Worked here many years ago as a product picker. If your not able bodied and don't have thick skin it'd be a good idea to consider other employment options. Maybe things have changed for the better, but when I was there they are in 100% control of an employees time and mental well-being. They can mandate as much overtime as they want. Co-workers and bosses typically don't treat people very well. A very low paying and depressing place to work overall.

The best D/C I ve ever made a delivery to! I had a breakdown causing me to be 4 hrs late and communicated the problem with Hilda who is in charge of appointments and she had me in a door and unloaded within an hour! Great place and people to deal with, wish all places were half as good as here.

Driver arrived 2 hours late for his 9 am delivery. He was unloaded and left the facility, paperwork in hand, in less than 45 minutes. Wish all other DC's were half as good as these guys.

I had a 09:00 appointment time for 4/17/19. I arrived at 00:30 and they unloaded me (8.5 hours early). AND they let me overnight park, for my 10 hour break!Pep boys is my new FAVORITE auto parts store!!!

Auto plus Chester DC /PEP Boys they are super fast, professional, I have 0 complain the forklift driver was amazing,even the check in. My appointment was for 8 AM I got here at 6:30 I was done by 6:55 Am

This should be the example of how warehouse should be organized. Fast and efficient l, in and out in less then 30min for full load, not to mention it's a DC which give point plus. Great job

Awesome place. Awesome people.Showed up at 11pm, 7 hrs early for my 6am appointment. They took me in and I was unloaded and gone in 35 minutes. Would come back here anytime.

The fastest delivery I've ever made ,and I'm driver from 10 years... so my load was motor oil 44,000 lbs in and out in 45 minutes... very respectful and professional DC

The manager was very aggressive towards me because I called corporate and complained about my service. Worst experience at pep boys. As a woman, I feared for my life because I had to repeatedly ask him to pull his mask up and he was raising his voice at me. A paper was shoved in my face and I was yelled at. Poor customer service.

This company is the Best of the Best. Very nice and polite people work here.I had apt. At 8:30am, in at 6am and out at 6:36am. Other should take a notes from youGods job

i was late 1 hour.... it was not a problem... they recieved me in 30 monutes i was empty. Super nice staff. very clean. pleasure to Deliver.keep up the good work

This place is awesome i wish i could come here all the time fast an awesome ppl they got me in 2 hours before my appointment an only took a hour an that was checking in an checking out.i would give them 10 stars if i could

While you can park over night, DO NOT go down that side road. Back down the side road and park when it's safe to do so. Other than that they make you watch unload which is stupid. I could be taking a nap

My personal experience was not good, I had waiting almost 7 hours at door 9 delivering tires, not more delivery tires at this place

Delivery goes pretty quick once you have a door but usually dont take appointments early

They are rock, unload me less than 30 minutes. And they let me park by the gate for over night
