The owner is the father of one of my former students. When I was complaining about my 10 year-old car, she mentioned in class that her dad did great auto-body repair work. I'm so glad she reccomended, PROfection because my car has never looked so amazing and it was VERY reasonable.I was backed into in a parking lot by a company car. Josh, not only worked around my schedule for the repair, he went above and beyond to ensure that the company had all the right paperwork they needed to approve the repair in an efficient manner. I have to say how thankful and impressed I am!

Big shoutout to Josh for doing an amazing job with the repair I got done. I was involved in a collision recently with my Lexus and Profection Auto Body was amazing with the work they performed. They made my vehicle look all new and made the work look like nothing ever happened. Josh was also amazing as he has a great experience working on these kinds of cars and knew everything he was doing. Josh also took his time to make sure everything was done perfectly and free of any mistakes and errors. I also appreciate Josh for providing regular update in regards to the status of the repair. Very easy to work with and reasonably priced! We were able to discuss different ways to have some body work done for my car and I was able to choose the service option that fit my budget. The repairs ended up being excellent and it was reassuring to know that they stand by their work, no matter how simple and challenging the job may be.

My husband and I are incredibly impressed by Josh's workmanship on our Lexus RX330. The rear was hit by a tractor trailer while it was parked. We thought it was hopeless to bring it back to how it was before the accident but Josh did an amazing job! We are so grateful for him! Very satisfied clients here! We highly recommend Profection for your auto body needs! Thanks again, Josh! You're awesome!

I had my insurance claim fulfilled here. Hit a deer. The owner and his crew are stand up guys! Not one detail overlooked to make my car look better than it did before. They went above and beyond what was asked, even after the work was done. I'd definitely refer these guys to anyone in need of body work. Thanks guys! Great job!

I stopped in for an estimate. Josh took time out of his busy day to see me and talk over details. I immediately felt comfortable and we set a date to bring the vehicle in. Update to follow.... UPDATE...Our car looks good as new. I'm very happy with the job Josh and his crew did. It was finished when promised and within our budget. Josh is professional and honest. I would highly recommend Profection Auto Body.

The rocker panels on my '09 Ram were starting to rust and bubble. I wanted to get them repaired before it got any worse. This collision shop was in my old neighborhood and they always did great work on my previous vehicles so I called em up not realizing it was a new owner. I'm very pleased with that choice. Josh and crew did a great job at an affordable price. I definitely recommend his services.

Josh took good care of me, professional work for a great price. Only took 4 days too, compared to weeks at other shops. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their car back into shape. Billy and the younger guy were cool too, even helped me with a flat I was having on my rear passenger tire. Will be bringing my other car in soon for some touch ups

100% satisfaction!! Would highly recommend them! I unfortunately had a really bad experience at another shop last year and was nervous where to go. My friend recommended PROfection and I m so happy I went with them! Great customer service and communication. Car was done in excellent time only took a couple days and it s came out looking great! He painted my hood, bumper and fixed a rust spot on my door it looks flawless, I m so happy. Not only that but they realized that I had a taillight out and fixed that for me as well. Both of them are very personable and put a lot of effort into helping me out. It s kinda in a weird location but don t let that discourage you they do excellent work and for a very reasonable price! Thanks guys

Took my care here after being sideswiped on the Thruway and having a door and rear quarter panel damaged. After spending a few minutes talking with Josh the owner, it was clear he was knowledgeable and wanted to achieve the highest quality work while not breaking the bank. His prices are very reasonable. Even with parts availability issues, he completed our work on time and on budget, and the quality was fantastic (used an OEM door even). They were far less expensive than the big collision shops, but the quality was at least as good, if not better than you would get anywhere else. You're also spoken to like a human and not a number. And if something isn't perfect, they see to it that it is made right. I wouldn't hesitate to come back myself or send anyone I know to PROfection for paint and body work. Profection auto body deserves a 100 star top rating. They are awsome. My 2008 Honda had very deep scratches over 70% of the car. I met Josh and within minutes knew he was the man for the job. He is highly professional with a great attitude and talent. He and his crew repaired the damage plus 5 moderate dents for a reasonable price. In painting he perfectly matched the original color! My 14 year old car now looks brand new. I highly recommend Profection Auto Body!Service: Body & Trim

When we hit a deer, we had no idea what all was involved. These guys were tremendous, ordering the parts we needed, and restoring our front end as good as new. These guys went above and beyond, even staying past closing in order to get our car back to us. I pray that we will never need this service again, but if we do, Profection will definitely get the call.Service: Paint repair

Josh was great. did a lot of body work for my 2002 Silverado, from hood refinish, to painting over a pushed in bumper, too small touch ups. The name of the place speaks for its self. Billy is truly a professional. They did a beyond amazing job on my car. He made the process as easy as he could, you can tell he wants nothing but the best work for his clients. He went out of his way to deliver my car and not only that he made sure it was delivered nice and clean! You could NEVER guess my car was completely totaled on the right rear side. Looks brand new! If you are looking for GOOD quality work this is the place. Thank you so much, keep up the great work.

Billy and Josh did a AMAZING and PROFESSIONALLY job. They are very PRO and very perfectionist!! If you want your car to look as NEW. We highly recommend them to do your cars. I couldn t not describe how this car look!! It like like brand new car that came out of the dealership. SERIOUSLY!!! they are that GOOD and the BEST!! We would go back to them for future references!! These guys are the best. Had paint correction on my Honda Pilot and the blend was superior (pearl white). Turnover time was very minimal and I was more then satisfied. Need your car custom or painted just because - these are the guys to get it done.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Had to get my windshield replaced and was dreading the whole process of getting it fixed, but these guys made it painless!!My car was picked up at my place of employment and was finished within a couple hours! Bonus points: When my car was delivered, they had it washed and cleaned the interior!Billy and Josh did an over the top job, going way beyond the call of duty! If I have any future issues I will most definitely be returning!

Had a deep, long scratch down the side my new car. Billy and PROfection recommended by my mechanic. They did a fantastic job, I cannot see any indication there was ever a problem. Quick estimate and very clean work, no dust or mess inside car. Will recommend to others.

If I could give this business a 10 * I would but there's only five star selection. they gave me an estimate for my 2016 Subaru Impreza that was hundreds cheaper than the other estimates I had gotten. they told me how long it would take and when I went to pick it up they not only did all the work to perfection, including the curb scraps on 3 of the rims, but had the entire inside and outside dolled up better than the day I picked it up New with only 7 miles on it, nice job Billy and Josh. I give you two 10 stars . I will be back .

I was very pleased with the workmanship and customer service at PROfection Auto body. I was promised my car would be fixed by Friday, and sure enough, it was all ready. Their prices are reasonable and my car looks good as new! Would highly recommend taking your car there.

Josh is amazing and beautiful job!!! He repainted the front bumper on my husband's BMW 535i. We are pretty picky about having our BMWs looking nice...as they should be. Thanks Josh we will be back with the 1997 BMW 540 to repaint the whole car.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Phenominal service. The team was very attentive and understanding. I love how they were able to tear the vehicle apart for the adjuster. When the adjuster came in they were able to provide a great estimate for them and the vehicle was done really quickly. They work hand in hand with Geico which was great because it meant things were going to get done faster. They know their laws well enough to let you know if your being ignored by the opposite insurance company. They were accomadating and even drove us home. I am very impressed with the service.We even stopped in the midst of them repairing our Jeep, and they did not hesistate one bit to let me see the vehicle. Any place that allows you to do this, is not only proud of their work, but have nothing to hide.I highly reccomend this auto body shop.

Easy to work with. Provided a quick, yet very detailed estimate. Great communication throughout the process. On top of the that, the price was lower than other estimates and the work was very high quality. It's obvious everyone who works at PROfection takes pride in their work. I definitely recommend this to anyone in need of auto body work!

I took my 1931 ford model A open wheel street rod to these guys.The car is by far my personal gem and have had it painted 3 times prior to these guys getting their hands on it . All three times prior i was not satisfied with the quality of what others had done.This time i had decided that i would go with HOK paint and wanted to have experienced professionals to do it the way it should be done!I met with these guys and explained my concerns and wants, i found both gentlemen to be ocd to say the least, with that i have never met painters who were so concerned about quality of their work, this impressed me and i gave them the job.I had stopped by the shop a few times as an eager car owner would ( probably drove them nuts) but they always welcomed me and gave a detailed explanation of what they were doing and why.I picked my car up last night and when i walked in the door i was in complete awe of how perfect the car looked, i then inspected the car while they were there, i could not find one thing that wasn't just absolutely perfect .I cant stop staring at this car with a cat who ate the canary smile, I am so happy with this thing it brings me such joy to finally have this thing perfect!!I believe it's their OCD , that brought this car to the finish line with 5 stars!These guys have integrity and a sense of pride in their work, you just cant find this in today's society.First i would like to thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for doing such an incredible job on my baby, i'm still just in awe with it.As far as recommendation, They have my full and complete backing and my word of a man that the job will be done right. It's my belief that Pro fection auto body will be the next Big thing !!!!!!The name Pro fection auto body is a very fitting one!!Guys again Thank You and good luck in all your future endeavors
