If NAPA doesn t have what you are looking for you don t need it!I m a regular custome because they always have a superior selection of what I am looking for.An added bonus: They have friendly associates who are happy to help if I need it.

Will never go back to NAPA Auto again. I stopped at the Fairport store to pick up a couple items. The first attended had trouble checking out the items and sent me to another attendant. Two items rang up more than the price listed. When I pointed this out he said the price that rang up is the correct price. I went back to verify and told them the shelf price was different and the attendant shrugged his shoulders. Wasn t going to argue over a couple dollars, lots of other auto parts stores in the area to do future business.

The owner is quiet and sulky and unwilling to help but Humberto went out of his way to help me figure out the problem. Good thing the store has employees like him.

Corporate Store NOT locally owned! Do yourself a favor see Robbie at Eagle Auto in East Rochester. Very experienced many years in the business and the store is locally owned and operated
