Very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and only do what you ask. They don't overcharge and suggest work that isn't necessary. You will be 100% happy and confident.

I have used Michaels for the past 6 years. What kept me coming back was the kindness and respect I was shown by Mike and his mechanics The work done was excellent and always priced right!! Michael has always been one of the best in Rochester and now he has a team to help him grow and they ARE the top of the game when it comes to repairing anything! My old daily driver was having issues the other guys couldn't figure out. I was ready to scrap it at 172k miles, something I was dreading as the prices for cars are insane!I took it to michaels in a last ditch attempt. He had all 4 issues fixed within two days, and I could drive it to work in between! He even took care of the towing bill and I paid him when I came and got my vehicle! ..Michael has some friendly people working for him, His place is clean, and the only shop I know that has the best magazines!

Terrible place never bring your car here!!! Initially i just needed my battery replaced and they tried to charge me $425!!! On top of that my truck is now randomly leaking oil I ve NEVER had this problem until bringing it to them!!! A very shady auto shop where they smile in your face then proceed to damage your vehicle to deepen their pockets.

Mike is an amazing mechanic! Been using his services for years and he's very professional. Every time I bring him a problem with my car he has it fixed promptly in a reasonable amount of time. Worth the money in my opinion.

This shop never overcharges for repairs and the owner Michael always treats his customers with respect, courtesy and with honesty. The work performed is always quality and done in a timely mannerI would highly recommend Michael's Automotive.

I was referred to this shop by Van Bortel Ford because they use this shop for al of their body work needs. I needed a fender repaired so I took my car here because it was recommended and the quoted price was lower than every other shop. The owner Michael told me he would have my car done within the week so I rented a car. I call the Friday it was supposed to be done and he himself gave me a runaround on why it isn't done yet, then said he would be in the shop Saturday even though it was closed so that I could get my car. Surprise..... he wasn't there and did not answer any of my phone calls. Come Monday I finally pick up my car and there were personal items missing but I have no proof they went missing at the shop so they denied it being them of course. Here it is a year later, I called them for a quote on some other work I needed done, said they would call me back by the end of the day. I called back every day for three days straight and never got a quote. I also tried to get them to look at my car because where they did the work last year the paint is chipping. Owner Michael once again said he would be in the shop right at 730 when they opened and he was not. I had to leave to go to work or I would have stayed and waited. Every employee I encountered was pretty nice, so I am going to put the terrible customer service and paint job all of Michael. If you feel like being ignored and put on the back burner feel free to try here. I don't know how they have a contract with a major car dealer when the work they did on my car isn't holding up...........

It is great to feel that you have been treated fairly at an auto shop and the staff goes way beyond to meet your needs at the most reasonable cost. I refer all of my friends as well.
