This place had my vehicle for over 2 months; claiming that my vehicle was near completion and that I could pick it up the following week. I gave the place an additional week to make sure everything was on point, but when I re-visited the repair shop, my vehicle had barely been touched -- parts not on it, bent sections of metal -- dents were still in areas that were supposed to be repaired -- my vehicle was thrown in a back field just sitting there as if my time and customer-assessment was of no value to the business. No apologies, no integrity -- I will never recommend this repair shop.

my boyfriend and i got noise canceling headphones for our son which i left in the backseat when my car was dropped off to be repaired. When i got my car back everything was thrown into the trunk and i stupidly assumed the headphones would be there. Well 1 week later i ve turned the car upside down looking for them & the headphones have completely disappeared. I would ve much rather them given me my car back not vacuumed than for my son s stuff to have been stolen or misplaced with careless. very disappointed.

Gerber Collision did an amazing job! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They made the entire experience stress free. The clerical staff and technicians went above and beyond. Not only did they do a great fix and paint job on my car, they also washed and vacuumed it! They were able to repair my car quickly and faster than what was expected. I m very pleased with the service and highly recommend.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Body & Trim

They did a great job with the work on my vehicle! Front of my car was hit and needed a decent amount of work. They ordered the parts and did the work to get it done. Looks brand new and on top they cleaned the inside and outside of my vehicle which was a nice touch on top of it all. Communication with the work was appropriate. Letting me know what was going on and where they were at with it. Great experience. Hopefully I don't have to use them again but if I must I definitely will!

Everyone was fantastic helping me through the steps on my first accident. Lindsay is great she figured out the rental, worked with the insurance agent and everything was done fast. I would highly recommend this body shop! They went above and beyond to make sure my truck was good as new! They even detailed the inside of my car withoThey went above and beyond to make sure my truck was good as new! They even detailed the inside of my car without me asking them to! Chris was amazing. Super helpful and super kind. Gerber is lucky to have him!

My older car got scratched pretty good on the bumper by a pallet. Was not sure how far I wanted to go in getting it fixed. Holly, talked me through my options from buffing through a full repair with sanding and painting. We tried out the easiest option, and it satisfied my desire to keep the car looking good, and there was no pressure for anything beyond. I was really impressed with the service that Holly provided, and I highly recommend her and Nu-Look.

I was very pleased with the service at Gerber Collision. My car looked fantastic! Only complaint I have, they neglected to arrange a rental car for me, as they had agreed they would. That inconvenienced me for almost 2 hours, but, mistakes happen. Great service, otherwise, would definitely use them again.

I went to Gerber for a primer scratch fix that occurred when I went to the Tire Center near Pittsford Plaza for an oil change. Lindsay was the Gerber representative that helped me. Not only was she respectful, prompt in calling me back, and just an absolute joy to work with (considering the annoying situation I was in) she told me that my newly purchased mini's O ring had also been damaged and my vehicle was hemorrhaging oil. Without her quality of professionalism I might have had a compromised engine. Eternal thanks and highly recommend, 12/10!Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance

When driving through an ATM lane, a 6 inch bollard/pipe jumped in front of my wife's car and tore the side view mirror off its mount. I drove to the Lyell Ave. shop to get an estimate for repairs. I met with Andrew Patchett and he quickly got on the phone and computer, located the new part to replace the mirror, and told me that they could replace the mirror assembly that day. I left the car and was shuttled home and back to the shop in about 31/2 hours to pick our car that was washed and the interior cleaned. Andrew, and the shuttle driver, Xavier Santos, should be commended for their courtesy and professionalism shown to me.

I had my vehicle repaired at the Nu Look Collision Lyell Ave location after a deer hit accident. Their Estimator, Andy Patchett walked me through the entire process of obtaining an estimate from my insurance company and arranging for a rental car available the moment I dropped my car off for repairs. Andy called a couple times with updates during the repair process and informed me my vehicle would be ready on the day as promised. Andy and the entire staff turned a less than desirable circumstance into a very easy experience, resulting in my vehicle looking like new when I picked it up. I would highly recommend Nu Look Lyell Ave to anyone needing collision repair!

Had two vehicles in there for body repair. Both vehicles came out amazing chris was great to deal with as as the rest of his co-workers. Vehicles were detailed and were like new. Great job!

They are rude and does not care about fixing the car to customer's satisfaction. I would never trust them to fix my vehicle and removed my vehicle from their shop.

The worst service I ever had. They are so unfair and very disrespectful. They don't take care of clients only themselves. It was the worst experience I had with a client.
