Lonnie was very helpful! Any time o drop my car off on a Saturday they make sure to get it in . They always communicate and get the job done in a good amount of time . We always bring our cars here !

Tito is the personification of excellence. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, takes time to articulate the problems that need to get fixed, and also the value of fixing something before it causes bigger problems. I've been a long time customer and Mavis will continue to have my loyalty. 5 stars; highly recommend.

I was overdue for an oil change on my VW Tiguan, and they were incredibly kind to get me in same day! Everyone there was super professional but personable at the same time. And the environment wasn't uncomfortable at all, which made waiting stress-free.Plus, even though it was just for an oil change, they let me know they had found mouse droppings under the hood AND told me how to clear out unwanted pests!1000/10 would definitely recommend.

I received a good experience recently on two separate Service appointments for my mother's vehicle. Lonnie and Nick at the Service desk both were personable, and well informed me on the required repairs, and also helped out with the cost. Tito the master mechanic who did most of the suspension, brake and exhaust work did a thorough and quality job.

I have taken my car and had my Son take his car to this Mavis location. They have had EXCELLENT Customer service. When I had unexpected repairs, they've gotten me in and repaired my car quickly. They ALWAYS let me know if there is service work done on my car with a full estimate before hand. So between the Customer service and repairs, I HIGHLY recommend them for your repair needs.

Needed new tires on my F-150 after this winter season and after looking around at a few places and getting prices, Lonnie, one of the assistant managers, was able to find me the best deal in town! My truck looks amazing, and my wallet is happy! Thanks Maiden Ln. Mavis!

Thank you Lonnie! I called this morning with a flat tire repair and they could accommodate me immediately. Lonnie found my tire and ordered it in case I needed a new one. Once they did some investigating Lonnie came to show me what they found in the tire and, informed me that they would be able to plug it! They did a few tests to make sure it was running at 100%. Thank you for the quick amazing service!!

I would like to bring to your attention an issue I recently experienced with the service provided by your establishment. On Saturday at noon, I entrusted my vehicle to your shop to have my brakes replaced. However, when I received my car today, I discovered that the cooling fan had been bent, resulting in noticeable and bothersome noises.In my attempt to ascertain the status of my vehicle earlier today, on Sunday, I attempted to contact your shop but was unable to reach anyone who could provide information on whether or not the work had been completed. Consequently, I decided to personally visit your shop in order to obtain an update on the situation. Unfortunately, it was only at that moment that I was informed that the work had, in fact, been finished.It is disconcerting to find that, after my initial visit to address the brake replacement, my vehicle has now encountered an issue that was not present before. I value the services provided by your establishment and I trust that you will investigate and address this matter promptly.I kindly request that you rectify the situation by either repairing or replacing the bent cooling fan in order to restore my vehicle to its original, reliable condition. I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this issue.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Had a great experience recently with this store in particular. I needed new tires and Steve was not only friendly but really helped make sure I got what I needed to fit into my budget. They even had to go get tires from a different store and did so as quick as they could. Everyone was very helpful and nice. I really appreciated it!

I had a favorable experience at Mavis. I had a NYS Inspection and a light bulb replacement. I appreciated not being upsold on things I did not need which happened last year at the dealership. I applaud the integrity of your staff!

Maiden Lane store is the best I go out of my way to use this store! Chili Center store is walking distance and I avoid this location totally! Mavis Tire location mentioned is top notch Not true of ALL locations!

Will NEVER go back and I've been bringing my vehicle there since I bought it in 2017!Why? Because I brought my car in there in February telling them i had an issue with the rear passenger tire and told them further I was almost certain it was a bearing. They called me and told me no, that I needed calipers and performed a rear passenger break service and then told me I had TWO bad bearing in the FRONT. Brought my car in for the bad bearing service in the FRONT, they they said i had and they called me and said it was my REAR passenger bearing which, is what I brought it in there for in February and they told me I was wrong. So, I authorized the repair for my REAR bearing and while they were doing that they somehow. CUT my ABS wire so I had to wait an additional day for them to repair that. Idk what happened over there in the past year, but they lost me as a customer completely and I will never tell anyone to go there again either. They are horrible.

The manager Jose made it a point to have my vehicle rushed through after I questioned why my vehicle was still outside after 2 hours past my appointment. The direction he gave to his techs resulted in my wheel being mounted inaccurately on my newer vehicle causing there to be a vibrating when driving. I ended up having to call the Mavis on West Ridge and they got me in immediately and rebalanced and remounted all four tires in no time. I do not recommend this Mavis and will not to anyone. I will be returning to the West Ridge or Spencerport Road location.

Mavis did a great job putting on tires and an alignment on my SUV. I made the appointment, got to the facility, they got my car in did everything they needed to do and when they were finished I was out promptly. No complaints.

Great store and great workers!! I will never go anywhere else for mechanical work or tires! They always get me in as soon as they can and take good care of my car. I always refer family and friends to this establishment and location!

I brought my car in with a metal chunk in my tire and they were so great as to repair it in less than an hour. Very good and accommodating! Highly recommend them!

I would give a three star if it wasn't for that sexy man Joe. The manager Jose was professional and polite but I seen some buffoonery from some of the other guys. I wouldn't trust anyone other than Joe or Tito to even lift my car. I'm worried those other guys are going to get themselves crushed

This location doesn't appear to honor their appointments that they make with customers. My wife made an appointment for yesterday at 3:30pm to have 4 new tires mounted/balanced and to get an alignment. She was told that as long as she showed up before 3:45pm (because they close at 6pm) they could get her in and complete the work.She arrived at 3:20pm and was told they couldn't do the work and that "they wish she'd called first so they could have told her they couldn'tdo it." Why... when he had an agreed upon appointment?Since the pandemic, I have noticed more and more businesses pulling these kinds of tactics on their customers. I remember a time when businesses would do whatever necessary to please their customers, even if it meant inconveniencing themselves from time to time. We, as customers, have the option of taking our business and money anywhere we choose. We've chosen to take our future business and money to Goodyear on Dewey Ave and will never do business with Mavis again. It's unfortunate because Mavis is generally a good corporation. However, that goodness doesn't appear to carry over to their invidual locations. You may have a different experience than my wife did, but at the end of the day, do you want to take the chance when you absolutely have to have the work done to your vehicle?I dont.

I had an appointment on 12/2/23 at 1pm but, i was told to come back later or Monday because there were too many walk ins they had to take care of. What s the point of taking appointments if you re not to honor them.

This place sucks!!! The manager is rude and while waiting in line , 2 people ahead of me were there for problems that the shop didn't either fix right or caused the problem. There not mechanics and places like this should be out of business!! Was here for a free tire rotation. Now I can't drive my work truck!!! Came in earlier amd they were busy so made a 1pm appointment which when I got there they said it was a 1 -2 hour wait. I've missed enough time from work cause of this place. They would rather take in new money then fix what they messed up cause they are not professionals!!! Go anywhere else....trust me! U don't want this headache!!!!!
