This guys are honest professional who cares about their customers. I had a coolant leak my truck was giving me all kinds of error like check engine light. Coolant all over the place. When I call them to fix it for me, they offered to walk me through in order to save me money. I usually fix things like that which is easier but in my case it wasn t easy. The claps were hard to remove it wasn t an easy job. A profession touch was needed. I asked them to come and fix it and then they did it. The best part is they charge me very reasonable fee and my truck become perfect. I highly recommend this guy. I have already given their number for friends. Owner Ops don t look any further if you want to save yourself a headache. Thank you so much for fixing my truck!

Mira is a knowledgeable mechanic in the Rochester area. If I need anything fixed, I trust him to identify the issue on my equipment. Very motivated team at PNS and will stay late and get my equipment road ready. Very competitive prices and fast turn around.

My girlfriends brother needed his battery replaced and had purchased one himself. My girlfriends brother how ever was not mechanically inclined or possessed the tools needed to swap the battery. After contacting PNS truck repair to help get my girlfriends brother out of a bind, they sent out a technician who made quick work of the battery replacement. After the work was done the vehicle was tested and everything worked out. I am no longer with my girlfriend but I am glad that I contacted PNS trucking as solving her brothers problem got me extra brownie points when we were together.

I have use this company several time , Mira is great guy to deal with . He helped me several time, his rates are fair to the market. I don t understand the guy and his dispatcher left 2 neg feedback for no reason, some one to come to you at middle of night and rescue you for $375 either it s fuse or tire it s more than fair rate, I normally get charge $750-$1200 for each break down, I do heavy towing and I would reject him and his company for any service.

We called this company with an issue with one of our trucks, the gentleman was not only nice, but he was also helpful and honest! We explained the issue, he gave us a price to go out and diagnose the issue. With that he also explained that we would be wasting our money. He gave us some tips to try and if it didn t work to call him back. At the end we could not fix the problem, so we had the truck towed to the facility. We have been in business for over 10 years and have never seen a person in this industry be so honest! Would recommend hands down!Llamamos a esta empresa con un problema con uno de nuestros camiones, el caballero no solo fue amable, sino que tambi�n fue servicial y honesto. Le explicamos el problema, nos dio un precio para salir y diagnosticar el problema. Con eso tambi�n explic� que estar�amos desperdiciando nuestro dinero. Nos dio algunos consejos para probar y, si no funcionaba, devolverle la llamada.
