I recommended Mavis Mt Hope(Rochester NY) to a friend to buy tires. He was overwhelmed of the courtesy, service and price match of a local warehouse chain. He contacted me to thank me for my recommendation and now a Mavis customer! Kudos!The very next day(1/19/24) I stopped by Mavis(44 Ridge rd) Webster for an oil change. Mohammad was same as usual, courteous, and very polite/accommodating! He changed my oil and rotated my tires! Can t say enough about Mavis as i always put my trust in them for good pricing and top notch service!BTW, Mavis Webster is my go to store as i have come to know the amazing staff there!!!Herman G

Paid 700 dollars for 4 new tires and an alignment. 2 weeks later I m replacing a rotor that was brand new and maybe a caliber. Car was in perfect condition. Don t understand how a simple tire change and alignment can cause the kind of damage I have now. I called and they told me it s not their issue. Tried to gaslight me into telling me the issue probably existed before they serviced it. 2nd and last time doing business with this company. 2 out of 2 times they jacked my car up.

Every time I take my car to get balance and rotation, they only balance the tire, but do not do the rotation. This is the second time they did this to me. Management needs to step in and make sure the customer gets what he pays for.This is ridiculous. This is the second time they did this to me. Did not rotate my tires, and I asked the guy he lied and said yes, he did. And he never did take it to the dealership. They had the same measurements and said the tires would never rotate

A few months back I found a power steering leak on a 2003 Highlander and had the car towed to Mavis. Although they were able to get the car back the next day, I experienced another power steering leak a couple days later, after which I had the car towed to a different shop who was actually able to address the issue and replaced the broken parts.While Mavis simply reconnected the line, I had hoped they would have been more careful with this so that there wouldn't be another leak the next weekend. I can't attest for other types of repairs and service, but if anyone else has a similar power steering issue, please think twice before choosing Mavis.

Great deals on tires! Any brand, call to see today!!! Just keep in mind, warranty costs extra...They have friendly and knowledgeable staff and operating bathrooms!

Friday, I cut a new tire on a piece of debris. Mavis was about 500 ft away. I talked to Shawn about a new Michelin. They didn't have it in stock, but informed me they could have it Saturday AM. When I showed up for my appointment, Stephanie greeted me and said she would get me right in. Thirty five minutes later, I was on my way. Excellent service! Highly recommend!

Ryan the technician was awesome!! He was very pleasant and not only did he do a great job at replacing my tire. But he went the extra mile and fixed a hanging under carriage cover that was hanging. I can't say enough about the service I received! Everyone worked well together and service was fast and efficient. Great job! Thank you Ryan and everyone else at Mavis!!

Staff were friendly, but I waited an hour an 15 minutes total for a tire change after showing up on time to my appointment. They didn t even take the car into the garage until 45 minutes after the appointment time. Tires seemed overpriced as well (almost $500 for 3 bare-bones all-seasons on my sedan). Also, the waiting area was in direct sunlight the whole time, so I was very hot and uncomfortable while waiting. I would suggest getting some window shades that can be pulled down so customers don t have to be forced to sit in the hot sun. Overall a disappointing experience.

I had a 11:00 appointment,my vehicle was pulled in for a brake inspection in a timely manner. My estimate was $600. Even with the warranty.(ridiculous) After waiting 4hrs,also me observing customers that came hours after me vehicles were completed, I asked the manager Stephanie what was the status of my vehicle,instantly she had the most nastiest attitude ever,she aggressively push the door open to go say whatever she said to the mechanic,came out with my vehicle 5 minutes later,slammed my vehicle door very hard(not knowing I was on the side of the building. I politely asked her why did she get so angry & slam my door all behind me asking a simple question& hopefully I don t have any other issues with my vehicle as I did 2years ago a day after leaving that shop.

Went in for an oil change, and I was told that it might be a little bit My appointment was at 1 o clock. I barely had time to sit down because it was kind of busy by time I got sat down. They were pulling my car around at 1:10. Excellent customer service very sweet people, this is why I always get all of my car work done at Mavis on Mount Hope

I have used Mavis on Mt Hope for every service they offer on either our Prius c or Grand Caravan (except those pesky parts needed from the dealer). I have appreciated the manager there for many years as she is very straight forward and always helpful and accommodating. Thanks! Donna

I have been coming here for years. No matter who is working the desk, they are always polite, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The service is always good and I have been meaning to say so for a while now. I ve never had a bad experience at Mavis Mt Hope. They are great!

We are traveling from California and discovered a nail in one of the tires. Unlike an unnamed competitor, Mavis handled our repair on-the-spot and we were on our way in 20 minutes. Shawn was our service advisor and he was extremely helpful, professional and personable. Keep up the good work!

I called all the places in town for quotes on tires, and Mavis had the best deal and cheapest price! Not only that, but the employee helped me find a discount and even used his employee discount for me. When I got there, I had my bike in my trunk to get back to my house. Ryan helped me fix my bike and inflate the tires even though he didn t know I was a Mavis customer at the time! He really made my day. Then when I returned for my car, I was soaked because it was raining. Ryan gave me some paper towels, and then when I returned to my car after getting my keys inside, I found someone had put a protective seat cover on my seat:) Really quality customer service, they went above and beyond

A+ service! I had an appointment in Henrietta and they had to reschedule due to no staff, the woman manger here (didn t get her name) squeezed me in the same day, and even gave me a discount for the inconvenience. Was in and out in 20 mins and she took time to re-learn my TPMS light that was on. Hard working crew, and what great prices. Highly satisfied, will for sure be coming back. Thank you again so much!

I made a 2 PM appointment for a vehicle inspection and was happy to get it done, even though it took till 3:45 PM before I got out of there. This day and age it's amazing to get any kind of service, lol... but service at discount prices is rather impressive. Highly recommended.

Very happy with the service. I needed a tire plugged or patched it had a screw in it. Stopped at 2 shops before I stopped here . The other 2 shops didn't even have employees there yet. These guys got me right in and all patched up in less than 30 min.
