tire expecting to need to buy two new tires for the truck and they repaired my flat tire instead

I highly recommend everyone to use a different towing company. They ripped and broke my front bumper. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. When I asked to speak to manager they called the police on me. I tried to make a police report, but greece police is very corrupt, and I believe they use them for their towing needs. PAY THE EXTRA MONEY, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE , WELL WORTH THE HEADACHE!! My car was damaged by tow truck. And the greece chief of police resigned due to dwi. And it seems like this company has a reply for everything. Even if they are wrong, they are in thr right according to greece police. Like I said very unprofessional.

Wow! I had an excellent experience using Ray Kerhaert's towing. Easy scheduling, easy payment and very reasonable price.They picked up/dropped off my vehicle on time, as promised.I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Not the cheapest out there but not the most expensive either. The service was great though, they were quick and efficient and very helpful with my situation. The driver dropped my car off at dealership and left my keys in the dropbox with a note. I would use them again.

Only guys we use for big truck towing! Service is exceptional & timely. They come highly recommended from me! Plus even if u call other places many will just refer u here anyway. I think peer recommendations says a lot

Words can not express how grateful I am for having these guys tow me after having a breakdown on the highway! The gentleman who picked me up was such a kind and personable person. I was very comfortable in riding to the shop with him (which can be hit or miss when you're a lady - let's be honest lol) and he was very prompt in showing up and hitching my truck. It only took 15 mins for him to show up after making the call! The level of professionalism he displayed was insurmountable and definitely appreciated. Awesome company and super cool tow trucks!

I have been taking all of my vehicles to Kerheart's Garage for more than 25 years. Let's face it. Mechanics are typically about as trustworthy as politicians. The entire staff at Kerheart's Garage are professional, fair, and HONEST. I will never go anywhere else. I cannot say enough about this business. Just watched one of the tow guys pull into the driveway of my apartment building (private residence) in Honeoye NY (8/16/22 at 1:10 pm) to turn around while I had my dog tied up in it while taking care of my garden. No consideration for those of us living here.

Sorry. I ve dealt with a few garages and towing services over the years. I plow for my holding company, with a truck that s 12 years old and they have come through with towing and service time after time. The truck, miraculously, gave me ZERO problems this past winter AFTER they serviced it. Kerharts is one of the best places to take your vehicle. Or in my cases have it taken there

Brandon came out tonight to Leicester, NY after my POS Volvo broke down for the second time in 4 hours.He arrived quickly, considering where he was coming from, and towed me all the way back to our home terminal, no questions asked.He was knowledgeable, polite and professional.I highly recommend Kerhaerts

Tow driver demanded more money out of pocket said he would take it back to where I broke down. Mind you insurance coverd everything. Not to mention the owner will argue with you claiming he's right and you are wrong. Very "professional" and like i said there is the owners trying to defend what happend lol don't do business with them if you care about honesty or your moneyService: Car towing

Excellent service from the front desk to the mechanic that's doing the work on your vehicle, I'm 59 years old I've been to many places and I always come back to kerhaert's. Fast service, quality work, fairly priced.

When a mechanic you don't know says "It will cost $800 if you want to get the work done, but I don't think you should, it will probably be more trouble than it is worth", then a beautiful relationship is formed.

Fast service does not have a contract with AAA so they get to you alot faster. I would recommend to anyone in need of a tow
