Incredible experience from the time I entered the showroom and was greeted by Dan Bresnan until the time of delivery. The process was smooth and extremely professional. They listened to my needs and answered all the questions I had about my current Audi lease and providing an easy process on next steps and leasing an amazing Audi Q3! I will be telling everyone about this ELITE experience and good luck to the team in the future!

I have had service there and purchased a car. Paul D Aries is a great service manager and Tim was great to deal with trading my 911 TS for a 718 Spyder. Honest dealer. Looking forward to Spring.

My experience with Garber has always been great. They do what they say they will do, within a reasonable time frame. Often, if there's a little something else wrong with the car, they wlll fix it while it's in the shop. They fully explain everything. They always have a loaner available. I couldn't be happier with the service!

Garber/Porsche of Rochester always is great with every service. The loaners are great, they usually don't book out too far, and even when they have to order a part for a late model car, they usually get it the next day. The car is always clean inside and out too. Would highly recommend these guys.

They were amazing. This is the first time we purchased an Audi and the team was so knowledgeable especially Alex. Not pushy at all and answered all of our questions and if he didn t have the answer he would find out. We highly recommend getting a car here and especially from Alex.

If you own a Porsche, having it serviced anywhere else is a risk, at least as far as I am concerned. It's been my experience that they are 100% professional and meticulous. They have saved me time and expense by keeping me well informed of service needs. They have never suggested service that they think is not required. The parts department has been a valuable resource for parts. I won't take my car anywhere else in this area.

Zach and the Audi Service Dept treated me as a valued customer. I lost a tire to a pothole and had to replace all 4 tires. No one likes to spend money like that, but the Audi team was able to soften the blow and got me back on the road quickly (but with an even keener eye for the potholes!). Great customer service.

As usual, my recent service experience at Porsche Rochester was stellar!All went according to plan and Scott the service technician sent me a video documenting portions of the service he was performing on my car! The Cayenne S was a very nice loaner vehicle too. All personnel I met with were friendly, courteous and informative. Thanks again!

Had a very smooth sales transaction with David McAloose and the staff at Audi of Rochester, a no pressure sales. David was very helpful and made the entire process very easy. He's also very knowledgeable and gave a thorough run through of all the functions our new Q8 has. Will definitely recommend others to this dealership.
