Pretty pissed off at the surface at this company. I had a front end alignment done in August that when I went to pick it up they said it needed an outer tie rod to get the specs right which they should have told me before I picked it up. They said but go ahead and drive it you have a 6-month warranty I brought it back and they're trying to get me for over $850 for an inner and outer tie rod with a front end alignment which I can buy for $45 and outer tie rod online. It is a really easy job. The mechanic shops love ripping people off.

In for State inspection, oil change, and questioned brakes performance.I felt comfortable waiting, and was notified the brakes were fine, and recommended calipers serviced.The mechanic also found a bubble in one of the tires, and replaced that tire. I return in a few days for the calipers. I felt treated with respect, and honesty. Manger, Pedro Lebron was very approachable, kind, and low keyed, in a busy environment. I will return for service, and definitely recommend this location.Theresa

Pedro & Angel are amazing! Squeezed my last minute appointment in for my inspection and found a nail in my tire. They went above and beyond putting my new plates on and did all with such a great attitude! I will definitely be back to Dewey & Latta shop!***********************************************The above post was 3 months ago and I have been back twice since then. I got a nail in my tire on Labor Day close to 3pm and Pedro made sure I got taken care of before the holiday weekend. I was so grateful to him!!THEN- I made a drop off appointment for my front wheel bearing and Dan & Alexander stayed 2 hours after close to make sure the job got done for me. Dan is an amazing mechanic and Alexander was so professional and sweet. This place has gone above and beyond each time I have needed them. Thank you so much for the top notch service! !!

Pedro was Wonderful! I had an issue with my SUV and made an appointment for a Monday morning. He quickly figured out what the issue was and got back to me quickly with theupdate as well as cost and an idea when my SUV would be ready. He was short staffed,and very busy, but was still courteous and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Pedro and the work he does. My SUV is running perfectly thanks to him. THANK YOU PEDRO and Monro Auto at the corner of Dewey and Latta Road in Greece.

Took my truck to this location about a month ago for a alignment. After two attempts that day they still couldn't get it correct. Told me bring it back in few days for another try.. Tried numerous times to reschedule, but never called me back. They also were going to do other work, differential seals, etc. Dropped it off twice, they never got to it. No calls or follow-ups,. Remind you never had issues charging me almost $200.00 for poor/incompleted work/alignment. Total scam & unreliable to say least. Can't wait for their typical careless reply to this comment.

Pedro was amazing! There was an error with my fleet management system and he was incredibly patient & professional while I was on the phone with my company and fleet services. Everytime I'm here they get me taken care of quickly.

The team at Monroe Tire was amazing to me. It was 5 pm on a Saturday evening and my car was shutting down. I was 4 hours from home. They agreed to check it out immediately and hooked me up with Mr Tire across the street who replaced my dead alternator the next morning on a Sunday! And I made it home that day. They were my saviors, and I am so grateful. Incredibly kind, helpful, knowledgeable and resourceful. Highly recommended!

I made my appointment online and was told when I arrived that unfortunately the system doesn't let me know how busy the station is. It seems to me that management needs to remedy that not everyone can patiently wait. I was able to wait for my vehicle and the guys were very nice about getting me in quickly for my NYS inspection. Angel & Almighty were very respectful and courteous.

I love the Monro 4460 Dewey Ave. They made me feel like my situation matter to them. Unfortunately I did not have the same experience at your 7387 Pittsford Victor Rd, Victor, NY 14564 location. There they made feel like it was all about the money and they skipped a few step when I requested a ny state inspection. I never received a breakdown of my inspection which made me feel like they were only interested in charging me for your platinum package. I rather deal someone who genuine and not a sales man. They have to learn to read the situation because each one is different

Great friendly service, quick turnaround. The web site reservation system is trash though. Don't use it, just call. The manager called me right away to say the time I selected wasn't available which I appreciated and he gave me a time that was same day. Why have it if it's not accurate?

Showed up 20 minutes before they closed with a screw in my tire and they had a few cars left to put tires on and still helped me out!! Great service and great people...

The new manager here, Ken, is amazing!!! He proactively explained the issue(s) to me and was very descriptive and kind and understanding. He was patient when I asked to call back later after considering his solution, and even walked me out to my car to show me what the issue was when I went to pick it up. I always like to try and understand whatever issue my car is having and usually feel like I am pestering people with my questions, but not with Ken! I will definitely be going back.

The customer service was excellent I went in for a fix brake bleed and they told me other things about my car that had to be looked at I told him to take care of it and they did. I recommend this place to everyone if you are having trouble with your other mechanic places don't hesitate to go there. Manager is a wonderful guy and all the people work with him that do the work or excellent too. They do much more than Tires and Brakes. If you have some problems or concerns about your car this holiday or anytime in the future., Don't hesitate to ask any questions that you have any concerns about they are kind and courteous and will answer your questions. They will go above and beyond to get the answer for you. I had a great experience with them and I know in the future if you give them a try he will too.

Brought car in for a quick inspection. I usually have the car maintained at dealership every 6-8 mos. No issues with driving/engine/wheels. Then I get a call to say they failed my car and claimed need for a tie rod replacement. I refused the repair. Picked up car (now with sticker removed) and asked for a temporary sticker to get a second opinion. Monroe tech refused to do this. When I brought my car to another mechanic, he said that the tie rod was fine and didn't need replacing. Have had car looked at by several people since (including dealership) and NO ONE has found a problem. I don't like dishonest people, and won't be returning to any Monroe Auto Center again.

I had a 2pm appt. at 3pm I was still waiting to get an oil change. They took people that were spending more money than me first. Also the guy doing my intake seemed if he didn't know what he was doing.

The manager John provided excellent service before and after the work was done. They gave me a deal and I was able to save money when other shops couldn't. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs any kind of service or repair done on their vehicle. Truly world class service and saved a tone of money after getting brakes and tires done!

I was very appreciative of their services -I had never used them and felt compelled to call because they were close and I knew they did work on mufflers and exhausts. My exhaust just fell off my car and they saw it promptly and fixed it the same day. Thanks so much!

Went in today for an inspection and was told my serpentine belt was cracking and my engine air filter was dirty. They replaced both, total of $180. I asked for the old parts to be put in my car, having a creeping suspicion that he was being dishonest. I got home and inspected the parts for myself. The serpentine belt is in pristine condition and the air filter looks a week old.I called the store to address this problem and was lied to yet again, being told, "I said they were maintenance changes". Of course I quoted back to him word for word what he really said, "your serpentine belt is beginning to crack".10/10 dishonest. Would never send my worst enemy here. Ok maybe I would, but never a friend.

Nate, Glen and the whole shop are the ultimate best! They will ALWAYS have your best interest at heart and make sure your vehicle is in the best condition possible! I ve gone to other service places for my car and no other places compare to the Monro Muffler on Dewey ave and Latta rd. They re fast, friendly and they will always do the best work they can for you to ensure your safety. Thanks guys, your work is truly appreciated. My family and I only trust this specific shop! Knowing I can stop in at ANY time for a quick check to what I think may be something may just turn into a laugh at an object stuck in my undercarriage. These guys will take care of you, ALWAYS!

I was very impressed with Angel the manager and the way that all customers were treated on the day I walked in. Excellent service, and honest. I will be going back for brakes next.

An oil change and tire rotation took an hour and a half - and that's after making an appointment. The manager did take care of the bill for me though, so the experience wasn't entirely terrible. They have cheap oil changes which is great, but I'm not sure I'll be coming back.

WHERE IS MY CAR!!!! I made an appt on tuesday they told me they needed to order the parts and bring it in on Friday. I drop it off Thursday night and I then called at appx 120pm to check on it. They told me they thought the parts were in and would call me back when ready.....No call....They are now closed and my car is NOT at the shop. Should I be calling in a police report?

Ordered tires through tirerack had them sent here. After trying to schedule an appointment they tell me they don t do aftermarket wheels. Would have been nice to know ahead of time! How are you doing polished factory rims?Can t blame the store, I m blaming corporate for not giving your guys tools to succeed.

Did unnecessary work on this vehicle in the work wasn't even done right had to take to another shop went in for little noise in tire and little noise in flex pipe they didn't even make the mistakes right be aware
