From start to finish the smoothest experience I have ever had in a car dealership. Love the wide open office space and felt no pressure or stress at all. Erica simply listened to what I was looking for and picked a vehicle to meet those needs. I purchased and drove home the same day.

I just went through the painful car shopping experience for the first time. I pretty much new what I wanted before stepping into a dealership. Matthews was the first place I stopped and honestly shouldn t have wasted my time shopping around at any of the competitors. John DeSalvo was an awesome salesman very knowledgeable and just all around great guy. Stayed in contact with me and let me know about the car I was looking for as soon as he found it. I was about to get a similar model from another dealership but decided to go with Matthews simply because of him and helping get exactly what I was looking for at the budget I needed .

Justin(and Ryan! ) provided such a great experience in helping my wife get a new car, that I decided to take the drive myself!When I thought I wouldn't get much for my trade-in, they went above and beyond to include and do everything they could to make sure I felt like I was getting what it was worth.They provided such a smooth experience, I was in and out in a day! I made sure to include the warranty and such, because if the support for my vehicle is as positive as the support throughout the purchasing process, they will do what they need to make sure their valued customers are taken care of!Thank you for an amazing experience, and I look forward to when I am ready to trade in!If you are looking for a new car, look no further than Matthews!Thanks guys

Friendly, helpfully staff. Justin, our salesperson, was great. He was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Justin was terrific to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or lease a vehicle. We are very impressed with Hyundai vehicles. This is the second one in our family and we will be lifetime customers.

Liked the fact that it wasn t a typical dealership experience. There was no pressure put on us to make a sale like previous car buying experiences we ve had. Our salesman was great, very knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly go over the car when we took delivery. The only reason I can t give five stars is because unfortunately, while my wife and I were signing the paperwork, there were some employees in the next cubicle over who were using very coarse language, perhaps not realizing that we were there. When we brought it to our salesman s attention, he immediately took care of it, and the manager came over and apologized to us, but it was still an unfortunate experience that we should not have had to encounter in a setting like that.

I traded in my old hyundai that was liable to Get stolen by the local Kia crime kids, so I switched to a better model and my salesmen Chris Raetz was excellent in catering to my needs and wants, but also; knowledgeable on the past, current , features of the plethora of vehicles we explored until I found MY perfect match. I would recommend Mathews Hyundai of greece and Chris R. To anyone who visits their facility. Great customer service, and do not be afraid to miss out on a great deal even though you may see some construction equipment!!! It may mean the difference between Mathews excellence or settling with the other guys just because of an excavator. 5-stars folks!

I had the flu last weekend and also had issues with my 10 year old Tucson (Loved my Tucson! Second one I have owned) I was planning on buying this next year 2024.....so, this just happened a little more quickly than I had anticipated. I called the service department and spoke with my FAVORITE service guy Eric and asked him to transfer me to their top salesman because I was buying a new KONA that day!Chris Raetz was wonderful with me! I told him exactly what I wanted and that I didn't care about the color. (Lol!) My Tucson was already on their site, so 4 hours later Chris came and picked me up and drove me back to the dealership to sign the paperwork. I went with a 3 year lease because signing a car loan for 7 years makes absolutely no sense to me.Trust me, I've owned 2 Tucsons now.Overall, Chris was great with me. I wanted the process to be completed quickly and efficiently.Thanks Chris and Eric!By the way...Gorgeous Color on my KONA!

Excellent experience!! Dallas, Joe, and Anthony were phenomenal! If you are interested in purchasing a new vehicle these guys can make the deal happen! Billy took me to the car I described I wanted gave me the keys went for a ride this was about noon. @ 4:30 pm signed paperwork needed an hour tutorial on electronics and off I went. Great people to work with

Joe was very helpful and friendly in choosing our next vehicle. I told him what I wanted and he went to get the vehicle. He was very straightforward with us about the cost and incentives that were being offered. He was not pushy about us buying the vehicle right on the spot. He said we could go home and talk about it. He said he would hold the vehicle and not sell it. When I came in to pick up the vehicle Chris was very friendly and made the process of signing the paperwork easy and fast. He went over the some of the features that the vehicle has. Overall the experience of buying the vehicle was great.

We had a very nice experience here even with the construction. They had trailers we sat in, which wasn't bad at all. It didn't affect the friendliness of the staff, our salesman Chris was wonderful. Very nice, honest guy who was willing to work with us on our budget. Fast signing process, everything was ready to go when we got there. They even gave our 4 year old son a Matthews plushie that he loves. Can't wait to see the remodel, would definitely recommend them to others.

I will forever take my Hyundai to Matthews on W Ridge Rd as I have had nothing but stellar service from them each time I ve gone there. They are so personable; I had Jared as the mechanic this time and he actually texted me throughout the day to keep me updated on their progress! It was great not to have to sit at home and wonder..and there s always the extra little touches they add as well. Like inflating my tires for me, which I didn t realize were so low. Thank you again, Matthew s Hyundai; I could go on and on about your wonderful service!

I was given an appointment for 8 am, I arrived early and was greeted right away. Todd explained the work to be done and how long it would take. He showed me the waiting areas, and the car was taken right in. During my wait two other people offered to show me where to get coffee. My wait wasn't that long, and Todd told me I was all set, again explaining what had been done.I was very Impressed with the friendly attitude of everyone and especially Todd taking time with me.

Went there with the intent of looking at and driving a Hyundai Palisades. Walked around the parking lot for 20 minutes. Then went inside for another 15 minutes. Never approached by anyone in sales. One salesman walked past me with his cell phone and cigarette to stand outside on his break. I went to Vision. At least there they were interested and had time to help me. I definitely would not go back.

Good afternoon, I've been a Hyundai car driver for many years, I've decided after 2 and half years ago to go leasing again, I love it every step of the way with Hyundai Greece employees. TREY was awesome he helped me through it all, now this was back in 2021 of March, now my lease is coming up in 2024, Trey contacted me after these few years to see if i was interested in ending my lease. A new lease or whatever my decisions would be . Now one thing I liked the most he reached out, and he's still with the company after 2 and half years, so I know that company is doing good, he still there......lol. Thanks Trey what a awesome job, and my Sant Fe 2023 is awesome, love the ride. Matthew Hyundai you ROCK IN GREECE

I was picking a car to transport. I called them to confirm that the car was. I was told they would call me back. I waited 45 min, and I called them back to confirm, and they got mad that I called. When I arrived I was screamed at by some out of shape man for callIing again. If they treat ther transporters like that, they will not be surprised they treat a customer the same way. DONT BY FROM HERE!!!!!!!

Chris Raetz was fantastic!! He explained everything so I could understand - he was patient since this was the first time I purchased a car on my own - he knew how nervous I was- I tried out two different vehicles and he wasn t trying to push me toward either of them - he was letting me figure it out on my own - I would definitely tell people to go to Matthews Hyundai and ask for Chris Raetz because he will make buying a car easy and explain everything ! Thank you Chris!! I just love my new Tucson and I will definitely come back when my lease is up.
