Couldn't have possibly experienced anything more positive. Easy process for booking, check-in and advisement. Very cordial and professional. Awesome inspection video of initial vehicle check-in and diagnostic work. Waaaaaaay better experience than I have previously had at a different local Honda dealership. Well Done People!!

Just got my new car two days ago and have been enjoying every single moment while driving it. Due to my suddenly changed circumstances, I needed the car a month sooner than it was originally anticipated. I mentioned it to Robert, and he found the car within a day, requested a prompt delivery, and I was able to pick it up two days after. The service was nothing short of outstanding. I got what I needed and wanted and even more. I am very grateful to the entire team, and would always highly recommend Garber Honda to anyone looking for a vehicle. Thank you!!!

Just had two vehicles from my household in for service. Oil changes and tire rotations were quick and didn t have to wait too long. Even found a nail in my girlfriend s tire without us prompting them of a potential leak! Super happy with our service at Garber!

Garber makes the buying process simple. Kara and Ryan were helpful and courteous. My two year old CRV looked brand new. I brought the car back for rustproofing and they gave me a Passport to return home. The car when finished looked great.

The experience I received while going to Garber Honda was nothing short of excellence. And having not bought a car from a dealership in over ten years they made the experience easy and comfortable. My salesman Zach made the experience fun, exciting, and made everything easy to understand and did not feel overwhelmed which is what i was expecting having not bought a car in so long!! Angela helped me with using a rental car while I got my rust proofing done, and she was phenomenal! Got a flat on my way to the dealership and had to get a new tire, decided to do all four since I was going to need them soon anyways and when I went to pick up my car the next day she surprised me with a cheaper cost then I originally quoted. Which is always great news! Angela was very professional, personable, kind, efficient, and overall good at her job. She left a great impression on me enough to come to this survery. Garber is lucky to have her!! I will definitely be going back to Garber if I should need any more work done on my car.

I just drove off with my 7th Honda Accord from Garber Honda in Rochester New York. Since 2001 my experience with the sales, finance, and service staffs has been excellent. They are certain to explain each step of my visit. I recommend this dealership.

Quick and efficient. I was out of there in less than a half hour. Not sure how all of the fluids were checked and changed so quickly?? Video update was kind of a neat touch. Would liked to have seen the whole process with the fluid checks. I know there's one fluid in particular you're not supposed to check unless the engine is cold so a little concerned how they checked that one.

Kara was awesome! I was only half seriously considering trading in my lease early when I stopped at Garber. She was friendly, informative, and persistent but never pushy. She is truly the opposite of what you think when you hear car salesperson. She persisted, found me a deal I couldn t say no to, and now I m the proud new owner of a Ridgeline I love. Thank you Kara!

I had an amazing experience! Ask for Hannah T. in the Service Department, she s the best! She mentioned she could replace my door handle from warranty that I didn t even knew that I had! Day of my appointment I mentioned I had a loose weather strip , luckily the piece was in-stock and they replaced that on top of my car door handle! Who ever worked on my car got it out way quicker than I expected :) definitely use their Starbucks coffee machine it s so good! I ve owned multiple civics since 2016 , Honda never disappoints!

I had an incredible experience with the service department. I wasn t expecting to to be WOWed by an oil change and recall service but I genuinely was. My Monday started off being complemented on my hair and style while being told I was walking joy. The women I worked with were so expressively kind and helpful. I look forward to my next appt!

Garber has by far given me the best experiences working with a dealerships. Unlike Bob Johnson Mazda located right up the road from them, Garber treated me with the most care and respect. They promptly contacted me about and solved my issue within a phenomenal amount of time. Not only was the service great, but because I didn't have a ride home and lived within the area, they paid for an Uber to get me home while I waited for my vehicle to be taken care of and prepared for pickup. I have had nothing but a great experience with all the staff I have delt with and would highly recommend working with them for your car service and purchasing needs.

The buying experience went very well. The salesman & finance manager made it easy, enjoyable and exciting! However, when the truck was getting detailed, the passenger side, center air vent was broken. It was noted the the center drivers side vent is inoperable as well. I also brought up when we did the test drive that the speedometer was primarily the metric system - km/h vice MPH. I requested that these be corrected when I brought my truck in to be undercoated on 1/4/2024, but nothing was done and these are still issues that I want corrected while my truck is still under its 30 day warranty. An expedited response would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Everything went smooth with the exception of when I took my vehicle back to have some stuff added to the car that was agreed-upon as the deal communication lacked, and had to take it back a second time to get everything done because they weren t aware of it

Always a pleasure to go for service. Service people all great I have dealt with Jill the most and she is wonderful answers all my questions especially concerns dealing with a newer vehicle for me!Last vehicle was a 2006 Pilot so going to a 2021 so much to learn!

The grill on my vehicle needed to be replaced. Angela, the service manager made sure to take care of this asap. Her and her team made sure to communicate with me about the grill and replacing it. Within one day the grill on my car was replaced, now my car looks brand new. I love it. Great service overall!

Excellent service experience at Garber Honda. I had body side moulding installed for my new Pilot. I also requested they pull out my hitch harness plug from behind the kick plate so I could transfer my trailer brake controller from my old Pilot to my new Pilot. It took the technician some time to do this and they did not charge me for this effort, which I appreciated. I might add that with every phone call I have made to purchase a new Pilot, trade in another vehicle, and then sell my old Pilot to Garber, I am greeted by someone happy and eager to help me. Impressive!

They had a week before my visit and knew what needed to be done. The day of the appointment, AFTER, id dropped the car off already they tell me they don t have the part and need another day. No offer or a rental, no real apology. I was actually looking to sell the car and get kids into a new Honda, I ll look elsewhere. Also, they wanted to charge me almost $200 just to hook up the $100 computer to tell me why light was on!! I got it done for free at another shop! Avoid these guys.

TPMS error displayed and I was near Garber Honda so I pulled in and asked them if they could squeeze me in to fix it. They were able to fix the tire sensor battery in a couple of hours. Very thankful for their extra effort and consideration.
