Honestly, I just bought new tires for my Nissan Altima and the tires are great. But what s not great is the fact that after they were put on, my car shakes while driving now. But before I get to that, they tried so hard to scam me. As shown in the picture they claimed that I had 5 and I mean 5 different problems with my car. I had an appointment with Nissan the next day for an oil change and they laughed because I actually trusted Mavis. They said it was a complete lie and the car is in good condition. Brakes and rotors still have some good life too. They just tried to get some money of course. Then I brought the car back for them to check the tires, they re balanced it and claimed it was all 4 rims that were dented. Now it seems like more lies, but there is 1 rim that was dented but the rest? I ll question them again in person. Then they didn t even mention the problems I had before so caught them in that lie. They rebalanced and still the car is shaking. Then the mechanics were not smart. I have a dash cam and I had a full 3 minute clip of them cursing out my car for certain modifications I ve done. They also decided to rev my car in their garage. Is this how they treat their customers???? Honestly worst experience I ve had ever. I see a lot of good reviews and I would ve loved to be a part of them but today I can t do that. If they can fix my problem I ll delete this review or modify it to be better. But for now it stays.

I walked with a nail in my tire, and the team promptly attended to my needs. The repair was completed quickly. Great customer service from Nicholas, and the manager, Miguel, is a gentleman.Remember when purchasing new tires get that road hazard insurance.

EASTCHESTER Mavis is amazing! Wayne at the front desk was welcoming, addressed and explained my options!! Excellent customer service! Calvin performed the work needed in a timely and professional manner!! I would highly recommend and will be my future auto repair location!!! 5 stars!!!!

The New manager at this location, Daniel is incredible. Thanks to him and his crew I had the Best experience that I have ever had for car maintenance anywhere. He was transparent, honest, kind and I really appreciated that he gave a thorough hands on explanation of why I needed to do the work that he was recommending. He then stayed late to get the job done and get me back on the road. He is an extremely hard worker and kind person and Mavis is lucky to have him.

I had a great experience today at Mavis Tires in Eastchester. Had gotten a nail in my tire and needed a plug. Daniel took care of me from beginning to end, he's very kind and knowledgeable, and I was in and out super fast! I will definitely be a returning customer for any other tire needs.

The service at this location was absolutely impeccable. Speedy and reliable. Nicholas and Daniel immediately diagnosed the issue and immediately rectified it. I was on my way in less than an hour. Even better, they actually showed me what the actual problem was with my tire before performing any services. Honest, true professionals!

Dear Mavis,Outstanding service!! Daniel the service manager made sure my experience at Mavis-Eastchester-NY was 100% successful. The work was done in a very reasonable amount of time. He made sure the work was completed with high quality service. I could see he was on top of everything going on. Very impressive. 4/9/24Me and my mom had a great experience at the Mavis Tire location in Eastchester NY. Our car tire blew out. When we pulled in, Wayne provided the best assistance. He met us outside and took us right in. We ended up replacing 2 tires. Both Wayne and Nicholas were very professional, polite and understanding. In a tight spot I don't think you could ask for a better experience.Thanks again for all the help.Roxie and Eipporah Stowe

This Mavis location, by far is the best one i ve been too. I took my SUV for services there and Daniel had been extremely helpful. He went far and beyond to help me get the parts i needed for my vehicle. I definitely can say Daniel and his team has been a pleasure and will definitely keep coming here for services. Excellent work!!

My car was not starting right away and with it being so cold I wanted to make sure that my battery was good. I stopped by Mavis in Eastchester and was very happy with the service. Danny ran a test on my battery and it was exactly what I thought, after 4 years needed to be replaced. Miguel was very helpful in finding the right battery for my car and Jay great with installing the battery in my car. Was done in very little time and I was kept informed of everything that was happening, I have nothing but great words for the staff that work in this Mavis location, everyone was very professional.

I had a slow leak in my tire and thought I needed a whole new tire. The crew at Mavis in Eastchester were exceptional (Nicholas and Daniel). They took a nail out of my tire, plugged the hole and had me on my way in no time at all. Highly recommend!

I took my car in for exhaust work and a state inspection. My appointment was on a Saturday at 8 am. I received a confirmation call from Nicholas who made sure my appointment included both requests & listened while I explained my concerns about my car. He was pleasant, professional & friendly. I took my car in at 8 am on the day of my appointment and by 9:30 am Daniel reached out to let me know that the issue had been found but it would require a part that would not arrive until Monday. I chose to leave my car there with a plan to pick it up Tuesday morning before work as I often get out of work after their closing hour. Monday came & Daniel called me and detailed what had been done, breaking it all down very easily for me, and ended with a better than expected price which was greatly appreciated. When I explained I wouldn't be able to pick up my car until the following morning, Daniel said that they'd be there for a few minutes past closing and would have no problem waiting for me to get there. They went above and beyond not just with my car repair but with customer service as well.

Wayne and Miguel took me right in even though I had no appointment. They fixed my problem within 20 minutes, and did not overcharge me or pad the bill. Took care of incidental issues as well. Quality service that I don't hesitate to recommend.

I had a very great experience at the eastchester Mavis. Daniel, Nicholas and Miguel all shared their expertise in helping me replace all my tires on my SUV. I felt they were all trustworthy and they accommodated me in an emergency situation. The prices were very good and I felt at ease. The customer service I received was the best out of all my encounters of any car situation. This will be my new go to place for my vehicle maintenance. Thank you Nicholas, Miguel and Daniel for your excellent customer service , honesty and pleasant experience.

I've had my tires and brakes replaced at this location even though there are two other Mavis locations much closer to me. :) I had to bring my car in today because of a nail in one of my tires. Daniel handled the intake when I arrived and had everything done in about 30 minutes. Every one I've worked with before has been very helpful, patient and kind. All around excellent customer service by Daniel and the entire crew at Eastchester!

We came in today before a long drive out of state. I had scheduled an oil change but realized it wasnt quite due so asked them to check the tires & a noise that another shop said was "nothing." They found the reason for the noise, fixed it & adjusted the pressure in our tires, all free of charge. Daniel & Nicholas helped us; they were both very professional & courteous. The bathroom was also super clean! Great experience overall...highly recommend this shop.

We ve come here a couple of times for tire repair. Great, fast service and very reasonable prices. Nicholas and Wayne were really helpful and Wayne took the time to show me the damaged area of the tire.

I had the most excellent service team today with Alejandro and Dan best duo I had In a long time. I do highly recommend them both, gave me with great explanation with my tires and service about my vehicle. I am definitely coming back in future at this Mavis.

Good experience getting a new set of tires. Nicholas at the front was fantastic providing me with a speedy estimate that beat the competition and other Mavis locations in westchester, order, and appointment. The service center is comfortable for waiting a few hours. The service itself took a little longer than expected but overall very happy with the service.

Came here for some air in my tires, unfortunately the machine outside was broken but the tech noticed and came outside and filled up my tires for me with the machine inside. He noticed that one of my tires was really low, which was why I came and he said he could put it up on the lift real quick and look for a nail or if I had something wrong with the tire. Sure enough I had a nail.Went inside and talked ot the Front End Manager, Nicholas, who was very informative and helpful, helped me find a decent set of tires in my budget, and since my state inspection was coming up we set up an apointment to get all the work done.Day of work, everything went as smoothly as possible, met with the Tech Daniel, very friendly guy, let me take a look under my car and showed me stuff that might need to get replaced down the line due to wear, but assured me my inspection would pass at the time. He changed the tires and did the alignment on my vehicle. Honestly, one of the nicest Techs I have ever dealed with at a mechanic shop.I've been using this location for a while now, and the new people here are very friendly and helpful. Was hesitant to come back here after my last visit, but with the new crew would come back again.
