I brought my car in for a power steering leak detected at another location, and thank goodness I did as they detected not only the original leak but two others.Because of the parts needed and inclement weather, it took some time for parts to arrive.Adam and Steve were extremely helpful within bounds of their control and continued to keep me abreast of progress as it developed. It was frustrating but these guys remained diligent and committed to a conclusion of which I appreciate.I tip my hat to Steve, Adam and those unseen guys on the frontlines....the mechanics.Thank you!

I've stopped in twice this year and the service desk acts like they're being annoyed. Not helpful in any way. Unless there's an urgent issue it's a reminder to myself to drive to Garber in Henrietta.

My experience was great. My first time shopping with Honda and I can say Frank helped me out as best as he could. His personality is great I would recommend my friends and family to shop with Honda I got the best deal for my old vehicle. SHOP WITH HONDA ON WEST RIDGE RD EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GREAT ATMOSPHERE.

I had my car serviced at Ralph Honda they do a decent job. I got my car back and my tire light went on right after my tires were rotated. Wished they filled up my tires with air before they gave me back my car.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

Brought in my 2008 honda civic for air bag recall. When I went pick up I had and air bag light on. Great quality control how do you not see that. Did not leave parking lot brought car right back in. It was an easy fix but had to wait and hour that I will not get back.

Very fast service. Out in an hour. Inspection, oil change, rotated tires. Suggested future service needs. No pushing things I didn't need. Reviewed what was done. Would definitely recommend this place.

My vehicle was stolen, recovered after 2 weeks by RPD. Damage totalled over ten thousand. Though parts availability was a problem (COVID) I was kept informed and completed work was very satisfactory. I would recommend for body shop repairs - Honda.

Third time back for part. Doesn't show up correctly in system but I could not ask for better customer service. They have tried and shown me the issue. It sounds crazy but I wouldn't go anywhere else. They have taken great steps to show me what they are trying to do. Honda has an issue with their parts diagrams, Not Ralph Honda.

omg, dropping off a company car . as soon as I get out of the vehicle, I get asked if I have an appointment by 2 people. if it was my personal vehicle, I would've drove off!

Car wouldn't start this morning. Call roadside assistance. In and out off dealer service in 90 minutes. No charge. Great Service.
