N&J is the only auto repair shop I go to. I've been a customer since shortly after they opened (nearly 20 years, I believe) & they have earned my loyalty & trust through their values of honesty, fairness & excellent workmanship. I've never had to take any of my vehicles to them for the same thing twice. They don't fool around--they work hard & get the job done in a timely manner. They are truly the best in the business & I wouldn't go to anyone else unless something unforeseen happened & they couldn't accommodate me; and even then, I would ask them for their recommendation.Services: Tires, Auto exhaust system repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Wiper blade installation, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

Nick & Soto are the absolute BEST!!! Great service and prices and they are HONEST! The dealership quoted me over $2K in repairs needed to pass inspection. N&J repaired my car and the engine light went off for $416. I am a lifetime customer!!!

Just a had a really nice experience here. My car broke down half a block away and was able to limp it into their lot. I could tell they were super busy but they graciously accepted to help me. It took a few day to get everything fixed but Soto was awesome and explained everything in great detail and gave me multiple options to keep costs down. They have certainly earned my trust and future business. Happy to recommend!

Terrible experience with this shop. I paid $600 for work that I find out was not done. Ended up having it done twice. No problems when other shop did the work. I decided to post a review to WARN MINORITIES who patronize this corrupt business. They will keep you coming back with problems to take your money to provide a good life for their families. Stay away

Horrible and mean to meThe owner is rude, not sure if he is bias or does not like women or just women of color. Maybe he had a bad experience with a customer, but thats not my problem. They need to learn some customer service skills, and please do it soon. Only one time I went there a worker was kind but the other 2 times not good at all. Once I called and another time I walked in they were horribly rude and mean. If I could spread the word over a loud speaker for people not to go there, I would. Don't waste you time with these people.

One of the most important things for me is to know where the good mechanic is when i live somewhere. For years i searched for something closer to me. This was the shop i was looking for.They are great about finding problems, follow all the rules when it comes to telling you wants going on BEFORE working, and they are not playing the do two jobs cheap then screw the customer sham that 95% of all shops pull.These guys are consistent, do good work and have a 100% no made up problems track record of doing the work that needs to be done to keep my wheels turning.With N&J auto they will never hit you with the made $600 doflipper charges. Nope they are straight shooters a rare gift in the world

They did work on both my ford f350 and my Impala. I've been more than satisfied. They were fairly priced i dropped both my vehicles off around 9 and they're usually done by 5.

went to my new car dealer ship and they told me I needed this, that and more. Primarily preventative maintenance among other things. These guys said no, no, no . You only need an oil change. You want an honest mechanic go to N & J auto.

There the Best Auto Repair in ROCHESTER NY the Father Nik & son Soto,my Entire Family goes there (I will rent a car or take a bus before I go anywhere else to work on my automobile).
