First time getting service on the car and the team was amazing. Met at the door and went right to the service desk (Mariah) and was given an estimated time of how long the service would take. The waiting area was nice and I worked on my computer the entire time. Drinks and snacks. My service technician Chris came and talked to me about everything that was done and they cleaned my car.

The process of purchasing and paperwork went super smooth, I drove from buffalo and it was well worth it! My salesman Justin Allen was exceptional- he went above and beyond, took the time to explain the cars technology features and power train specs to a tech challenged person lol he was patient, has excellent communication skills, was understanding and intuitively new my needs. Had an amazing experience and will return in the future! Thank you

Max is the man! I had an issue with my Mercedes' massage seats and ended up having to return to the service shop THREE separate times before it got resolved. For this reason, I could not rated 5 stars. However, my service rep Max was very courteous, kind, polite, professional, and obliging the entire time, which is why I rated 4 stars instead of 1. He kept me up-to-date on everything that was going on and even saved the service center from me demanding a refund and taking my car somewhere else. Mercedes Benz West Herr is very fortunate to have Max. I will be looking for him any time I have to have service on my vehicle. Thank you Max.

Only good things to say about my experiences with the Service Department at Mercedes-Benz of Rochester. My car has been maintained well without any problems or hitches. My Service Advisor, Stephen Murphy, is terrific and is always very pleasant, professional, and accommodating. It s somewhat rare today to find great service wherever one goes, but I can honestly say that Stephen makes the experience very easy and stress free. What more can one ask!

I had spectacular experience with MB of Rochester. I was a out-of- state buyer and purchased my vehicle via internet & phone. Jeremy and Fred worked diligently to complete the entire sale process and home delivery of my vehicle within 2 days. The team is extremely personable and they made the process easy. The great service is appreciated.

Robert welcomed me as if I was a member of his family. I m a GM retiree that has never had to negotiate a deal. Robert, Zara and I quickly agreed on a price and finalized the deal in less than a hour. I would highly recommend this dealership and if you can these employees. Respectfully Jim

Their attention to detail, their willingness to go above and beyond to avoid any unnecessary inconvenience with appointments is greatly appreciated. I love having one contact person who handles all of my needs in the service department. Stephen does an exceptional job!! He actually makes having to go in for appointments pleasurable!

Buying my Mercedes Benz 450GLE was a pleasurable experience. My sales advisor, Joe, was very knowledgeable and friendly and thankfully, he was very patient with me as I was going back-and-forth on which model to get. The whole experience was awesome and I know where I ll be getting my next Mercedes from.

Mercedes of Rochester was the best experience I had for warranty work on my 2022 Mercedes GLS 450 ! I first spoke to Patrick was very professional, and explained the recalls on my vehicle. He also offered me a loaner car for the work that needed to be done. When I came to the dealership, Glen the service advisor was more than professional ! He explained everything about the dealership and what is going to be repaired on my vehicle. Upon picking up my vehicle, I was explained everything that was repaired. In addition, the vehicle was vacuumed and washed. I couldn t ask for better experience, and I look forward to do business at the Mercedes of Rochester in the near future, I highly recommend them !!

Had a car special ordered through a rep, unfortunately after waiting 8 months the car was completely wrong due to the error of the salesman who didn t follow through. I was extremely disappointed and had to purchase a similar one a few hours away but the service department was awesome with my new vehicle.

This was Best Dealer Auto Service experience EVERI ve had service at other dealerships over the past 60yrsMy Service Person Max listened to my issues and made me Feel comfortable, assured and all the Attributes of real Customer Care Person. The Support team stepped up as when when I called back with a question. To top it off, I didn t buy my car from there. Yes 5 Star Service Indeed

**note** this is from a few months ago- I didn t realize this review was sitting there unsent :) so here it is, 60 days later Have to let people know if you want a Mercedes Leeann and Jason St John, at West Herr Mercedes, are who you need to see. We came in and took a test drive of a car we saw on the website, (we had a former West Herr Mercedes purchase from them to trade in) loved the car, and an hour later it was a done deal including financing. Jason and Leeann St John are amazing to work with! West Herr Mercedes, and especially Jason and Leeann, are top notch, friendly, happy and no nonsense.. They will work to get a straightforward deal on the table for you. They want you in the car of your dreams. Highly recommend these two!! Our son went in today and got a deal as well.

They had my S Class for several months trying to eliminate a low whining noise between 53 and 65 mph. Much of the time was waiting for parts of which they changed many but without success. They told me it was the same as all other s models of the same year, which I did experience in another vehicle of the same model and year. In other cars that don't ride nearly as quiet as the S-class, you might not hear the whining noise at the stated speed range. I feel the service level from the dealer was excellent, in spite of not being successful Illuminating the noise, and they kept me in brand new loaner cars while they had mine. I would give their service level alone, five stars and I believe they tried their best.

From the ordering process to the final pick and purchase James was absolutely wonderful. He kept us apprised every step of the way and made our buying experience exceptional. Though it was a distance they made it worth it.

I have been working with MB of Rochester for 5 years now and every time the service is fantastic. Each time I have my car in for service I am treated to exemplary quality service. Specifically, Max took extra care with getting me a loaner vehicle and also double checked my paperwork so that I didn't get charged for services that were not necessary.
