Had a great experience buying my GT4 from Tim Carney here. Started out by visiting to try out the bucket seats. I put a deposit on a future allocation, and was given an estimate of how long it would take, approximately. Got my allocation a few months later, and took delivery of the car this month.Got a fair value for my trade, and the GT4 sold to me on the agreed upon price. In this market many dealers are adding last minute markups or backing out on purchase agreements (happened to me on my tow vehicle), but Porsche Rochester is acting with integrity.Would highly recommend coming here for both sales and service, I've used them for service on my previous Cayman, and have had a positive experience there too.

Dan on the sales team was fantastic in helping me purchase a car and get it delivered to me on the other side of the state. He was responsive and answered all my questions quickly. I subsequently had an issue with the car and Dan, Kevin, and Pete were quick to resolve the issue to my satisfaction with top notch service. Would gladly be a customer again.

On 02/11/2024, I unfortunately hit a pot hole on W. Henrietta Rd (Acura Dealership) and pulled in to the Porsche dealership to check the damage. It was near closing and I spoke to a gentleman inside to make them aware of my misfortune. The man I spoke to extended a genuine courtesy that was very appreciated by my wife and I. The man happens to be the Porsche Manager (went above and beyond to assist). I presently drive a BMW and have always considered a Porsche. The vehicle is important but this Manager is also the reason I will buy.

Found my perfect Porsche but lived out of state. Tim made it super easy to come in, grab the new whip, and leave with no hassle.They even gave me some Porsche merch! Great experience

I took my 911 there to get repaired. They repaired it but refused to put a new battery in it so that it wouldn t need to be jump started. They refused to drive the car the required mile to reset the computers so it could be inspected. This picture is my car being towed home after being at their facility for a year and a half yes a year and a half.

Just bought a new 22 Porsche Cayman. Garber Porsche is a great dealership. Especially liked working with Tim Carney, a car guy s car guy. If you want to deep dive into anything Porsche technology (or frankly anything cars) you can t stump him. He can even wax eloquent about rotational inertia intelligently, a first for me in any sales transaction I ve ever had.Also got what I wanted for my trade in on their first offer which I appreciated and accepted. No games!Highly recommend.

Great buying experience. It took the car to arrive a week later because of weather but it was an easy purchase. Made the purchase without setting foot inside the dealer until I took delivery. It was ready to go when I picked it up. Staff where great. Big thanks to Dennis, Jackson, techs and front desk staff for the great experience. Will definitely be back to purchase from you guys again.

I recently worked with Tim Carney to purchase a Macan. He made it as easy a transaction as I have experienced. Tim was attentive to my requests and schedule. Tim is obviously knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. He was never pushy. Tim made me feel comfortable while making such a large purchase. It s been a while since I was excited about buying a car. I think Tim genuinely shared in that. Any customer would be happy to work with him.

I had great experience selecting, ordering and buying my new Porsche Macan. Porsche Brand Ambassador Tim Carney spent a lot of of time with me and provided very useful advice and instructions. I contacted the dealership in advance about the car I was interested in purchasing. A friendly associate confirmed its availability and then scheduled a test drive for me, and then re-scheduled it after my schedule changed.My Audi specialist, Will, was FANTASTIC- knowledgeable, friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. He felt honest and trustworthy as he advised me throughout the test drive and buying process.I got what I feel was an outstanding price for a 2018 Audi, with Will and team working with me to satisfy my car needs. I had no idea what to expect, as I'd never purchased a "luxury" car before, but in every way this was an excellent buying experience!

I had a great experience at Garber Porsche. My sales person was professional and very polite. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. I stopped in twice to look at a Cayman and both times my sales person took all the time I needed to make my decision. I took 2 test drives and was never pressured about buying the vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was fantastic and friendly. It was the most comfortable car buying experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. When I went in to pick up my new car my sales person went through all the features and equipment on the car. Great sales person, Great dealership! Love my new Porsche Cayman!

Tim and all the Garber employees were very helpful and communicative through the whole process. Once vehicle was produced it showed up a month ahead of schedule which was a nice surprise! Very accommodating dealership, kudos to staff!

Purchased a Porsche 2 years ago from this facility and was very pleased with the experience, their service department has been great to work with and very knowledgeable. Went back recently and purchased an Audi with the same fine support. Dennis is a wounderfull sale professional helping me find both autos with the options I wanted. The facility is clean and well organized

Took our recently-bought 99 C4 in for service and general looking-after. Paul carefully walked me few items that needed attention, and others that were normal and were fine as-is. Work was done very timely, and our car was cleaned outside and in when picked up. Highly recommend.
