This guy is one of the best locksmith. I know he always is on time and always was available. I don't know what's going on but I hope he's not out of business

Don't call ..I got run around for two days. Make arrangements after waiting hours for third call back for following day for cat key..all to be told sorry lady can't do it again . Highly unprofessional from first call. RECOMMEND POP A LOCK..very professional.came out in under an hour .young lady courteous helpful and worth the extra 20 dollars.. johnny is a joke..

There is never a good time to be locked out of your house, but this morning felt like the worst time for me. Johnny was so fast and efficient. He arrived with in 40 minutes of my call and had me back in the house in less than 10. He s skilled, efficient, reasonably priced and super pleasant to deal with. Call him!

Service was excellent and professional. I was able to get my car keys replaced which I lost in the stampede. I definitely will recommend this service to anyone who loses their keys.

He seemed fairly priced and did average work (nothing exceptional), but I felt he gets flustered easily and has a short temper. He demanded that I show him my receipt from previous work showing that I paid with a credit card because he really wanted me to pay with cash, even though from his truck and website it clearly shows that he accepts visa/mastercard. I showed him my receipt and he finally conceded, but I felt it was uncalled for.The first time he did work for me, his buddy came by and he was having a conversation with his friend in my front yard and not working on my door. He is also not very resourceful -- I had to search for the parts to get the correct color match for my door handle/lock. He was just as well going to put a non-matching color and said "well I don't see it in my catalog so it must not exist". So I called the manufacturer to find the part numbers. That shouldn't be the responsibility of the customer, that is something that the locksmith should know.I don't think I will be using his services in the future. He lacks the demeanor of a professional. Also he does not effectively communicate with his customers who might have some nuanced questions.

Desperately needed help for my daughters vehicle. Long story short, it was taken with out premission and it was found with out the key and impounded. The truck is huge and was not moving at all. It was expensive to have it towed home. We already used our Christmas money We couldn't afford to tow it to a shop and pay the locksmith for a knew key made. Johnny locksmith came to us, saved us a tow. He gave us a cheaper deal than anyone els quoted us. Was very fast!! Very pleasant and professional. His energy felt very comfortable! Thanks for all the help bro!!!!!

The work nor the cost of what was being done was not properly explained or understood at the start of job .. just a bill he was reluctant to provide with a total & a headache to understand what was being done to my locks . A safety hazard was created and when mentioned there was a request of an additional $50 on top of what was already paid , which was also a large sum for the work that was done . I feel totally ripped off .The work preformed put not only my child s safety at risk but also my own personal security in which I paid to have !!! The response I received was it s a cost for that in regards to my request . There was no value in the nature of my request to Mr. Johnny besides making another quick buck . Your right , there is a cost your reputation as a black business man ripping off the black community .

Kept in touch with me and returned my calls as I was waiting for him to arrive. Was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Johnny gave me a great deal on multiple sets of keys and a fob. He even programmed my fob on site. Great to work with! Will definitely use him again in the future when the need arises.

Johnny will be the ONLY locksmith I use or recommend. There was a miscommunication with AAA about services/cost. Mr Johnny called me quoted me what my anticipated prices would be and said if I needed his services call back. I called Mr Johnny back at 7 am the next morning, he returned my call within exactly 12 minutes and said he would meet me no later than 9 am. He arrived by 8:58 am. Very professional, efficient, detailed and discerning. This is the level of customer service all consumers look for and deserve. Thank you Mr Johnny! (ps...this was my 1st time meeting Mr Johnny, I had never even heard of his company before. I want to thank the tow truck operator AAA sent out mistakenly that referred me to Johnny Locksmith)

Nathan, helped me out a lot. I called multiple locksmiths around the area and couldn't get in contact with any of them. He was very sympathetic. I lost my keys and he helped with unlocking my door and making me a key. I am so appreciative and definitely suggest them. He arrived within the 30 minute window.

GO TO LOCK SMITH IN UPSTATE NEW YORK. Johnny is extremely skilled and well versed being able to help with any type of lock. My family and I have been utilizing his services for years and I ll never call anybody else before I talk to Johnny first!

Zero stars!!!! Called once and left a message weeks ago when my key broke off in my ignition and he never called me back. Been using pliers to turn the key. After getting out of the hospital I get back in my car and the pliers break. Now can't turn the key at all. Was told by a friend he was great he fixed her key and we have the same exact car charged her $100. Called him today when the pliers broke on me at the hospital and he wanted to charge me $175. I told him my credit card is at the house. He told me he can't do it if I didn't have the money at the location. WOW! I mean I get it but I'm not ripping nobody off like he was trying to charge me more for the same exact car as my friend. Literally 8 month pregnant in a parking lot and this locksmith guy could care LESSSS!!!!!! ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!!!!! WHICH I HAVE AND WAS READY TO PAY ONCE I CAN START MY CAR AND GET THERE!! BIG NIGHTMARE!!!

Johnny went above and beyond. I lost the keys to my 2015 YZF-R3 motorcycle a couple months back, and had trouble finding a local locksmith able to create a new key. Johnny didn't have the correct part at first (like every other locksmith in Rochester), but he searched for weeks until he found a solution and got back to me with working keys. I'm very pleased with Johnny's persistence and knowledge of the field. I recommend this business to anyone. Johnny is your guy.

Owner did not return my 5 voicemails I left. Try Mr Key on Lyell ave. If you cannot program a car simply tell them instead of ignoring their calls.

I needed to have an ignition key & a trunk key made for my 1979 Volvo 242 DL since I had lost both my keys. He came to look @ my car & was not able to make either. I was extremely disappointed.

Unbelievable called them to open my lock . Thet wanted to vhacha me 150.00 after giving me a quote for 70.00. money hungry peoplr when you need the. Bad very bad customer service. Unbelievable. Very dissatisfied.

Very nice guy he came to my house and was straightforward and honest with me very knowledgeable about his stuff he knows what he's doing got the door open and everything locked and it was very inexpensive
