I cant write a big enough thank you to the manager Desmond and the staff at Mavis Tire East Rochester. My sister and I were on our way to perform at a concert in Syracuse. We could not avoid hitting two major potholes on the inter-loop in Rochester. Both rims bent and one was leaking air, we were desperate. Mavis bent the rims back to round, sealed the beads, rebalanced the tires and sent us on our way. We were only 10 minutes late to our performance rehearsal.

Raider did an amazing job on the oil change. Got me on the schedule quickly, looked at few concerns on my car, fixed some minor adjustments no extra charge, hooked me up with a game plan for replacing my tires in a month or two, demonstrated why my tires were on the way out, and explained why I should hold off on some extra work I thought I needed but didn t. Appreciated the honesty and the explanations. Will continue to take all our cars there for oil change and tire needs.

I had a flat tire at 4:30 on a Saturday! Even though they were suppose to close at 5:00 the manager told me to come in and they would check out the tire. I ended up with a piece of metal in the sidewall and needed a new tire. They stayed well after the closing time to get me back on the road! The employees were courtesy, friendly and professional!! Thank you Mavis!!

Excellent, friendly service!! I drove in concerned about a tire pressure light that was on in my dash. The friendly assistant manager, JD, stopped what he was doing and came to help me with all four tires. When the light was still on, the smiling and knowledgeable Terrel came to check the sensors. THEY WOULDN'T TAKE A DIME! I plan to buy my next set of tires from them. Wonderful to see such concern for customer service and well-being!

Dropped by to get my tire checked out due to a slow draining flat. They were able to take my car in right away. They worked efficiently and quickly. Excellent service!

These guys did a great job and offered great customer service to me when I needed to replace two tires. I called the call center number and was scheduled an appointment and told it would take 1 hour. I brought in my car and the guys explained the number I called was a call center and doesn't actually speak to the individual location that they are making appointments for and because of their lineup it was going to be 3 hours. Despite this poor system of scheduling appointments, the guys worked with me and found a time that was good for my schedule and the next day I came back in and they got my car in and out even quicker than they estimated. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. You can tell they deal with the call center making scheduling mistakes all the time but they did a great job to remedy the situation and communicating with me to make everything right. Very happy with the service and I would recommend them highly.

Cody did the aligment on my car and pointed out a problem before he started, this prevented damage to my car that I am very thank full he did. He spend a fair amount of time dialing it in as it is an older car. I am very pleased that he was thinking ahead rather than just forcing it. I would recommend that you ask for him as he knows the alignment rack and the special problems that certain cars present.

I had bought a car that had completely bald tires, and went here because it was close by and the tires I needed were on the cheap end. I went in not really expecting much and ended up having the best experience! Desmond, who was working with me, was really awesome and got my car in over 2 hours early. And on top of that, he found me tires that would take $60 off the total! The car drives great and they got it done before my original appointment was even supposed to start. Great place!!

Been going to my dealership for oil changes for probably 8 years. Decided to swing by on a whim, had some extra time. Not only were all the guys super friendly and got me right in for an awesome deal. But I gotta comment specifically on the AM J.D. This guy was the real deal. Asked him some questions and even though he was busy he took the time to give me answers. He didn't upsell me or try to talk over my head. Just a genuinely nice guy. I will be returning and recommending to everyone because it is a solid place for car related issues, but mainly because of J.D.! Keep it up guys.

I scheduled online. They greeted me in a friendly way. They listened to what I needed and delivered spot on. I was in an out in under and hour with everything complete. Definitely recommend going there for tire oil and inspection needs.

I went to Mavis three times for an alignment. The first time, they didn t align the car, lied, and still charged me. I then visited the Fairport Road location, where they made excuses about not having the necessary scanner and couldn t do it. Upon returning as instructed, they still couldn t manage it and falsely blamed my steering rack to my face. Despite their assumptions, I know more than they think. It was a struggle, but I managed to get a refund. I eventually had to take it to another reputable place, not managed by a group of tire technicians, to get it done properly

I went for 4 tires installation and oil change and emergency brake on my car snapped when Mavis mechanic started work and had to engage the break. I know my car is old and cable was rusty. Guys were super nice and replaced the cable for free. Awesome experience. I will definitely go there again.

The absolute best place you could go!I strongly recommend this specific location. The employees are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They repaired my tire in a very short period of time. Be sure to go to this location, they will ensure you are well taken care of! 10/10

The Manager Desmond and his staff were extremely helpful and considerate they went almost 45 minutes over closing hours to help me get my tires mounted. The shop was clean and well lit together and they did everything in a timely fashion!

Had a great experience with the guys at Mavis on Fairport. Came in mid-morning after getting a flat and they were able to get me in and patch the tire free of charge. Will definitely be coming back to this location in the future.

Recommended. Came here for the first time because I wanted Falken WildPeak A/T tires for my SUV, and they are a dealer. One of the things that really impressed me is that I could tell that all of the employees here really care and want to make sure that everything work out right. The manager Desmond knows his tires (JD too!) and the business. In the end, I got great tires - love the WildPeaks (but order carefully because two very different tires models have almost the same name) and I felt like the manager, the staff, and corporate (who helped with the ordering) really all supported me. I'm grateful for their efforts. Recommended.

I just got tires put on my car and Rome treated me and every customer that walked in with above and beyond customer service. I could tell they were busy but he kept everything moving quickly and efficiently. He made the process of getting new tires very easy.

Had a bad run in with some bolts and nails on my tires.. JD jumped to help me after two other places turned us away. I only had about 5 miles of life left in my tires and they weren t able to be plugged. They had the tires at a great price- and they took care of it right away.

I purchased 2 tires for my car and I was livid with my brother for not getting the money for the bill into my acct. So I had to sit at Mavis for the whole afternoon with nothing to do. Everyone was so nice to me.

This is my place now, 100%. I went for the first time today to fix my second flat tire this year (annoying, right?) and I had the best experience. 10/10 recommend especially for women who usually hate auto shops. Sending my friends & family for sure!

This place is amazing with amazing people. Absolutely massive shout out to JD who went above and beyond and even FURTHER- from doing extra work to make sure i was satisfied, to even offering to PICK ME UP and bring me to my car and skip the Uber! Can t find customer service like this these days man.
