Thank you so much for the last minute service and inspection. This store was extremely efficient and were able to get my car in, brakes repaired, and passed inspection in less than 24 hours of booking my appointment. Excellent work!

Had a FLAT TIRE Saturday evening! Figured I'd have to wait till Monday to be mobile again, as there was a problem with my donut. Then, remembered I'd, occasionally, used a Monro Tire ON A SUNDAY MORNING, that was located, conveniently, near my home. It was not only open, but, also, had the exact tire I needed. The price was reasonable and I could pick it up immediately. On the phone and at the shop, Michael was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I would trust him & this place for more services, than just buying a tire. As a senior widow, I feel I'm at risk of being cheated, especially financially, on auto maintenance and repairs.

Squeezed me in today to replace a tire. The person on duty was very customer oriented and gave good customer service. Not my first time there. Always try hard to accommodate customer's urgency of repairs. Convenient location. Very satisfied with service & repairs received.

If I can put a negative star I would. My girlfriend and I went to the location today after we had a scheduled appointment made days ago. We get there to have brake pads changed and come be a bit of a hassel to find the pads. We would figure with a scheduled appointment that everything would be all setup. We finally get the pads so we left the car to be worked on. We come back to pickup our vehicle and pay. Then we were priced completely a higher price than what we were told when we scheduled the appointment. We were almost priced $200 more. So, we asked why the difference in pricing? Then they did an adjustment to lower the pricing almost a hundred dollars. We still paid $100 more than what was quoted originally. This will be the first and last time going to this location. We will spread the word of the awful service we had.

Every time I ve been to this monro, I ve had a pleasant experience with Reshard. He s extremely patient and willing to work with me to be able to care of my vehicle. I went in for an oil change about a month ago and upon payment, he reminded me I had an inspection coming due and that I was going to need new tires, which I was aware of but I m glad he mentioned it because it got me to ask him if he new decent areas to get them for a good price. He mentioned that Black Friday was a good time to look for them and I said I d come back then.I called the store and he picked up and I asked about tires, he was very patient with me while I ran out to my car for about 2 minutes since I didn t know the size of them and was able to give me quotes on different tires. I asked when would be the soonest I could get in (expecting a couple days maybe) and he said I can do a little later same day of the call and I was in! Also when I came to pay, he said I needed an alignment on my vehicle and took a few more minutes instead of just letting me run around in a vehicle misaligned!This has been my third time having Reshard and I m glad I stopped in the first visit and have been back to monro and for his services since I always feel a lot better and safer leaving that shop!

I was recently into the location at 3000 W. Henrietta Road in Rochester, NY. I came in and spoke with the Store Manager, Reshard Becoats. He immediately addressed my concern 10 minutes before closing, I was in at 6:50 pm unaware they were closing at 7 pm.I had recently installed my air filter on my Ford Escape and dropped a piece of the tool. There is a heatshield and I was unable to get it out. Worried of losing the tool, after some laughter shared, he helped me immediately. I was impressed that he and a co-worker immediately jumped in to help me as we spoke on woman knowing about cars as I bragged of installing a filter...air and cabin in my truck and my husband's car as well.I was overjoyed that both men helped me and have gained 2 new customers in the process! I felt his care, concern, support and definitely friendly/professional character. I will be back to THIS location if any service is needed as my husband and I agree that we WILL be taken care of and our vehicles serviced with efficiency and with honor.

I choose to travel miles from my home. I also travel about 6 other monre shops to go to this particular shop. RESHARD IS FANTASTIK. HE TAKES CARE OF HIS CLIENTS LIKE FAMILY. I WAS WAITING FOR my work to be done and I spoke with another customer and we both drive fust for his servis!!

Outstanding care by Reshard at my visit yesterday he handled my state inspection with a same day appointment, took marvelous care of me and other customers, polite and knowledgeable. I had a week to get a check engine light and some other things fixed to pass inspection. Reshard was amazing. He answered all my questions, gave me updates as I waited for fixes to happen, and showed me what was going on so I could be better informed. I was concerned there would be too much to fix on my older car and he talked me through his recommendation on fixing vs getting a different car. I really appreciate how fast they got everything done despite a few different check engine lights during the week.

I do believe Reshard is the Man!! Very honest and trustworthy. He will not sell you something you don't need. Been here years ago with not a good experience but ever since Reshard the manager has been there i would recommend with out a doubt!! Thank you !!

Scheduled an appointment online and got the confirmation. When arrived in shop they told me I had to wait until all other cars were done, because nobody called them for an appointment. Unacceptable behavior!

My check engine light went on the day before I had an inspection scheduled, there were a lot of issues that came up over the course of a couple weeks with my car and the manager as well as his staff were amazing throughout the entire process. Explained what was going on and did everything they could to get it fixed thoroughly for me. They were responsive and communicated regularly with us which I also appreciated. Thank you to the West Henrietta Monro Muffler team!!

My son brought his car here to be fixed. He wears cochlear implants and sometimes doesn t hear all of the details in verbal communication. The owner was very patient and understanding. He wrote out all of the information on paper. He also answered all of my sons questions. He completed the repair, wasn t satisfied with how the car was running, and kept it longer to fix it correctly.

Great service, friendly staff and you don t feel like you re getting ripped off. They give helpful explanations about parts and services without being pushy. It also got a whole new re design so feels like a brand new place! Will be returning for sure.

I had a bad TPMS and tire sensor. I went in 1 day for an appointment and was told it was fixed. I left and it wasn't so I returned. Was assured again that it was fixed. I left and the light came back on. I returned and they said they're closing soon and I need to come in Monday. I came back in today and they again assured me the sensor is fixed and yet again it is not. I am in the trades and understand that things are not so simple all the time but you should not assure a customer something is fixed. I've wasted gas and money and time. Whats the point of a new sensor that can't tell me if it's working or not?

Just finished with my second visit here and this is my new place for my car repairs !!!!! My husband recently passed away and always was the one to take care of our car needs. I think a lot of women that don t know much about cars feel nervous that we can get ripped off. The manager Reshard Becoats was who I delt with both times. He helped me pick new tires and made me feel so comfortable and helped me decide what needed to be done to my vehicle to make it safe. Such a sweet man and knows his stuff and helped me come up with a maintenance schedule. DEFINITELY would recommend Monro to anyone and Reshard is my new mechanic!!! I explained to him that I need someone I can trust and will help me keep my car in top shape and not take advantage of me. Sooooo appreciate them !!!!!

My experience here was great. I hate having to bring my car in anywhere because I always feel like they re trying to upsell you on other things or making you feel dumb for not knowing things. They were very quick and communicative the whole time. Very nice and fair prices.

They do pretty good work but the lady they have on the phone is extremely rude and lazy. Asking me the customer questions I'm calling them to awnser. Not knowledgeable or friendly in the office.

Just had the absolute best experience with Reshard, where I brought my car in for an issue that definitely was avoidable. He was kind about it, entirely transparent with me and extremely friendly. Everything was fixed very quickly and well. I am sad to be moving, or else I would continue to come to this shop as I have for the past three years. Only positive experiences!

Scam artist. Don't go there. Asked to have a tire balance on one tire because I noticed the tire weight had come off. They called me 4 times before they even looked at the tire to sell me 4 new tires that I don't need. They never even balanced my tire.

Every time I have gone they have been extremely kind and helpful. Never tried to upswell or rip me off like big chains do and they always make sure everything is good with the car before I even leave. A great business and I will be going back in the future.
