I usually have a 5 star experience with this establishment. Not this time. An essential part came in With a flaw. It took several months to get a corrected part. My husband dropped off my vehicle in the morning. He received a call saying it is done. He asked Amy, and a Male employee to please lock it, and leave it in the front. We would pick up the spare key when we can. My vehicle is locked inside the building. Now, I had to inform my job, that on my 1st day with a new department, I have to go to work late. I also have to pay an Uber to get myself to Garber in the morning.

I really impressed with their work.Great costumer service, great people very polite, helpful, care and professional.My car was done before the estimate time.Don t listen to what people say about this shop with their bad experiences.I really recommended for this shop.Courtney was excellent and very nice person answer my questions and keep give me an update with their work.Thank you so much to all team or employees at Garber collision for everything. Great service. My salesman was helpful with finding me the perfect car. Any concerns I had were addressed immediately and taken care of by both my salesman and the sales manager. They make sure their customers are satisfied. Definitely recommend visiting them if you re looking for a new vehicle!!

Email communication was fast and kind. Insurance decided to total the car, and I forgot to grab an out-of-print CD out of the player when I collected my belongings. I called the next day. The receptionist was very pleasant, and she had it waiting at the desk for me to pick up at my earliest convenience.

They do perfect work. They let you know exactly where they are with your vehicle repair. They do what they promise and if your car is a Porsche, service work is performed by the equally excellent Porsche shop across the street. I can't imagine going anywhere else for repairs. I highly recommend them.

I chose Acura servicer to have added assurance for quality/repairs. Insurance ended up deeming total loss. Now I have to wait over a week, make yet another car payment before any semblance of progress. Garber process should not be my financial obligation.

We had minor work done on my wife's car here. The work was excellent and the guy we worked with was very nice and professional. The reason I'm giving them 3 stars instead of 5 is because the manager was aggressive and rude with us in the end. I believe the way he interacted with us was unwarranted and I'm confused about why our last interaction went that way. I'd still recommend this place for service but we won't be going there again.Service: Body & Trim

I brought my Porsche in for lower bumper guard cosmetic damage. They repaired it quickly and with high customer service. The entire Team there is a pleasure to communicate with, and they did terrific work of the highest quality. My car was completed by a 30+ year veteran who specialized in Porsche s. He knew what he was doing hard to find these days! Highly recommend Garber.Service: Painting

They did very good work. However, when I went to pick up my vehicle there was an area I was concerned didn't get the attention it needed. This problem was addressed quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

I am an employee here but I am also a customer of Garber Collision. My truck was hit from behind and Garber did a wonderful job with replacement parts and painting. I have a silver truck and the paint match is perfection. This Collision Department really puts out a great job. I left only a 3-star rating at the end of 2021 without feedback. The "Response from the owner" came in July 2022, which is the first issue. The body and paint work was great, but responsiveness was, let's say, tardy, and the shop didn't attach my front grille completely after the work was done. Bottom line: good place but attention to detail and communication needs improvement.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If your Car gets a ding or requires some major restoration, let the folks at Garber Collision make it right. Their body, interior and paint technicians are the best in the business. They make your Car happy and you as well. Stop stressing and make Garber Collision your one stop Shop.

I used Garber Collision for a repair to one of my vehicles. From the moment you step in the door you're greeted by friendly faces in a prompt and professional manner. The repair included a radiator and front fascia replacement that involved paint work. The repair was expertly done in a prompt fashion. What about being without a vehicle for a few days? They have courtesy vehicles available. Hopefully I won't need to utilize their services again, but if I ever have the need, I absolutely would look at Garber first.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

Garber Collision new I wanted my car to look new after some vandalism took place along with some other minor scratches! They did an excellent job and made sure that my car came out looking great! I appreciate their attention to detail and I hope that this level of quality continues to be a hallmark of their service at Garber Collision!

Great place! Skilled workers and very friendly staff. I recently had them fix my Corolla after a bumper bender, and they did a great job making it look like new!They were in touch with me through the whole process, and made it seamless and easy. I felt treated like royalty! Could tell they really cared.They were even helpful afterwards. My car battery died not long after picking the car up. Turned out it just needed to be driven for a bit to recharge. But they showed genuine concern and told me to keep them posted to make sure it wasn't because of something they did (which it wasn't). Very professional. Thanks! 5 Stars. Recommended.

I brought my 2013 Honda Pilot to Garber Collision after it was involved in a fairly serious accident and needed a lot of work. I just got the car back and it looks absolutely fantastic and drives beautifully. I would recommend Garber Collision without reservation to anyone in need of any collision repair work. They did a tremendous job and they're very easy/polite to deal with on the phone and in person.

I normally don't leave reviews but Garber Collision is fantastic. Super friendly service that appreciate your business. My car looked good as new after they were done with it. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I CAN SEE WHY THERE ARE ALL 5 STAR REVIEWS! From the moment I walked in to be greeted by Dawn and Nicky it just got better. Mike came over and took everything off my shoulders to do with my car needing cosmetic work. He then kept me updated every 2 days. I never had a question that was NOT answer. THEN.. The owner TONY called me just to check in and truthfully I felt like I was talking to my family. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING AND I HIGHLY 100% recommend this business. One week into owning my newer vehicle my car was pelted by a dump truck spewing out stone going at 60 miles per hour on 490 interstate. Garber Collision repaired my vehicle during the very start of this pandemic and repaired it in an extremely timely fashion. They did an incredible job, looks perfect. Thank you so much!!!!

I have had great experience after great experience and felt compelled to leave a nice review for the crew at Garber Collision.I have used Garber Collision multiple times, the shop manager Tim makes your problems his. It feels great knowing you have an ambassador up at bat for you, fighting insurance for a proper repair with the proper parts needed to complete the repair. I have toured the facility multiple times and every times all workers seem clean and well kept, the shop is clean and everything seems to have a place. All visible tools and machines look new and clean as well. This tells me a lot about a business that works in a productive and clean environment. It makes me feel comfortable that they are doing their jobs properly and not lazily. All of their work has come back looking great and without flaws. I will be suggesting Garber to my friends and family every chance I get.

Got rear ended and garber re built the back half of my car essentially. It was a new car and I have very high standards and although some issues arose and I'm probably not their favorite customer, they honored their guarentee and fixed all the issues I had. Having two teenage drivers I have used Garner Collision Center in Fairport New York more than I would have liked to . They made my car repair experience a great one every single time . I feel as though they go over and above any other collision shop I have ever dealt with to make the customer happy.

I tried calling Garber collision for assistance regarding some body work I wanted done on my honda vehicle. They picked up and halfway through describing my issues, the person said, "ok" and hung up on me. I've NEVER had a body shop or repair shop hang up on me. I was expecting a lot more from an official Honda shop.Good thing Ide Honda isn't far away. They were able to assist me and are much more friendly and timely than the last time I was in Garber to have some work done. Save your time and frustration and go to Ide.To address the reply, no message or communication has been received from the receptionist.

They did a very good job repairing the front end of my Nissan Altima. It looks brand new, and they were able to get me my car back very quickly. I wouldnt go anywhere else for collision repairs.

I d like to state the job done to my car was great, my issue was the customer service side of things, when I had brought the car in initially for them to take a look and do the estimate me and my grandpa were told we d be updated at least once a week about what was going on, after the first week that had stopped they called one time the first week to tell us they would have to order more parts then they estimated it for, after that it was silent for a week, the next week my grandfather called up to see and was told they were waiting on parts and they d call us in a few days to update us, once again no calls, this continued for the full 9 weeks they had the car, to the point we went down to the place to see what was going on cause every time they told us we d be contacted they never did, i understand repairs aren t a overnight thing but the customer service just didn t seem to care at all,Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They did an amazing job repairing some of the collision damage. They communicated so we'll during the whole process. I'd recommend them to anyone. The experience was so professional and easy on my part.
