Family owned mechanic shop. Both brothers are very kind and extremely helpful. The cheapest place I have found for oil changes. I've had my brakes, several oil changes, and inspection twice from here and never was disappointed. Highly recommend!

The service provided at Golco Automotive is exceptional!! I don't usually write reviews, but I have never found service like this at any other auto shop before. The employees are always kind and welcoming. They are fast, and run an honest business that delivers top quality work for a fair price! I come here for everything car-related now. I just called and asked if they fixed headlights and the man said "have you been here before?" I said "no" and he hung up on me. I feel as if there customer service is very rude and they don't deserve my business anyway I'll spend my money else where.

Great service, explained what was wrong, had drawings & an estimate ready when I went to pick up my car. Spent extra time to see if they could find the tires I wanted at a lower price. This has been my go-to shop for the past 7 years, since I moved into the area.

Deke is one of the most honest, reliable and fair priced mechanics I've ever known. I have been going to Golco Automotive for almost 30 years now and he has always taken my issues fast and at a very good price! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Have had my inspection, and oil change done every year. Then anything else needed. Had our old car done for a number of years also after we found him. Everyone is very pleasant and accommodating and the car is very clean when done and always on time. Updated:Just had work done on my car again and as always they go out of there way take care of everythingstill is and always will be 5starsAlways exceptional service!! Been taking my cars here for a few years now.Maintenance,repairs and oil changes and know that I can always count on them to take great care of me. They even spend extra time on the phone with my warranty company to try to get them to cover parts and service that they felt should have been covered. I have never had a mechanic take time away from there work to do this. Either way I would have had to cover the cost of the repairs but they went to bat for me and got a them to cover part of the bill! Friendly,caring and honest place to do business with..

Called in today to see if they would be able to mount balance my tire... One of the most amazing personalities answered the phone and was completely helpful...So trustworthy and honest. How So?He had the capability to mount my low profile tire on a custom rim...but, he recommended me elsewhere.I honestly might not have noticed a scratch... He could have easily said "sure thing guy", mounted them, used some paint pen to hide any scratches and sent me on my way... but no. He put quality first.That to me shows class that most businesses are lacking.This business is within walking distance from me... and I have trust issues when it comes to a mechanic or shop in general... but, after the conversation I had, I am looking forward to taking my vehicles to them if ever a problem arises.I will definitely write another review once I get work done... crazy how just a knowledgeable friendly voice over the phone can prompt a review such as this.-CTother

Needed some help with my '16 Subaru quick, heard these guys were good and stopped in on a whim. Fixed my issue within a day, no fuss, awesome service. We will definitely be bringing more work their way.

Very honest people. They always do a thorough job and never advise unnecessary work or parts(just the opposite). Been using them for over 15 years & never a problem. Great diagnostic equipment too. It is an all-around quality shop.

Golco is the best shop I've been to in Rochester. Ziek is the man and is always nothing but friendly and hospitable. 100% recommend this shop to anyone needing any work done to their car, the service is great and the work is too notch.

This place is great!. Was referred here by two different people and golco did not disappoint. They got me in on short notice and were very friendly and honest about everything. I Would recommend this place to anybody looking for an honest and knowledgeable place to get your car serviced.

Great, timely service. Polite, friendly staff. Fair prices. I went to them for car service and repairs for many years. I was sorry to have to leave the area for work, but I still go back to visit when I find myself in the area. 100% highly recommended.

I had a slow leak and instead of taking care of me (probably for racial profiling) they said they were about to close and couldn t fix my leak on my tire. A 5 minute tire fix demonstrated. I was willing to pay twice as much but they don t care for people.

I had a problem with my car and I only knew about this shop in passing. It was near the end of business on a Friday. I took a chance thinking there's no way they could squeeze me on so late. I was wrong. The owner stopped what he was doing, got right to the problem and a few minutes later I was on my way. That's oldtine customer service. Thank you so much!!! I will be bringing my car in.... next time I hope I'm not in a panic
