Been six weeks of run around to find 2 tires for a tractor. Each time I call, nobody knows what is going on, nothing has been ordered.

I paid 311.56 to have 4 tires mounted and balanced witch is ridiculous. Plus I had 4 brand new after market rims on my 3/4 ton truck that arnt ever 4 months old yet and they gouged three of them really bad in Rochester. I will be calling corporate and getting my rims replaced

McCarthy tires comes through in the clutch!Went to McCarthy tire after hitting a Constrcticton strip in the road a company was removing and ended up with 8-10 long nails in our work truck.Mr. Manchester did such a wonderful job! He got our work truck back today n the road in less then an hour! Mr. Manchester even went above and beyond to make shore the company that neglected to take the tack strip out of the road was held responsible for there neglect.The staff is always nice and they work extremely hard. Their customer survive is top notch.This is the kind of business Rochester can stand behind a quality tire specialist that does the right thing every time!Thanks McCarthy! Our business will be doing business with your business for a long time!You rock!

I always get good service with these people as long as ya have an appointment and not just show up expecting service asap you be happy. Even offered me lunch/ bbq today while I waited. I ll be back for sure.

Worst tire company. They tell you one thing and they do another or nothing at all. Waste of time. They talk in circles trying to avoid taking care of your vehicle. Do yourself a favor and avoid them!

thieves.For one retread tire 1200$. On my truck. They told me 400 dollars first. Do not call them. Very rude people

Took a pic of one of your guys texting and on his phone .he was all over the Rd and almost hit the gurad rails a couple times .. and he's allowed to work the Thruway.. truck number 854..... Usdot #228507.. practice safe driving !!!!!
