This was my first time interacting with Hoselton Nissan. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them again when my car needs attention! My car died this week and I needed it towed to the closest dealership. They were very willing to take my vehicle and communicated with me through the entire process. I didn t want any work done that I couldn t afford. They called me after the inspection of my vehicle and informed me what needed to be done. I was only able to afford a portion of the needed repairs and they were very understanding and did not push me or try to convince me to get it fixed right then. They printed out all of the information provided over the phone so that I can save for that other work that needs to be done and bring it back when I m ready!! As a female you never know how you re going to be treated at a mechanic/dealership and I felt very comfortable and respected at this location!

My lease was expiring my Nissan Rogue. I have leased Rogue s since 2011. The dealership that I have used for years was bought out by a different company. I was unhappy with their customer service this time, so I went to Hoselton. What a different experience. My sales person Ed was a joy to work with. The staff at Hoselton were professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We reviewed all of my options and made the deal. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I was very impressed from start to finish and I have every intention to utilize the service department again. I m also hoping to have a similar experience with the sales department. I m a person who looks for quality service ahead of every thing. The service department has sold me on Hoselton. I haven t had a dealer I ve had confidence in for almost 10 years.

I purchased a 2020 Nissan frontier from this dealer in 2021.I would give 0 starts to rate this recent service experience if that was an option.Premature corrosion occurred to my exhaust just 3 years later from purchase. When I called to inquire, I was told by one Hoselton service member that this is very unusual since all Nissan exhausts were switched to stainless steel in 2016. He told me bring it in we ll take a look .Brought the truck in that Monday which was an epic waste of time since the service member who looked at it said -there s only surface level corrosion, and my exhaust is not stainless steel. And he doesn t know why the other service member said all exhaust were changed to stainless steel in 2016. When in the beginning of the encounter he actually agreed with that.I was told one thing on the phone which this service member sounded very confident about and then told something opposite the day my truck was examined.And there is, in fact, a hole in my muffler because I already had the vehicle inspected by a trusted mechanic who took the time to remove the muffler and inspect the entire thing including the top, where the hole is.Very strange they told me basically nothing was wrong, but admitted they didn t even look at the top of the muffler.It s also obvious there is a hole from corrosion because the sound of the vehicle is now very very loud.What I gathered from this experience, Hosselton service employees either don t know what they re taking about, didn t want to be bothered, lying, or all of the above.This should never happen to anyone.Especially when it s something as serious as a motor vehicle.Be cautious and be safe.

I sold them my car today and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a car dealership. Gwynn explained the process, made an offer and I had a check in hand in less than 15 minutes. I left feeling so impressed that I will definitely visit when I am in the market for a new vehicle again. Thank you Gwynn.

I brought my Sentra in for an oil leak. Not only was I surprised at it being an easy fix, Ryan looked over EVERYTHING. He also stayed in contact and updated me. I was able to get an estimate for future work. I did not expect that level of service and I'll definitely come back.

My appointment was for a NYS Inspection. When I arrived, the Service Tech informed me that there was an active recall for my vehicle as well, a software update, and that they could do this additional unplanned service action for me while I waited. I appreciate that Hoselton is on top of what actions might be needed for my car, keeps me aware of such actions, and is proactive about performing them when needed. One of the many reasons why I do all of my auto business with Hoselton!

I had my N.Y.S. inspection done and passed with flying colors. However, they said my filter was dirty and needed changing. oi had it changed. The whole experience took a little over an and cost less than $159. I was satisfied with the experience.

First, I want to start by saying when I walked into the sales area I was promptly greeted and welcomed. Melissa ended up being the sales professional I was working with. She was pleasant, professional, informative, and I really enjoyed my time with her. She did not put any pressure on me which was wonderful. However, I was not happy with the appraisal process or the running back and forth to the sales manager.I went there today with the intention of trading in my 2021 Chevy Trailblazer. Before heading in, I used their website to get an estimated appraisal of what I could expect to get for it. There is a dent on the crease of the back hatch and I listed it as "moderate" for dents, scratches, and hail damage during the online appraisal through their own website and/or Nissan. Other than that, the vehicle is in good condition. The estimate came back as $20,675. After it was appraised at the dealership, I was told that the appraiser said it is worth only $17,000 - a $3675 difference because of the dent and it also needs tires. It definitely needs tires which it did not ask about during the online appraisal so I offered to take $19,500 to account for the needing new tires. They would not even budge or negotiate from the original $17,000.I was told if they gave me the $20,000 for the trade that they would take away the discount of roughly $2800 they were already giving me which is something they offer to anyone anyway. When they started to play fast and loose with the numbers this is when I lost respect for the dealership and how business was conducted. Melissa said her sales manager could come speak with me but I declined since I do not feel I was given a fair offer in good faith to begin with. If they wanted my business I feel like they would have negotiated a bit better or empower their salespeople more rather than having them run back and forth to the middleman. Not only did it waste my time but made me very uncomfortable.Now, please understand that I know they are in it to make money and am more than happy to pay a fair price but the way business was conducted there today was not what I am used to in visiting dealerships. I am a repeat Nissan customer and this would have been my 5th vehicle from them, and my 3rd Murano. While this was my first time visiting Hoselton, it will also likely be my last. Maybe they were having an off day because other reviewers have said good things and I have family that has purchased from them previously but today was not a satisfying experience at all.

The service specialist, Ryan Trenkler, was extremely professional. He explained all my options in detail.I was surprised that more than one coupon could not be combined. I had a "coupon" for an oil change that was the "regular" price.The internet connection in the facility was so poor that I couldn't view the inspection video.

The gentlemen in the service department were friendly and helpful. I had brought my Pathfinder in for an oil change and a tire rotation. A cover where fog lights would go fell out and I asked if they could get it back in or take the one off the other side so it would look symmetrical. When all was completed, Brian let me know they had gotten it back in but let me know tabs on it were broken so if it fell off again, they would have to order one. It was nice he explained it all and did get it fixed.

Customer service employees were friendly ! The car went in for an oil change and was completed in a timely fashion. I m very satisfied. Will be returning in the new year for more service on my vehicle.

Unfortunately, the problem with my sonar wasn't able to be identified with testing. But Ryan was able to arrange for my warranty to pay for an identified issue. They were also able to complete the work and replace my rear brakes and rotors.

I came in for a nys inspection. Inspection went well but was told front end needed alignment but could wait to spring. Did not agree this was needed. Tires were new and were aligned at time of purchase.I also asked they look for a rattle with the rear passenger side wheel. They found nothing yet it rattled all the way home. Was not happy with that.

Very disappointed. Rain guard was supposed to be fixed before I picked up the car...it wasnt. When I complained I was treated like I was lying. The interior wasn't clean...mat had a huge stain..best they offered was for me to purchase a new mat! None of my calls were returned. Made my 1st payment which was $40 more than I agreed to. I paid cash for 80% so my payment fit my budget. Never again...and due to my treatment by this company I will never return...might even sell the car

Hoselton offered to buy back my current leased car and put me into a brand new model at a price that was within my budget. The whole experience was comfortable, I didn't feel pressured, and I was happy with how everything turned out.

I have visited this dealership numerous times in the past. However, my recent visits have been quite disappointing. Despite calling in several times to schedule an appointment, my requests were not scheduled even after being assured that they were. Additionally, I had scheduled an appointment a week ahead of time and was informed that my service would take half an hour. However, after waiting for over an hour, I was told that they were overbooked. Smh

Wife and daughter brought a 2023 Nissan Sentra. Sales team was great. But service to me has no regards for the costumer. Took wife car in do to her rim got damaged. They sent it to be resurfaced. Came back worst then when it left. That foke five days. So they sent it back out again to be resurfaced again. Could no be repaired so had to replace the rim this time took 13 Days. So my wife car was basically down from the Nov 27 to December 19. After me complaining about her not have a vehicle. They did get up a rental. But that did not help out my wife she could no drive what they had available. So I ended up driving to rental.. any time we want to know what was going on. We always had to call. I went in yesterday day talked to Dave the manager that of the dealer ship. He was going to call my wife. Ryan did calll her told her the Tim was in. And would call her when it was ready. That did not happen she had to call. This was even after tell with day he said also that he make sure the call her. To top it off they did not buff the front rim even I after they promised. Car had snow all or if. Have to say as of right now. she has not heard anything from Dave or the lady I left my number for the lady in charge at the Chevy dealer ship..This is the second review I have wrote about the service at hoselton Nissan sale team there is 5 star. But service is one star. But is you don t have sales plus service. You don t have what it takes for me to recommend any to buy and get service at Hoselton

Always best customer service and I love that you get a text on your phone that states your vehicle is almost done with what you wanted them to do. All are courteous and respectful. I have gone to dealerships where I purchased vehicles and didn't like any of them as well as Hoselton's.
