Found an honest Mechanic in Rochester, Ny. Only put reviews if the service was top notch, or Garbage. Obviously, this was professional honest service. Could have easily overcharged my female friend but he was quick and for a most reasonable price. Call Harris. You won t regret it

If you ever need car work done in Roc, I highly recommend-he s been my go to for 2 years. He s super knowledgeable, kind, respectful (as a woman this is big! And he will take the time to explain things), and offers great prices. It s such a relief to be in such good hands. Integrity to the fullest. I called them up 2 days before Thanksgiving and they were able to fit me in after Monro muffler screwed my car up. The young lady is very nice an kept me in the loop the whole time. The gentlemen who worked on my car took his time as a sensor broke off in my transmission, not there fault but Fixed everything and I will d3f be using them from now on. Price wasn't t9 high at all either. Will be taking my sons car next to them.Service: Auto maintenance

Booked an 8am appointment over the phone with them, arrived the next day at 8am to find the location closed. And according to their Facebook page they opened at 10. Very inconsistent this isn t the first time they have failed to meet their words back in march they failed to come to a mobile request and I had to find a new mechanic to handle it. If your strapped for time don t put your eggs in one basket with this garage. I m never one to knock someone s business but consistency is not one of Their qualities
