I took my car in to have front headlight replaced.The mechanic Jose was able to bring the old bulb back to life and he saved me over 50.00.He also was very knowledgeable and customer focused.I appreciate Pep boys

Inspection took over 6 hours. I understand that they were backed up and I was fine with waiting a bit, but that timeframe was unacceptable especially because I had made an appointment.The kicker was at the end when my vehicle was returned with low tire pressure and service lights still on. They couldn't have added a little air to the tire and reset the light?

I ran over a nail and got a flat. Called pep boys and spoke to Nick. He was able to get me in right away and Kate pulled the nail, plugged the hole and put the tire back on in less than 20 min! Nick was very kind and professional, Kate was proficient and skilled. I appreciate the wonderful customer service from them both. Thank you!!

I went to pepboys without an appointment. Nick changed my front driver's side headlight and got me out of there quickly with awesome customer service. The staff was very kind and the service was reasonably priced. Thank you so much for helping a damsel in distress.

Great overall, had my tires done and quick in less than 2 hours. I recommend Pep boys especially more when it comes to deals on tires. They can be a tiny bit expensive but it all depends on your car tire sizes.

Only went here once for a tire repair and they did it quick, fast and very affordable. Great place for tire service, unsure about other reasons but I'm sure they are good as well!

Made an order online for tires and confirmed a day ahead. Was told it would take 45 minutes prior. Was the first person to arrive at 9:30 and asked if cabin filter could be replaced as well. Noticing a difference in pricing I expressed not wanting the additional cost and was told to calm down (unprofessional). The communication was very casual/ offensive. Waited an hour and a half after witnessing another customer after me check out I asked the status. He then expressed that the worker was busy with another car and that it would take another 45 minutes. Basically they had me sitting for an hour and a half thinking my car was being worked on when it wasn t. Unprofessional staff and business all around this will be the the first last time coming here.

I had an appointment for a NYS care inspection at this location. When I entered the store, the first thing I noticed was how empty it had become! It looked like a shell of a business. I asked what was going on, and I was informed that they were no longer selling parts at this location and that they were focusing on service only. I was told that they were looking to lease the other unused portions of the store to another business.From the look of the store's inside, it looked like they only sold tires, but I do believe they can handle all of the basic car needs. For your information, I was told that the Pep Boys out in Henrietta does still sell parts in their store.All of the phones were constantly ringing and causing the employees to answer the phone and to frequently put the callers on hold while they handled the instore customers. The constant ringing made it very difficult to hear and communicate with the staff. However, I do not believe that this is the employee's fault. They are simply understaffed on the front desk.I was in the store for about 40 to 45 minutes for getting my car inspected. I am honestly curious how long it would take without an appointment or if they even had time to do a walk-in inspection. I do not know how long it actually takes to do an inspection so I will comment on that aspect no further.

3hrs for new tires to be put on my truck arrived at 2:15 for my 3pm appointment, was told the guy Christian would start at 2:45, and be done by 4:30...He did not finish untill 5:55. Super unhappy.. the next morning had a warning light on for tire pressure.. all my tires were at 25, when they are suppose to be 35.....

The young man at the counter, Nick, was really great. He is very knowlegable and helped problem solve the issue with my vehicle. He saved me about 100 dollars over what another service provider was going to charge. Fantastic customer service!

Had the best experience, from taking my information on the phone. Providing an estimate, and scheduling me right in. My car went in when they said it would and it took as long as they said.I was worried, after I made the appointment I noticed previous poor ratings. So, I made another appointment with another shop just in case.Kudos to the manager and staff you did a fantastic job and I ll be back.

Made appointment for 10:30am for an oil change. Upon arrival attendant was unaware of appointment, and acted annoyed that i was even there. Adviced me it would take an hour. At 12noon vehicle was still not ready and i went up to the desk to ask about status. They had not even started on the vehicle; i pointed out it had been well over an hour, "well i was a little off with the time" "we'll let you know when it's ready". At 12:30pm i approach the desk again, they seem to not know the status of the car, then disclose than it's "next". "It'll be done in 20 minutes, it's a standard oil change, shouldn't take long" At 12:55 i get notification via text that vehicle is ready for pickup (even though I'm in the waiting room right in front of them) two and a half hours later!

Just got my oil changed.. fast service.. will come back again.. everything so expensive these days.. But you gotta take care of your car if you don't want to catch the bus Uber taxi or walk.. lol.. love my ford edge titanium than you God for it

They will try to sell you something that you don't need. Quoted me $2200 for new shocks and struts, got a 2nd opinion and I definitely don't need them

I booked an appointment online for inspections for two cars. It looked like there were several appointments open for the day. When I arrived the person at the desk said they were completely booked. He was frustrated by the online system not working very well. He was doing what he could to fit us in. Within about 1.5-2 hours both cars were done. I felt bad for them having to fit us in but he apologized for the online situation. I was so thankful they were able to fit us in. I will be returning to this location. Thank you

Short story: Service could not have been better! Seen immediately, no appointment. They problem solved with me and charged me nothing! Wouldn't even accept a tip! So friendly and fun. Would give 6 stars if I could!Long story: My low tire pressure alert came on just as I was leaving for a long trip. I stopped by here and with no appointment was seen immediately. They checked and pumped my tires, problem solved as the tire pressure light wouldn't go off even after a reset, and ultimately determined it must be a patch on one of my tires that had a very slow leak. Two people saw me, they worked with me. I never had to leave my car or even pull completely into the garage. And they refused to charge me, just sent me on my way. The one man wouldn't even accept a tip from me. They were personable, fun, spoke in layman's terms, and problem solved with me as to what was going on. Finally the tire pressure light went off after several resets and turning the car off and back on. I was hesitant to make the 400 mile drive but they assured me it would be fine and it was. I was so thankful to be seen so quickly and efficiently with no appointment with such pleasant workers and then charged nothing! Absolutely would recommend!

I wish I could give them a lower rating. Made a appointment over the phone to have my tires put on. When I arrived for my appointment early they all of the sudden couldn t take me even though I spoke with the person over the phone who made my appointment. After a few minutes the decided they could take me. I waited a hour in the waiting room for them to finally bring my car to the bay for them to tell me they couldn t change my tires because they didn t have the key to unlock them. They didn t bother to look where anyone who works in a basic mechanic shop would know where to look for it. They very clearly brushed me off because they overbooked themselves. I am beyond upset.

I'm very upset I made appointment for my Inspection sticker last week. I went they to hear They don't have me in the system that's messed up whoever pick up the phone should have had made sure my name and A license plate was in the system very unprofessional

I have a TPMS light on the dashboard. I was hoping they solve this issue adding air to the tires, at least. Besides that, everything was excellent and Pro.

I wish I could rate them higher but I am very disappointed. My car overheated leading me to have it towed to the closest shop open that day. They were wonderful! So accommodating and really wanted to work with my situation.I thought I could just order a part and be on my way.. turns out I needed to send my car to a body shop to have some work done before they could complete the job. I was informed that the part was non returnable, most likely was an after market part. My frustration began when I was obligated to purchase a part that wasn t completely installed on my car. I honestly wanted to just have my car taken back the way when I arrived and I would have paid for all the labor it took them to get as far as they did.I have a car that I was not informed was DEAD when I went to pick it up an hour after paying for said part/ labor. Funny because the tow guy said my battery was very old.. my cars less than 3 years old and i never had battery issues until taking it to pep boys. And a car that s absolutely useless to me and cannot even be moved to a body shop nor worked on at the body shop with said part because of warranty.I am not necessarily blaming them I understand it was a hassle but I wish I would have been informed that my car was completely dead. I am very appreciative about the huge discount they gave me regarding my situation. But shops need to be more upfront and inform clients of things like this!

I made an appointment online. When I got there the man behind the counter told me they don't make appointments for noon. Never offered to reschedule or anything. I'm happy I didn't pay for the tires online. When I left I got an email that says I REQUESTED to cancel the appointment. I NEVER did they canceled it for me. Never going back.

Canan and his crew did an amazing job servicing my car this past week. They were able to get my car back to me in a very short time and replaced hardware on my wheels as a courtesy (the best customer service I ve ever had at car place). This place and their staff will be my first choice for maintenance issues like this in the future. Great staff, very friendly, helpful, and informative!
