I had an appointment for 9:30 but they didn't even start my car until 10:45, and then they may have rushed the job because they only spent 25 minutes on it. When I got in my car there were tracked-in oily spots all over my floor mat and pedals - they obviously didn't put down the usual paper protection like you see at all oil change places. They gave me $10 off for the schedule snafu, but I cleaned up the floor mats myself.
