Been here twice now and will always come back, and promote this business. Had to get 2 tires this morning and found out about a really sketchy ball joint....pretty bad when NO effort needs to be put in to get it out. Anyway, Tin let us know how unsafe this was and fixed it immediately. One of the most honest shops I've ever been to. Love this guy!!!!

I brought my car there for an inspection and when they called me about it they said I needed 4 new tires, roters, and should get new break pads, so they can t pass it. When I told him the front tires were brand new a month earlier, he said they needed to match. In other words, this was an attempted upsell that failed. I brought it to a more reputable garage and it passed with no issues. Be warned

I took my wife car because we would have to put air in it once a week. He told me I needed a new tire. We paid for another tire. He put a tire with a plug in it already. Had to replace that tire because that one was going flat. The owner is a crook. I would never my vehicle back to that place.

I m an Uber driver and I drive an hour + to Rochester to drive there (explanation at the end). On a Saturday night, I was coming in on the Inner Loop to make an Uber Eats delivery, when a traffic cone was kicked up by another car and went under mine. I got to near the end, accelerated, and a horrible sound emitted from what felt like underneath. I located my delivery location, but the parking was tricky, so I pulled into the lot next door. I delivered the food, went back to my car and stood there wondering what to do about the situation. It was around 9:00 pm and I knew whatever I did was going to cost big $. It was then that I realized that I was parked at a car repair business ~ Lifeline Auto & Tire. Well, I counted my lucky stars, and made a phone call to the business, hoping to at least get an emergency number. Instead, owner Tin Tran answered. I explained my situation and he said to leave my keys and he d take a look at it the next day (a Sunday) to probably work on on Monday. I explained that I had to be back home Sunday pm as I had to work on Monday. He said he d see what he could do.Tin was my hero ~ he worked on my car for several hours to repair the fireshield that was shoved up and hitting the driveshaft. While he could have taken advantage of my situation financially, he didn t. To me, that is a sign of humanity and character.As Tin was leaving to go home, he noted a car in the middle of the street that was broken down. Instead of heading home as he wanted, he tried to locate the owner to offer help.Tin Tran and Lifeline Auto are a true class act in my book.As to why I drive in ROC ~ Too many women are being subjected to inappropriate behavior by some male Uber drivers. As the mother of a 25 y/o daughter, I could not ignore that. So, I drive weekend nights to get these women to and from safely.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My car showed signs of overheating and fortunately I was next to Lifeline Tires. Owner Tin was extremely helpful by ensuring I had a ride to my work and to the bank. The shop fixed my problem in just a few hours and I had my car back the same day. Thank you for your prompt and professional service.

Edit: I received a refund in the tires. I still wouldnt promote this place for tires, but for other services they arw fine.Girlfriend needed some new tires and I had previously done some work with theses guys. They sold us 4 tires, and almost instantly had issues with driving. So we took it somewhere else, and found out we got 4 used tires, 2 of which needed to be changed (it had been 3 weeks since installed). All 4 tires where different companies, and all 4 had different tread. The owner is nice enough but this was over the top. We are now having to get 4 new tires not 1 month since paying these guys. Save yourself the time and money and look elsewhere. I'm not sure how this was even legal...

If your car needs work and you want someone to trust. See Hung Tin Tran. He took care of me in a matter of hours. I ve followed him on Facebook for a few years now. I ve seen the offers he posts but never took my car in. I m mad I didn t see him earlier. I don t trust ppl with my stuff. I m sure most will agree. Especially when it comes to my car. Mechanic can be just as bad as the broke down car in some cases. NOT THIS ONE. LIFELINE AUTO IS JUST THAT.A TRUE LIFELINE. STOP IN AND GET YOUR CAR RIGHT. YOU WON T BE SORRY.AND TELL TIN, Sir sent ya.

I came here to get a used snow tire. I talked with Tin, the owner, he said come on down and I'll show you what I got. Not only was I able to pick my tire, but they had it in my size AND the brand/style that I was after. I walked out with the tire, mounted & balanced for $60. Well done guys, keep up the good work.

My 3rd time there always get great service. Prices are way better then corporate business. Worked around my schedule not like those other guys. I bought two tires that were under warranty when I put them on car it was no time till it went flat. Things happen I understand but the service I received when I called them about warranty was appalling. The guy who picked up was extremely rude, and actually hung up. When I called again I asked him "Is that how you conduct business" he quickly began to be rude again. Good tires can be found anywhere even in this place, but good service is where i want to take my money and will no longer be in this place.

I tried to patronize this business however when I entered I was told they were closed and on the way out the door I replied I have a really simple issue he said we re closed I left out a lady of a different race pulled up behind me as he was leaving and he said I m on my way yo get my daughter what do you need? Funny how he couldn t bother to hear what I needed but asked her what she needed. I won t spend money here go to the tire shop on Culver he fixed my issue on the spot for Free

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I went in to get a new exhaust pipe placed on . Tin origionally said it would be around $250 . I dropped my car off, and it had been there the entire day. They performed absolutely no work on the car ans explained later that day that the part I needed was out globably and that it would cost around $350 for express shipping and they would need that amount up front . I paid the amount. A week went by, two weeks went buy and I had yet to hear from them. I decided to drop the car over there anyway and the part mysteriously arrived . They told me the exhaust pipe didnt come with a hole which most exhaust pipes come with if you order the correct part. Tin decided to drill a hole in my pipes under the car and tried charging me another $270 for it. When I went to pick up the car , before I had even left the parkinglot, my ABS , Emergency break light , and Traction control light was on ( It had never come on during the entire time that I have had the car) . Also, my Emergency break had been broken , my car smelled of gas when I held my foot on the breaks, and my car had been making peculiar noises. Overall, my car was a mess, and When I mentioned it to Tin , he completely denied having anything to do with it. He started swearing and flipping out . I had to dish out much more money elsewhere due to problems that I mever would have had if I hadnt taken it there. Save your money and get it fixed at a dealership in which your car belongs to.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Tire wall blew out by me hitting the curb parking outside of Jeremiah's at a weird fast angle.The owner of the business Tin came out to me, replaced my tire with a used one but his promptness, attitude, and helpfulness was fantastic.The place already has great reviews and I'm adding into it. Good guy and great with the help

The guy at the front desk was extremely rude Not sure if he was The owner did not give me my van back in the order I received it knowing I have four kids and completely disregarded their safety. I would not recommend the shop to anyone.

WOMEN DO NOT GO HERE!! Tin will try and kill you on pricing. I went there to see why my car was overheating and he tried to charge me $475 to fix the coolant problem I was having. ABSOLUTELY NOT. I sent my fianc� there to pick the car up and he was singing a different tune when a man was present, DISGUSTING. I would never give him my business regardless of him changing the price.Service: General repairs & maintenance

After reading other reviews I can only agree wholeheartedly. I am admittedly a car novice but did know enough that I needed snow tires. When I called to inquire, they immediately went to check and found a very suitable used set. The staff was friendly, helpful and speedy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Tires bought from them fail inspection!!!Two weeks ago I bought two used tires from them. I told them it was for an upcoming NY inspection. They told me there was about 60% of the tread left and that they would definitely pass inspection. Fourteen days later and two different inspectors tell me they fail inspection. Only about 250 miles were driven in those two weeks. I called and they said to bring it in for them to look at and maybe they would exchange them. I would not trust the ones they put on after the exchange to pass either. They said no refunds. They are preying on and hurting poor people! If I could give negative stars I would!

These guys were amazing! No one else was open on Sunday's and they got me in right away. I'm not from Rochester, but, if you have unexpected car troubles, I recommend coming here! Not only was the service outstanding, everyone was actually nice!

Do not go here! I just called to ask questions about a service and the employee that picked up the phone didn't listen to me. He hung up the phone. I tried calling back several times and was sent to voicemail. Do you think i am going to spend my hard earned money at your place of business. Absolutely NOT! First impressions are lasting impressions. From other reviewers...i can tell that it gets worse! Avoid this trashy place!

Tin and his team helped my Mom out with some used tires. I really felt like they wanted to get her the best deal and make a good impression. They had several options available and our tech checked to see if the warehouse had other options. Check them out I think they will do right by you too.

Busy shop that does great work. Owner is on site all the time and personally deals with you no matter the job. Work was done right and in a timely manner. Has a beautiful Reef tank to watch while I wait for my wifes vehicle!Will be a returning customer - Thank you Tin

I'm the head tech...I gotta say it's good but honestly we will get your car running right at a better price then you'll find any where else in town... we don't just shoot the parts Canon we figure out what's wrong first
