What a excellent experience having my truck towed today. Blake the tow truck driver was so courteous and paid special attention to make sure to take good care of my truck. He even sent me a text with a picture if it at the dealership parking lot. Huge thanks to Gates Towing and Blake!!

Gates Towing was super great to deal with, even at 5am. Blake, the tow truck driver was so considerate, answered all of my questions and was simply a great example of how to treat someone who was in a near fatal accident. Scott at the office was equally as helpful. Their new location over by the airport is so well done, even the 'secure'tow area was clean and organized. My car needed a jump yesterday morning. My insurance company sent out Gates Towing. Rafael, the driver, called me to let me know when he was on his way. When he arrived, he was just so kind and really put me at ease. He jumped the car, and I started off to work. Car died right down the road from where I was lol. Anyway, Rafael patiently came back, this time to tow my car. BTW Gates Towing was able to get my car in and looked at the same day, which is a rare thing to find a shop that quickly. When I went to pick up the car later that afternoon, I walked in to this immaculate space! The waiting room was so clean! The clerk greeted me with a smile! And then Tim, the gent who worked on my car, came out to me smiling and shook my hand! It was just nice to be treated so kindly, when you're going through the stress of a car repair.

Came promptly after I called. Big D was a nice guy he took care of the vehicle and then dropped me off where I needed to meet my brother for my ride home. It was a lifesaver because it was pouring rain outside. Thanks again Big D, I hope I don t, but if I do have to call a tow truck again it will be gates towing that I call

Our nephews car was towed there after a serious car accident. When I came to get his stuff out of the car, the gentlemen who were working were very concerned about my nephews injuries and his well being. They were very helpful and friendly and truly concerned for his safety.

Gates Towing and Service is absolutely the best around! Whenever I've had the misfortune to have to go elsewhere I usually get screwed over or not so good service. I have been going here for years and every time I show up with my various used beaters, they go above and beyond for me!

Sara and Blake were amazing! They not only helped get my car and me where I needed to be they helped go between me and the road side assistance. They made a very difficult situation easy and I felt in good hands. Being single lady stranded in the middle of the night on the highway for hours they bent over backwards and drove my car and me back to Buffalo. I can t say enough good about this company and I wish there were more stars to give. Thank you again.

I cannot say enough good things about how prompt and professional these guys are - I had a flat tire in a downtown parking garage where their truck couldn t get to, so Chad carried his jack up 3 flights of stairs to get me taken care of and on my way.We are not from the Rochester area, but Chad and the staff at Gates Towing sure represented your city well!

Our keys got locked in our vehicle and we were trying to unlock it ourselves with zero luck. I called the police to help, but they didn t do that in this area and so we were about to break a window when a guy from gates towing was driving by and stopped to ask us if we needed help! Of course we did! He called over 2 other guys in the tow truck and they were able to get the door unlocked with their lock out kit. When we asked them how much they said don t worry about it! These 3 were absolutely amazing and a huge life savor! I would 100% call them with future needs and recommend them to everyone! Thank you again Gates Towing!

Couldn t leave a better review. Being stuck on 531 for almost four hours after AAA sent a company who wouldn t take me to find our that wasn t supposed to happen then waiting to find out it then canceled with no update I called Gates Towing and spoke with Sarah who was beyond helpful. She was so helpful making sure Dave could get there ASAP and they weren t kidding. I can t thank them enough for all their help! Use them!

Every single time I've had to call for road side assistance, I get Gates Towing. I am extremely grateful that my insurance company chooses to contract with Gates Towing. They are ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL, they give quick SERVICE, they KNOW what they're doing, and most importantly, their drivers are KIND. Especially during a stressful situation where your car won't start, or you know what's wrong with it, but you'll get it fixed tomorrow and tomorrow becomes today because of some computer error on the dash. I have trusted their drivers with my daughters car when she has been stuck and the guys that showed up were nothing but kind to her and that wasn't a service call from my insurance company. That call came from me directly because I know that the guys over at Gates Towing are professional and kind. The waiting room is comfortable and welcoming.Their staff are funny and friendly. I had an appointment for an inspection and before I knew it, I was out the door.

Our daughter was in a car accident on July 1st and her car was towed to Gates towing. All of her stuff was in the car and Tim the manager and the dispatcher made it so we could still get her stuff on a holiday long weekend. We are so grateful. Every time I come to Gates towing, I never leave unhappy!!!!! They service all my family vehicles. This business is very reliable, professional, cost efficient, and customer service from TIM is immaculate! I purchased 2 vehicles from this location as well(Jeep & Chevy) and I was very pleased at how well the vehicles worked!!!! I hang out with the employees while I m waiting for my vehicles to be serviced and they treat me like family. Thank you to big Tony, Tony Jr, Tim, Scott, Rick, Jason and all the others for being so friendly and helpful to me and my family. And by the way this location is pet friendly! My car wouldn t start Bill Pulsifer responded to my request for roadside assistance. He was prompt, friendly and thorough in troubleshooting the problem. Ultimately, the car needed to be towed and he went into the dealer with me to explain the issue. I would definitely recommend Gates Towing.

Got into an accident yesterday and was told that we could come by today to get the rest of our belongings from our vehicle. When we get here it s closed. We call the number and were informed that they won t be open again until Tuesday (3 days from today). This really slows down our insurance claim from being processed. That vehicle was used for our small business.Don t use this service if you can help it.

Doesn't take long to get an appointment, a huge plus these days. Any problems that come up are quickly communicated. Repairs are done when promised and and kept to the estimates. Satisfied with the work done and would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Friendly service. Driver texted to let me know it's on way, then text to let me know the vehicle has been dropped off.Simple stuff like that reduces stress and it is very helpfulThanks Gates Towing.
