Truly the worst experience! Had my car for over a week with a minor repair that keeps being pushed. Was originally told 2 days, then told a week, then just 2 more day, now it s being pushed again to almost 2 weeks since they ve had my car. Awful service!

I came in for an estimate and Jim was more than helpful. The repair was easier than I thought it would be. What a breath of fresh air to do business with a company that puts the customer first and not the all mighty dollar. This was my first time using Panorama Collision but if I have the misfortune of needing a collision shop again in the future they will be my first choice!!!Service: Body & Trim

I had what most people would call a freak accident, No exaggeration I went to 8 different shops and everyone of them said they either couldn t find the part that was needed or told me that if they happened to find the part that they were not confident enough to stand by the shop s warranty. Within 2-3 days of calling Scott at Panorama Collision he not only found the part that I needed but assured me that I wouldn t even see a difference, me being through my share of freak accidents I was expecting to see or notice some type of difference but when I picked up my car I literally couldn t notice a thing! Panorama Collision is a place where you hope and pray that you don t need them but if you do I can promise you that you won t regret taking your vehicle to them. Scott and Company I sincerely appreciate all that you did for me and I understand that you didn t have to go above and beyond for me but yet you did. I sincerely appreciate your entire team and I will never not speak highly of your staff or the work you did for me, thank you again Panorama Collision for all that you did- BryanService: General repairs & maintenance

Just picked up my Subaru today! If you ve found yourself at Panorama Collision, you re lucky! My family has been utilizing their collision services for years; customer service & the work this shop is putting out is unmatched to anything else locally! My car looks fantastic! And they even left a couple little sweet touches inside my car & washed the exterior. I cannot thank this company enough - as much as I don t want to have to go back, lol, accidents do happen & I will be running back to these guys asap should another one occur. After being involved in a collision in March, I called Panorama to ask if they accept tow-ins. They said they did, but the woman advised me that the current wait time to have a car serviced was three months at a minimum. I told her I thought this sounded quite long, and she advised me this is the current industry standard repair time for collision and body work. At this point I asked if she could refer me to a different collision shop that she trusted, and she snapped at me that she is not in the business of handing out referrals. I told her that Panorama was, in fact, referred to me by Vogel Collision. Vogel said they didn t accept tow-ins at the time, but they would happily refer me to someone else to assist, and that s how I got Panorama s number in the first place. The woman informed me that she was going to call Vogel immediately to request they never give out Panorama s name again. This seems like an odd way to do business, and a rude means of talking to customers. I understand if a place of business can t accept my work order because of backlog (i.e., Vogel Collision). But I don t think this is an appropriate way to handle this situation.I called Service King, and they happily took a tow-in and informed me the repair time would be three weeks not three months. Recommend to avoid Panorama.

I was recommended Panorama Collision after hitting a deer. I was blown away by how professional, courteous, timely and easy they were to work with! Charlie and team helped coordinate with my insurance company as well as the rental car company. They did an impeccable job and my car now looks good as new! I cannot recommend this place enough and although I hope to not need collision repairs anytime soon, I will never go anywhere else as long as this place is still in business. Thank you for such a great experience and I will be passing this recommendation along to anyone that is in need of a collision shop!

Great people that care for their customers and town!I met Charlie as a client at a business I work for. He was a very friendly and personable guy so when I had some vehicle damage to be repaired I decided to take my SUV to his shop.Working with Charlie and Scott has been great they are honest, informative, and helpful.Although my vehicle isn't done yet, I can't wait to see it! they have been informative every step of the way and their high star rating speaks to their quality work, so I am not worried about that!What really caught my attention as a resident of East Rochester is when Charlie and I were checking out my vehicle's damage he went out of his way to grab a plastic bag blowing in the wind. That along with his wall of thank you cards from happy customers proves to me that he, and his whole shop, genuinely care about their customers and their local town.Thanks Charlie and Scott.As an update it's been over a year since he's done the repairs and they are great! There was a lot of damage and nothing is rusting nothing is breaking. What a great body repair thanks again guys

I went to Panorama Collision last year to get a dent repaired in my door. I had the best experience with them. The price was fair and the work is outstanding. I brought my wife's truck there after a minor accident and they gave me great advice and didn't charge me to look at the vehicle. I recommended Panorama Collision to my dad and he had a great experience as well.The people are honest, the price is fair and the work is great.

I actually already wrote a review for Panorama on yelp recently, but I want to share the love and post on Google too!I got into my first accident recently (nothing crazy, just a little fender bender), and after talking to my normal trusty car man, he suggested going to Panorama.My experience with one of the main guys over there, Scott, was awesome. He was honest and upfront, and even saved me some money without compromising the quality of work done, which I can always appreciate! My little car was fixed up really quickly, and when I got it back they even had put a thank you flower and complimentary trash bag on my passenger seat for me!I obviously hope I don't need anymore work done to my car in the near future, but I would recommend Panorama Collision to anyone in the Rochester area and appreciate their work!

Work on my car was fantastic! They went above and beyond, replacing my whole quarter panel, which only had a small amount of damage, then painted the bumper because they noticed it had chipped paint- from before I even bought the car! They charged me such a small fee that it was amazing. I'm so grateful to Scott, the owner, for his help generosity.

At first when searching for a collision shop after my car got hit twice in one month I was very hesitant to choose one. It was just by chance that I ended up getting my estimates done here and I m so glad I did. This shop was wonderful the work was done quicker than I ever would have expected with the shortages right now. The work was completed to the highest of satisfaction and everyone was so kind. I can not say enough about Panorama Collision! I took my car there for collision damage to my door which thankfully insurance payed for. I asked for additional work to be done on some existing scratches and their quote was beyond reasonable. The work on those scratches as well as the door was amazing. My 5 year old car looks nearly new! They far exceeded their promise of just buffing the scratches out to painting them as well and then leaving me the extra paint. No extra charge. At pick-up I found all my door mats completely cleaned, the trunk items organized and a Thank You flower, garbage bag and air freshener was left on the seat. I did have to bring it back to re-engage my door lock. The service station wanted to charge me $55-$110 just to diagnose the problem, Panorama fixed it instead no-charge and then gave me a gift card for Dunkin Donuts as an apology for having to come back. They excel in their work and in customer service! Big kudos goes to Rachel at the front desk for being so awesome.

I brought my vehicle to Panorama to have the rear bumper replaced and a few scratches/dents removed from my rear quarter panel. I primarily dealt with Scott, who was very informative and helpful, as well as the rest of the staff. They provided me a rental car to use in the meantime, and when I picked up my vehicle the entire interior was cleaned top to bottom. All of the salt from this past winter on the carpets was gone! Now the car looks new, inside and out. Exceeded my expectations and would definitely recommend. Thanks guys!

Charlie and the team at Panorama were awesome! They were able to get my Jeep Cherokee in and out in a few weeks and was a very easy process. They take care of the majority of the paper work as well and with Enterprise nearby, makes the process even easier. I'd highly recommend them.

I have had the unfortunate need of a quality paint shop on three of the last four vehicles that I own. You would think that working at a dealership my entire life I would be in good shape to bring it there; you would be wrong. I bring it over to panorama collision every time!They are not only faster at getting the work done; but have had a higher quality of standard at every turn. Not to mention for significantly less than what I thought I would be on the hook for come payment time. This is on cars with paint colors that I would consider tougher than most to match and look like it was intended.All in all I could not recommend Scott and Panorama Collision more, they get nothing but five stars from someone who has been in the industry more than a decade and knows what to expect and look for.

Panorama Collision was recommended to me by a friend who owns a detail shop, Warren Buff-it (also highly recommended). My Subaru WRX had some hit and run parking lot damage that I patched and touched up but the paint didn t end up matching (3 step pearl white, what was I thinking?) and it looked bad. I was also concerned with it affecting the value of the car. I worked with Todd and it was a professional and pleasant experience from start to finish. The estimate was very fair, Todd kept me updated throughout, they fixed another ding that was unrelated, cleaned the car inside and out, finished 2 days earlier than expected, and left a thank you flower (that matched my car LOL) and bonus!! rid my interior of a weird stinky smell that I could not remove. So now my 2011 car looks and smells like new. All of this within the original reasonable estimate. Service above and beyond and I m a very happy customer!

Panorama Collision is excellent! My 2010 Suzuki looked like new after they were done repairing damage from a deer hit on the front left side. Professional from start to finish. My car was ready when promised; and they even detailed it inside and out! If I ever need collision work again, I will definitely call Charlie and book my date with Panorama.

They open early and are open later in the evening so you can drop off your car, go to work and get back there to pick your car up without taking any time off. They gave me a loaner car for free even though the repair I needed wasn't very expensive. Their customer service was great. They are honest. They ended up not needing a part that was included in my quote so they took it off my bill enough though I would have never known the difference. The price to fix my bummer seemed reasonable to me and it looks great now. I would definitely recommend them!

Panorama Collision is the place to go if you have any auto body repair needs! Two other body shops quoted me at $1300-1600 to repair a minor dent and some scrapes. Feeling frustrated, I stopped at one more shop - and I am glad I did! Scott asked the right questions and gave me an estimate for under $300. At the end of the day, it was $1000 less, did not take 3-4 days to repair, and my car looks fantastic. It was evident they look out for their customers. I will never check out another place again (hopefully I won't have to!).Panorama Collision has honest, detailed, professionals. Thank you!
