Bob is the best person I could ve asked for to help me go through the process of getting a new car. Mine was stolen about a month ago, and Bob was very accommodating with helping me make appointments to come in, putting a civic on hold for me and being very patient while I dealt with my insurance! He went the extra mile to make sure everything was going smoothly and I couldn t appreciate that more. Love my civic and I will absolutely be dealing with Garber Honda again! Thank you Bob!

Quentin Brooks and his manager were amazing! His manager negotiated my deal for 4 hours until he was able to get me approved and into my brand new Honda Civic Sport Touring. They stayed over an hour late just so I didn t have to wait until the next day to drive away with the it. I absolutely love this car. It is by far the nicest car I ve ever had! Thank you so much!

I would like to begin with thanking the entire staff and organization at Garber Honda for the most incredible experience with purchasing a new vehicle. Our entire family could not be happier or more satisfied. From the first second to meeting our sales representative, Brian Bender all the way to the thank you text the next day! I have been researching vehicles in various forms for several years in preparation for this day and it was fate with Brian. He helped us with all our questions and the process was extremely quick and enjoyable. Any uncertainties or anxiety were put to ease with his experience and customer service explaining everything and being helpful. Brian showed us all of the functional parts etc. As far as the Pilot Trailsport, well it speaks for itself. The secure soothing leather, explosive V6 engine, seem less quick shifts from the 10 speed, all the drive modes with room for 7, 3 cameras, panoramic sun roof .... It's definitely a lot of fun and I'm still learning the technology lol. I highly recommend Brian and this amazing dealership for helping me get my RIDE!!! Jay

I found my 2023 Honda Passport Ex-L on Cargurus and traveled an hour to get to Garber Honda. Zachary B was pleasant, responsive, and available for all my requests since day 1. If he was unsure of something, he quickly found answers. He had great hospitality and communication throughout the car buying journey. He made it his business to make sure I was taken care of along with the Garber team. Negotiations were made and they met me where I wanted to be financially. Buying my first car was overwhelming, but I left feeling good and excited!

I worked with Zachary Bliss on getting out of my lease and into a 2021 Honda Civic and I can t say enough good things about him and the experience overall!! He was so easy to work with, did additional research for me when they didn t have exactly what I wanted right away, and got me into the perfect vehicle right in my price range! Sara was my salesperson. She was patient and informative juggling a busy schedule and honoring all my requests. She did a great job. Ryan was great handling finance. He dealt with all issues with honesty and followed through with all my concerns. I would recommend Garber for a purchase of a car.

My significant other and I bought our first car together yesterday from Garber. Zach Andolesk went over and above what I would ever expect from a typical car salesman. He was able to work honestly with my family s financial needs without uncomfortable haggling and helped my family drive away in a car that I absolutely love!!! Ryan helped seamlessly seal the deal without surprises or complications. I would absolutely recommend. Five out of five!!!

James Heath is the best! Easy to deal with and very happy to help. He showed us a few cars and when he didn t have what we wanted where he was located he found exactly what we wanted at a nearby location. Wow! What a great experience I had buying our 2024 Honda Odyssey from Bob Dorsey @ Garber Honda. I took my time with the buying process & interacted with many dealerships. Bob continued to check in with me and see how the car buying process was going without making me feel pressured to buy. It was this personable and continued communication that convinced me - when I was ready to buy - I was buying from Bob @ Garber. Once I decided - the same excellent customer service continued. I m now a very proud owner of our family van & I m so happy I connected with Bob and Garber Honda. We will be back. And I m sending my friends too!

Yesterday I worked with Andrew Stein on getting a new lease. I was initially there just to look at figures and logistics but the session went from 0-100 when I decided life would be easier if I could just leave with the lease day of. Thankfully, Andrew was calm and efficient throughout the entire process and had me driving off the lot a few hours later with a new lease I could afford that meets all of my travel and lifestyle needs. Can t thank him enough!

This was my second time leasing from Garber Honda and I am very happy with the service. My salesperson Bob Dorsey was able to kindly work with me so that I could have a monthly payment I was comfortable with while acknowledging the equity I had in my previous lease. Where to begin.. for me, it s been a while since buying a car at a dealership. So it s kinda nerve racking. You know the kind of nerves you get with the unknown lying ahead. But the moment I drove into the lot and met up with Zach all that went away and everything felt simple. The experience was fun and far from nerve racking. Him and the staff on board were all great people and easy to talk to so it made the experience that much better. For me personally I couldn t have planned a better buying experience. All things went perfect and I was in the car the next day!! And now thanks to Garber Honda and Zach Andolsek my family and I feel much safer driving around, and knowing Honda has my back is the kind of peace of mind I ve been looking for for a while now. I had a wonderful experience working with Timothy Walker at Garber Honda! From start to finish, Timothy was amazing to work with. His lightning-fast email responses made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Normally, I dread the car-buying process, but Timothy's friendly demeanor and expertise made it a breeze. I cannot recommend Timothy highly enough he truly goes above and beyond for his customers. Five stars all the way!

I recently leased a new 2024 Honda HR-V from Garber Honda. Although I've been leasing Hondas for the past 9 years this was my first experience dealing with the Garber Dealership. I must say it was a very positive experience.I was able to negotiate a great deal on a new lease as well as trade-in my existing leased Honda vehicle with ease. My salesperson Roy Patterson was completely transparent from the moment I spoke with him via phone right through the negotiations of the lease agreement. Roy advocated for me, making sure my concerns/needs about the deal were met to my satisfaction. Roy most definitely went above and beyond to complete the deal. I will most certainly be dealing with Garber in the future. Until then I will be recommending Garber Honda to my family and friends.Thank you to Roy and the Garber family. It was a wonderful experience working with all of you.

Just purchased a new Pilot. Car is great- but what really stood out to me was the excellent service I received from Zachary. He took his time, laid out all the options clearly, encouraged me to compare different models and got me a great price on my trade. My family and myself have always bought our vehicles from Garber Honda. I have gone here for 19 years now myself. The staff there are always professional and courteous. They truly work with you to get your best deal. Brian Bender was my sales agent this time, and had assisted in my last purchase there. He crunched numbers along with his team to get me what I wanted at a price I needed. I wouldn t go anywhere else. They treat you like family, not just a paycheck. Wonderful experience every time.

Eddie at Garber Honda was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly with great energy. He consistently kept me updated throughout the process. I had a very specific vehicle model, trim, and color in mind to purchase and the team at Garber Honda went above & beyond to make this happen. Garber Honda was able to deliver my new vehicle in under 3 weeks where as other dealerships were saying it would take a few months!Staff from all departments were friendly and helpful .. they even went as far as walking me over to another department instead of just trying to verbally describe where it was located. Small gestures like this go a long way. Thank-you to Eddie and the rest of the Garber Honda family .. I love my new vehicle!!

This was my second time working with James on getting a car (my first time here at Garber Honda). This time I came with my husband with a very difficult situation on a car my husband had gotten while still living out of state. We were dealing with issues regarding the car and needed something different. We went in and James helped us out with amazing customer service on top of that and got us into a 2022 Honda Accord for my husband! Garber Honda in general also was amazing, we worked with Rich as well and he explained all the details of the new loan to us very well so that we knew exactly what we were getting into. If I ever need to get another car, James would definitely be the man I d go to!

I just picked up my first lease on a 2023 Civic Touring. My salesperson Ed Leno made the whole process smooth, easy, stress free and actually enjoyable. He stayed with me all day Saturday, working out every aspect to get the deal done. I got a great deal on an amazing car, and so far I couldn't be happier. When my Subaru got whacked by an irresponsible driver and found out the insurance was totaling it, there s only one vehicle I wanted to replace it with, another Subaru, and only one place and person that I wanted helping me, Ginamarie Lanzatella @ Garber Pre-Owned Super Center !!! I bought my 2013 Suby from her in 2019 and now my 2019 Suby too! Seamless and easy process, and couldn t ask for better communication! Thanks so much Gina!!!

My first time buying my own car was a simple, enjoyable process. The salesmen and financial employees were patient and friendly and helped me pick out the best options (trust me, there were a LOT of options). At the end of the day, I ended up with an awesome hatchback that's practically new! Very happy with the whole experience!
