I had a crack in one of my pane's in my front door. Within 10 minutes of contacting Goodman Glass & Mirror John called me with a quote. Within 2 hours Dan, the repairman, was over here replacing the glass. I can not recommend this company enough. They were fast, efficient, very helpful, and kind. I will be telling everyone I know about the quality work and service they provide. Thank you immensely John and Dan!

I'm working on a 8 pocket Niche for a dining room I called Goodman Glass & Mirror to see if they would be open the day before Thanksgiving Indeed they were. Each Niche is a different size They Nailed it! each one was perfect. The time I was told it would be done was done earlier than I expected. The Service I received was polite and precise. I really appreciate it and Happy Thanksgiving....I'll be back

In a day and age where true craftmanship is hard to come by, Goodman Glass stands far apart from typical commercial drudgery. Their staff was personable, quick, and respectful. Called last minute at closing for a custom peice roughly 3 x3.5 . They had it ready for pickup by 815am! They matched the measurement perfectly and the window fit in great first try. Great service and great product.

I had my glass broken at 9:00 p.m. on a Thursday night and Goodman Glass and Mirror gave very good service Friday morning. I called John before 8:00a.m. and he told me to come to his business and he immediately had the part and I was out of there in about an hour. I highly suggest Goodman Glass and Mirror if you have your car, truck glass broken in your vehicle. John was also very nice and courteous. The kind of business you want to go to for your glass needs. Had Goodman install a mirror in one of the original closet doors in our home. Dropped the door off Saturday morning and it was ready on Tusday. Looks fantastic and price was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Was referred to Goodman Glass by a friend. Everyone I dealt with from the owner down to the crew that showed up were friendly, polite and willing to help us in whatever way we needed. They were able to fit us in to their schedule and complete our mirror project in a very timely fashion! Would definitely call them again!

Great guys to work with! They have replaced truck windows and windshields for me. I have huge plate glass windows at a commercial building, Jim and team do a top notch job replacing those monsters! Thanks guys

I needed to have a mirror trimmed to a custom size due to delamination of the backing. I was scheduled the next day after my call and such was done early in the morning because of my time requirements. Upon my arrival a gentleman who may have been the owner was waiting for me. He immediately and expertly cut my mirror to my specifications while I waited and the work was accomplished for a very reasonable price. Excellent customer service and excellent work!

The best place in Rochester to get glass. They came onsite to put in glass on my 100 year old door. Another time they did double pane glass on my front floor to ceiling windows. They have helped me restore all of my wooden windows with safety glass and even glazed them. He had dropped the windows back of at my house to save me a trip. Will continue to support this business, highly recommended.

I called Goodman glass to get a quote on some replacement glass for French doors and a couple of glass panels for my garage doors. John was very helpful and friendly. I had to replace some glass in the cabin of my boat of my boat. I called around and every time the answer was: We don't do boats.I called Goodman Window and Glass. The answer was : Bring it in and we will see what we can do. The next business day I got a call that my window was ready. I love it!

My experience working with Goodman Glass & Mirror was outstanding. They immediately responded to my inquiry for fast replacement of a broken sunroom door window, completed a same day assessment of the damages and fixed price quote for the installation of the replacement glass. Communication with John and Jim was excellent throughout the entire process including glass order status and scheduling of the installation. The repair work was completed efficiently and thoroughly, and the install team was courteous and competent in their work. The pricing for the job was very fair. It is refreshing to see a small business operate with such high standards of customer service, particularly in light of present challenges in glass supply and labor constraints. Goodman Glass s customer service and workmanship was awesome. Called after a window broke in my door and the guy said to come in with the measurements. I gave him the measurements and five minutes later he had a piece cut and ready to install. I took it home and it fit like a glove! Needed a piece of glass for a hutch door. Tried another place first and got no response. John responded to my inquiry within 5 minutes. After speaking with John I drove to the shop and he had the piece cut within a few minutes, same day. Will surely use him again for future glass needs! Great customer service I came in one day (walk-in ) on break trying to get a glass cut for replacement he understood I was in a bit of rush quoted me we agreed on price I was in and out fast enough to actually eat while I was on lunch still very accurate cut glass fit in like it was the original highly recommend for any glass needs

Came to Goodman glass to have a window repaired and a 2nd piece of glass cut for my home windows. I received excellent, friendly service on the same day I called and the work was great. I have been back already 2 more times for my glass needs and they have exceeded my expectations each time. The prices are very reasonable and honestly the best in town after several quotes from shops. This is a owner run shop so they care about their products and service. Worked with Goodman Glass for glass replacement of a large (~60 inch) window that was vandalized (and another small one). Very impressed with the clear communication and the short amount of time between my first call and project completion. I think it was about only two weeks from my first call and the glass replacement was done, compared to waiting months for new windows. Considering the complexity of the job, I was surprised to find only very minimal paint touch ups needed, if any. It looks good as new! This business is awesome! The people are professional and the service is great. The price was reasonable, and they helped me immediately.
