I bought an old truck with a cracked windshield assuming it would be quick and easy to replace. Unfortunately some of the metal around the windshield had begun rusting causing water to get into the vehicle. No other glass companies would touch my windshield without the truck going to a body shop to have the rust removed and any missing material fixed. I understand those other companies wanting to do it properly but this is an old truck that I m only expecting a few years out of so I just wanted the glass replaced. The guys at glass America also told me I should have it done right but they also understood what I wanted out of the truck and managed to replace my glass for me for a great price! The work was done quick and I am pleased with how it came out.

My insurance agent recommended Glass America. When I called to schedule an appointment they said I have to replace my windshield because the crack was larger than a quarter even though the insurance company said if it s smaller than a dollar bill it can just be repaired. I trust that they know what can be repaired so I scheduled a 08:00 appointment within a few days. I arrived at 07:50 waiting for the shop to open. At 08:15 I called the shop itself and left a voicemail. I called Glass Americas toll free number. I left a voicemail. By 08:35 no one arrived to open. I called both numbers again still no answer. At this point I gave up and headed home. I understand if something happened or someone was running a little late but no one returned my call until after 10:00 saying they were on the west coast and if I still need assistance to call them back. 3 weeks later Glass America called me back to follow up. I have since called and scheduled somewhere else. How unprofessional, don t waste your time or energy with Glass America.

I am an insurance agent and I deal with customers who have broken windshields on a regular basis. I also recently had my own windshield form a crack after a recent cold wintery day. Katie was super helpful with arranging them to come to my job to replace it, and she's helped multiple of my friends as well. I highly recommend them as they're friendly, helpful, and efficient. Communication is great and they get you done quickly. If you have to go through insurance they also handle that portion as well! Great company, Great staff, I wouldn't point my clients in any other direction for their glass repair needs. :)

DO NOT waste your time with this business. My vehicle was broken in to 3 weeks ago and it is still sitting with no window thanks to this establishment. We originally decided to go with Glass America after calling around and getting quotes, and they were able to get us in the quickest. My window was smashed on a Wednesday and we were able to schedule an appointment for that Friday. My husband sat for about 30 minutes before they informed him they had ordered a passenger side window instead of a drivers side, and that they would have to order the correct part and reschedule. They stated it would be in the following week. Okay so we had to wait an additional week, we were inconvenienced, but it wasn t a huge deal. Over the following 2.5 weeks we had to reach out ourselves almost every single day to ask when the part would be delivered and when we could schedule an appointment. We were constantly met with excuses, given the run around as to when the part would actually be delivered, given numerous tentative appointments by staff saying it should be in today, well put you down for tomorrow and call you in the morning with the time. Needless to say the time never came. We would end up once again calling ourselves since no one ever followed up, only to be told by an employee that they didn t know and would have to check and call us back AND never even got a call back! This is the single worst customer service experience I ve ever had. Not once did anyone ever apologize, or give any explanation as to what the hold up was, or why the part was ordered incorrectly in the first place. The last straw was a terribly insensitive conversation yesterday with an employee, now 3 weeks from our original appointment, once again stating they did not know why the part hadn t been delivered yet (even though we were supposed to have yet another tentative appointment that day) That it should be delivered today and we have you down to come in tomorrow . The same lie we had been told countless times already. The employee stated they would call the distribution center as soon as they were off the phone with me and they would call me back with an update. I asked again if someone could please call us back as soon as possible to let us know what was going on. No one ever called. Don t waste your time or hard earned money on this place. They clearly have zero management or customer service in place. They lie to their customers and string them along. It s not even worth the hassle to deal with their horrific staff while dealing with an already frustrating situation of having your car broken into. If I could give zero stars I would.

I used Safelite last time, but they were booked so my insurance recommended these guys for mobile replacement. I caught a rock two days ago, which spread into a huge crack in about 15 minutes. I am going out of town this weekend so needed it fixed FAST. These guys were GREAT! They fit me in ASAP. Called me when they were on the way. Replaced the glass on my Ford in literally 15 minutes...wow...and they were the nicest fellas. Couldn't be happier and would absolutely recommend these folks. Fast. Professional. Friendly. Had a large crack appear on my windshield. Called my insurance agent to see if a deductible was needed (and it wasn t thanks Rita prince and Ian at State Farm) they gave me the number to glass America. Spoke with dispatch and they had a tech call me back within 10 mins. I brought my truck to their location. A tech was waiting outside already for my truck. It must have taken them 15 mins to rip off my broken windshield and replace it. They gave me the rundown on no car wash for a day and to not slam doors and I was on my way. No money out of pocket.
