I Highly recommend Grisby's Auto Sales! They were able to assist in finding a vehicle for one of my companies and made the entire experience effortless for my team. I would definitely recommend stopping in to their Rochester, NY location and looking at their inventory. If they did not have exactly what you are looking for they find it for you and this is why I will continue to do business and refer customers over to them. The owners Michael and Marisol are good people and it shows by how much they care!! Thank you so much! I will attach Pictures of the vehicle!

I purchased an 07 Toyota Camry with 113,000 miles on it last month for $4800! I love this car.... it's had some issues, however the owner Mike and his great mechanics have been going out of their way to correct these problems, they replaced my clutch already and are taking every measure they can to make sure I don't have any major issues in the future that would cost me a lot of money to fix. They are all great people, who treat you like family and sincerely want you in the best ride in your budget. There is a great scene of security doing business with genuine people, who want the best for you and are hungry for your business and care about their reputation. Their compassion, loyalty and respect have earned them mine, as well as my trust. I highly recommend you go to Grisby's if your looking for a great, affordable vehicle and people you can trust with your investment.

Absolutely helpful and honest people doing their best to accommodate you. Top quality vehicles selling a dirt cheap prices. not to mention their auto repair department has one of the finest mechanics in town.

So far they've been able to fix the side of my car after someone hit it and put on the back brakes and rotors prices are very reasonable and the work is excellent I would recommend them if you need anything done to your car

I bought a 2005 Jeep Liberty June 2017 , week after my steering wheel was Real bad , took my vehicle for a full inspection & found out that the Cadillac converter on my vehicle was shot an I needed knew ones,My back breaks can not be found in the system as if they don t exist , They Told me My vehicle has been rigged to pass inspection An should not be on the road , I returned to the seller a few times an told him bout the issues At hand , an he not tryna fix or replace what s been wrong with the vehicle since I got the vehicle, Sadly I m a single mother of 5 kids , who I drive in my truck to an from daycare everyday , I ll Never recommend Anyone here to go threw what I m goiNg threw now ,Don t Buy No Cars From This PlaceWorst Car Dealership To spend 5,000 of my hard earned money on

This s the Worst dealership in Rochester.Hear me out people, if you re trying to buy a used car please do not go there. The cars they have here are all messed up in so many ways. Marisol the manager, she s a disgusting human being. So unprofessional, rude and racist. I had the worst experience with them. I bout a Used car at this location recently. The car had a major engine problem. Within a week I took it back and they told me there was nothing wrong with it, that it just needed some extra oil in the motor. LIES!! they kept lying to me and took all my money for a car that not even them could fixed it. They knew the car was in no good conditions and even with that they took all my money and didn t take responsibility for it. I trusted them but all they care about is YOUR MONEY. I PAYED $11k for a car that broke down with in a week. Save yourself a headache. Do not buy from them. -Esc�chenme, si est�n intentando comprar un autom�vil usado, no vayan all�. Los autos que tienen aqu� est�n todos estropeados en muchos sentidos. Marisol la gerente, es un ser humano asqueroso. Muy poco profesional, grosero y racista. Tuve la peor experiencia con ellos. Recientemente compr� un auto usado en este lugar. El coche ten�a un problema importante en el motor. Al cabo de una semana lo devolv� y me dijeron que no ten�a nada de malo, que s�lo necesitaba un poco m�s de aceite en el motor. ��MENTIRAS!! Me siguieron mintiendo y me quitaron todo el dinero para un auto que ni ellos pod�an arreglarlo. Sab�an que el auto no estaba en buenas condiciones y aun as� tomaron todo mi dinero y no se hicieron responsables de ello. Confi� en ellos pero lo �nico que les importa es TU DINERO. PAG� 11.000 d�lares por un coche que se averi� en una semana. Ah�rrese un dolor de cabeza. No les compres
