Highly recommend Mark. I was his first appointment on a Saturday morning and he got right to work on my truck. By himself! The truck came out 2.5 hours later looking like new after a long time of neglect. Thanks man... I appreciate local small businesses like yours.

Brought my 2012 Suburban in for some much needed TLC. It came back looking like they swapped mine with one off the lot! I had no idea just how much the sun had affected the paint over the years until I saw how it looked after this detail. Take the time to learn how the sun affects your leather, paint, and plastics; your vehicle will thank you for getting the premium packages down the road. These guys know their stuff and do an amazing job.

Mark did an awesome job on our 2010 Toyota Sienna interior detailing and headlight clean up. Considering it's 12 years old, minus a few stains I knew would come out, it feels and looks brand new. It had salt stains/build up on the floors, that's gone. Headlights hadn't been touched(189,000 miles) and they came much better than expected. He's done other vehicles of mine before so I had an expectation, he beat that.Its results like this that make me want to come back and back and back!Services: Headlight polishing, Auto detailing

Very impressed with how clean my HRV was when I picked it up! Since having my interior cleaning a couple of weeks ago, I've recommended Pristine to many of my friends and family and will continue to do so. Coming to Pristine to have my car detailed will likely be a yearly thing from now on!

Great service, accommodated my schedule when I needed to drop off my car which was convenient for me. Additionally my car was a complete mess, salt everywhere dirts and 2 large chemical stains in the back seat. I've tried to get them out myself and no improvement, it was completely gone when I picked up my car. The exterior was done really well too, its been a long time since it looked so good. Went with the advance exterior and premium interior and it was worth every penny

My car looks like NEW!! I have taken it to other places but it never really felt clean and now it does. I am so glad I found Pristine Auto. I had both the exterior and interior done. Went to the detail shop to check it out they had a cancellation. So went over what I was looking to have done on my car Mark explained every thing to me what he offered and can do to get my looking amazing again. He got me right in and started on my car right away even stayed late to get my car done. After he was done went to pick the car up and check it out to see how it looked. I was truly amazed the car was shining and looking amazing he had the rims looking great the interior detail was on point he even detailed my engine bay for me. This is by far the best detail shop I have been to in Rochester Ny. I will be bringing my car there for all my detail needs. These guys are incredible! I recently brought in my Audi Q5 for a full premium detail and couldn t be more pleased with the results. The guys at Pristine did an awesome job on my boat. The prior owner had painted on names that left ghosting after paint removal with acetone. They were able to wet sand and polish the ghosting out and the gelcoat looks brand new. Kudos to Pristine for completing this work at the quoted price and with quick turnaround!
