Had our vehicle towed in for service. A service employee followed up with us the next morning and gave us timelines and cost overviews that were very honest and accurate. Vehicle was fixed promptly and is driving great now!!!!

They seem to be very short staffed at this time. It took days to receive a return call to even book an oil change and I had to make myself a nuisance to get in touch with someone to get the service done.That being said they did get me in same day for an oil change and very quickly once I spoke with someone.The staff they have seems ok but not being able to talk to the service department on an expensive vehicle is a big no for me.I ll most likely take my vehicle to the Jaguar dealer in Buffalo an hour away next time it requires dealership service.

Absolutely one of the worst places i have ever delt with in the car industry. Made an appointment to bring my car in for some simple work, show up and Eric gave every excuse in the world why they could take the car (very odd), only has a few ppl working, they were busy, bla bla ... then said he would charge me extra if he had too for using my warranty if it took too long for him to call and get things approved (longer then 15 min on the phone). How do places like this stay in business? Following up from a few weeks ago. My daughter and wife both left reviews both reviews are missing both left 1 star

Dino in the service department went above and beyond for me. He was professional, courteous and provided great communication on my issue. Terrible sales experience x 2.I went to this dealer 6 years ago and was completely unacknowledged by all of the staff for my entire visit. I d already all but settled on a Tesla, so I was irritated but not heartbroken.I went back today to check out their electric vehicles and see what s on the way (apparently the whole line in 2025).It took a while to get any employee to acknowledge me. Longer still to get a sales person. I told him I m looking for my next car after my Tesla (yes, I name dropped in hopes of better service, sadly to no avail). He finally bestirs himself to show me the single electric vehicle they have on the lot and tells me all about the display and the buttons. Nothing about the battery, the drive, torque, horsepower, the charging network, home charging, etc.I suspect that the terrible service is because I m a woman shopping alone. But, my next car will be purchased with money I earn, just not at this dealership.

Nothing but Kudos for their Service Dept Had an emergency situation on a Jag F pace 2022. Fuel pump module went as I was driving by the dealer. The day before I was to leave to Florida. I limped into the dealer and Jim Ritter and the shop foreman took a look at it and said they would see what they could do, this was on a Friday afternoon before New Years, long story short. they fixed the problem and it was happy Trails for me.They have always done the best they could over the years.

I needed to get my key for my E-Pace flashed. I did not buy my car there but that was not an issue. They were very nice and friendly, much like the other visits I have had in the past

I owned a Jaguar F-Type in the Binghamton area, which is a Jaguar deadzone. In comparison to the dealerships found in New Jersey or near New York City, this was always such a great option. Simple, drama free service and professionalism.

So far so good! Although I did not buy my vehicle here, but I wish I had! The treatment I am getting from the service department is top notch! Every employee from every department is continuously asking if I need anything, or if they can do anything for me. Very comfortable showroom and atmosphere. Definitely worth the 2+ hour drive! Highly recommend!

Lack of customer relations also the worst car shopping experience. None of sales person came to help until one guy which is not a sales asking me that I need somebody. But didn't help much as the sales is really arrogant. Well, easier to decide on buying car from this dealer. Lucky you that this is the only dealer in Rochester but I rather drive to Buffalo if it's better. Wish Google has 0 star.

I must say I came in to buy a vehicle, I was told I would get a call later on that day, and I got nothing. It has been three days. Someone should of called me back with feedback to let me know if the deal went through or not, but nothing. Not good customer service or consideration. By the way, the vehicle that I was looking for finance for, the salesperson not only didn't contact me back like he said he would, but it was sold. Wow! Great company

Bryce, the service manager is beyond wonderful. He s professional, knowledgable, timely and understanding. Given that Covid wrecked so many industries, including the automotive one, car parts and technicians are very hard to find & get. Thank you so much for working on my car despite being short staffed with limited resources. Jaguar-LandRover is SO LUCKY to have you as their Service Manager & part of their team.

They have exceptional Customer Service. Especially Bryce Miller. Helped me JuampiThrough all the loop holes to accommodate not just my budget but also in a timely manner.Highly recommend the service department here.

Same poor-level of customer service (or lack thereof) as previous poster, but mine was with the lackluster sales force. No one offered to help when I walked into the showroom (and the salesman I followed into the store let the glass door slam in my face practically rather than extend the courtesy of holding the door for me.) It's little things that communicate pure indifference, but extrapolate that to after-service experience, and in the end . . . me thinks not. Try Northtown in Buffalo. That's what I did, and am satisfied with my Jaguar experience there.

They are like the other "one-off" dealers in town. Not easy to deal with in the parts department that could take you or leave you. Would not take a part back because a missing sticker on the bag so I have an expensive part that isn't right that I have to try and sell on Ebay! Will buy online from now on. Makes you wonder what the sales department is run like.

Would give zero stars if I could try calling them to set up a service warranty appointment, no one answers the phone or returns is phone calls for months makes you want to spend $100,000 on a car at this lousy dealership save yourself the grief by A Lexus

Worst place to work for they start you at the very minimum wage with promises on giving a raise and 6 months later still nothing to then fired you without any verbal or written warning and because of what another co-worker said to the boss so without any any warning or investigation they fired you
