Had my car towed here after a flat tire. Was told in the phone it would be $140 for the tire and mounting. Then got a call back that I need to replace at least 2 tires and that it would be $514 for that. Not sure how we went from $140 a piece to $514 for 2. Just picked up my car today and it was left with mud everywhere. The steering wheel was covered, the start button, the whole driver door inside and out and all over the glove box. Won t be bringing my car here again!

Staff is pleasant, professional and they know what they're doing here. They explain everything so easy to understand if there is an issue. Kathy at the desk is personable and helpful and great at customer service. Nelson and Austin overseeing the crew are also professional and make you aware of what may be needed down the road and also explain what is needed now. The mechanics who have worked on my car for several years, especially Larry, Patrick and John are great too and know my car.

I have been going to this Firestone for over 15 years. I used to know all the guys and trusted them totally. There has been a large turn over in the last couple of years and the new people don't seem to be interested in building relationships. However, I have still been bringing my car here. They seem to still do good work.

Larry was awesome to work with. Highly recommend. Beat the price of the dealership by $200 on a set of 4 tires.We delivered the truck on 12/23/22, it was a snowy day, 3-inches, upon picking up the truck I noticed there was a crack in the rear taillight, I pointed out the damage, initially I was concerned because there s no proof it was damaged here, yet I know it wasn t there before.Without question, Larry ordered the light and when I called to discuss it, he hold me to bring the vehicle in and they would take care of it on the house.Amazing customer service.Earned a customer for life.

All was fine except for the lack of consideration for one's time.Spoke with a store rep on Tuesday Oct 5 (over the phone), as my tires arrived 1 day early and asked if I can bring my car earlier or keep the Thurs appointment.The rep said with my appointment the tire install should take about an hour instead of 3 hours without an appointment - as a result I kept & showed up for the appointment.I arrived over 5 minutes before my 2pm appointment and received the car a few minutes after 5pm.This was after me asking for an updated around 4:25pm as my car was still outside in the parking lot.What's the point of an appointment if the business can't be organized enough to meet the expectations it sets?

Not sure why they allow you to schedule an appointment if they are incapable of honoring it. time management should be business 101. It was over an hour and half after my scheduled time that my car was finally taken in for the inspection. In the meantime another customer was basically stranded because they hadn't gotten to his vehicle yet and I overhead the manager throwing his employees under the bus and not offering any solution whatsoever for the guy who thought he was picking up his car only to find it hadn't been touched yet. Thankfully for him the employee who was thrown under the bus by the manager was able to work something out and the employee was so much better at his customer service skills than the manager. So between what was one of worst and most unimpressive managers I've ever seen and horrible time management I will never go back.

We have 5 vehicles & fleet service for my personal and business needs, we "Used" too bring here for over 20 years!!! until Larry left. Since Larry has been gone we are just another customer and the service and attention to our needs has sucked! I don't feel confident with the new management, non the less the work.

I was at the dmv around the corner and couldn t remove my front plate for the life of me. I figured I d stop and ask if someone at Firestone could help. Nelson was super nice and helpful and removed a stripped bolt so I could take my plate off. Thank you!!

They know me and I know them. I always drop the car the night before and wait for a call the next day. Rarely do I have an emergency that requires otherwise. They are very knowledgeable there and easy to work with.

I have used this shop for years and always have received professional and honest service. Recently had a reason to bring the car back, and they were honest about the mistake and took care of the repair quickly. Awesome shop!

I had some issues with me original trip but the manager was very quick to resolve my complaint and work with me going forward. He was there to schedule my next two visits and made sure he was present during my next two visits. The visits were exactly as promised for time and for pricing. I was extremely pleased.

I took my car to this store to buy 2 new front tires and they did a bad job... next day and i have a flat already! The Lady at the front desk, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and Annoyed by my complaint but she doesn't understand the i also have a job and it's very annoying to have to come back here and loose a day or work because the did a bad Job! She wanted to schedule an appointment for more than a week later! So I'm supposed to drive my car with new tires and bad alignment for more than a week? That is a terrible service and no common sense at all!!! This is my last time at this Store for SURE!!!

Service Advisor Not Truthful!!I dropped off my car at 7:00am in the morning with the hope Id have it by 1-1:30. I was told once its ready I would get a call. Well I called around 1:30 just to check and it was done but the female service advisor stated " I called you a few minutes ago but got no answer.... I hung up and checked both my phone and my wife's phone we had no call from Firestone. I was gonna leave it there but once I arrived to pickup my car I explained that me nor my wife received a call but the Service Advisor exclaimed she did in fact call me!! Well at this point I knew she was being untruthful, asked what number was dialed and she gave a wrong number not on the invoice!! Please let this person umderstand " The customer is why you work here dont lie to us!!By the way the repair was done perfectly!!Have a great day!!

Service was good as was the price. Was able to schedule an appointment just days away rather than weeks. Only disappointment was them not knowing how to reset the inspection light after they did the inspection.

I called for a price on tire. The minute I give them the size, the person started with, it a rare tire. Unbelievable. The vehicle it's not a rare vehicle. 2012 Kia sedona. Rochester probably have couple of hundred of those vehicles if not more. How is it this rare. $150. Per tire without installation. I found tires for $80. Each. 60,000 mile. There tire rating was lower mileage. Fire stone was my main suppler not any more.

My feelings are mixed the 2 employees I met Ali & Shy was wonderful,funny and professional. But was disappointed that most of my son car services was not taken care of! Brought the car back and waiting for part 2 update
