I brought my car in for what I thought would be simple. A warranty repair on previous work done and my brake lights. They took care of everything, but other issues came up that made the car unsafe to drive. They immediately checked it back in and are taking care if it so I have my car back. I can't speak to the service at the other Firestone locations, but I have never been disappointed here. And while car repairs are always expensive, they stand by their work, which in my experience is hard to come by. I definitely recommend this location based on this experience alone.

I have been having my car serviced at this location for over 25 years and have always been satisfied with my service and the friendliness and honesty of the staff. While I was sorry to hear that the manager I had known for so long had retired recently (Tim Nagle) I was delighted with his successor (Wes) and the staff assistant (Moussa), who are maintaining the high standards that I have associated with Tim and Firestone.

The Firestone at 2210 West Ridge Road in Rochester New York is a joke! I scheduled an appointment 3 days in advance, got the confirmation email and when I arrived the genius behind the desk said it's drop off only. I showed him the emails I received and he said there is another one that said to call the store which isn't true. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this store since the store manager (Tim Nagal) retired. He had the absolute best customer service and was always in contact if there was a scheduling conflict. The "managers" they have now are idiots and don't care about the customer. This will be the absolute last time I ever go to this company for anything. It's a shame because I've been a customer for at least 10 years with zero issues.

I needed a tire repair and scheduled an appointment online. Although the initial appointment was rescheduled it was easy and convenient. The staff at W. Ridge are friendly and helpful. The waiting area is clean, inviting and the furniture is comfortable and warm!!! It didn t take long and everyone was professional. I will be recommending.

Great place to get honest work. I've bought multiple tires from Tim and he has great knowledge about all of them. I always get good tires for my trucks and Tim is easy to work with. His customer service and knowledge will make it easy to be a returning customer.

This place is a scam & disgusting.I had scheduled an appointment for 10AM & had to wait until 5PM to call back MYSELF & ask if my car was even being worked on to which their reply was no. I then go to pick up my car 20 min later & they said they completed the wheel alignment & oil change, 2 guys literally said the same thing "should drive straight like an arrow" & to my astonishment me car did not drive "straight as an arrow" it reered off to the right like it had been doing before. You guys robbed me of $190 & did not even attempt an alignment.

By far the best mechanics I have ever used in my 16 years of driving. They are the most honest and fair people I ve ever dealt with. I refuse to go anywhere else. Please bring your business here!

Story time: My car started shaking and the engine light was flashing while I was in the middle of Saturday morning errands so I pulled over and used roadside assistance to set up a tow. This firestone was on the list of service centers in the area while setting up assistance so I chose it as I usually received good service at the Dewey Ave location. I called them know to let them know I was having my car towed to thier location. The lady on the phone said right away "we probably can't look at it till Friday the 17th"...ok 5 days of trying to figure out a car ill deal with it...now mind you I don't have roadside coverage so I had to pay for the tow. I called another place to see if they could take it but they could not so I switched it to go back to the firestone on W. Ridge as the tow payment was paid and the tow truck was dispatched.As I get home, I get a call from the same lady at Firestone saying they have the car but they can't do a thing with it for at least 2 weeks. Not hook it up to diagnose within the next week, nothing for 2 weeks final. Long story short I'm out another $162 to have it towed back to my house. Broke, single mom here BTW way too. Not sure how Friday the 17th turns into 2 weeks we can't even look at it WITHIN AN HOUR but THANK YOU FIRESTONE!

I had an appointment and they took me on time. I had a list of items I needed done and they did them and also pointed out some other things that needed to be done. They told me about them but didn't put pressure on me to actually do them but I knew they were most likely needed and respected them for telling me about them. Staff was very friendly and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle.

Firestone went above and behind too take care of my tire issue and took time too fill my tires the next and fixed another tire issue I hadI would recommend this Firestone store to anybody

I have been taking my vehicles there and have always had great service! I popped up recently before closing, and John took care of me .. He asked if he could wait until tomorrow to do a 360 check on my vehicle.. I recommend their services for ALL your car or truck needs

I went in today for an oil change . I told the tech I needed a rear light bulb . After inspection of my car he returns back to inform me I needed 2 bulbs . He quoted me $ 111 . My jaw dropped to the ground I laughed and said are you crazy for 2 light bulbs . His response was we charge 160 an hour . He gave me the estimate the bulbs themselves were 3 dollars the rest was labor .. I was furious called corporate and reported them .. I am not sure if they thought I was a stupid woman or just gullible.. whatever the case maybe I left and drove to auto zone it took me literally 2 minutes to switch the bulbs myself .. let's just say I will not be returning ...

Very honest amazing employees that won't screw you over, their best interest Is your best interest and I wouldn't trust any other shop. They sadly don't do transmission work but everything else they do is above and beyond quality. I would highly reccomend over any other mechanic in greece.Had issues with my suzuki and even after the point where they couldn't help me fix it, Donovan helped me non stop to try and find out how to fix it. Going above and beyond even calling other places and doing research online to try and find a solution!

Went in today for alignment and four new tires. Firestone broke all my wheel locks which was only 1 year old . They did not tell me they did that I found out by seeing the wheel locks on my passenger seat the guy at the front desk was very rude and on top of that he tells me they was unable to do the full alignment but it s funny how no one else has a problem doing my alignment the guy at fire stone just gave me a card with the store manager name on it and tells me take it up with him so Iam filing a complaintServices: Tires, Wheel alignment

Had a flat tire on a Sunday and was able to make an appt quickly. Kyle was helpful, honest and customer friendly. Was able to drop car off and have 2 front tires replaced and an oil change in 2 hrs. The price was unbeatable too! Professional service and highly recommended.

My wife and I have been bringing our vehicles (mainly high-mileage) here for 10+ years, and our experiences have always been fantastic. The crew knows their stuff, and their manager runs his location with the highest of ethics, integrity, and insistence on top-notch customer service. I recommend them to anyone.

I showed up to the Elm ridge location and no one arrived to open the store. I called the Ridge Road location where the manager Tim, apologized and welcomed me to his location to service my car. He treated me with respect and quickly evaluated and repaired my car. Tim took a negative situation for your company, that was not his problem, and turned it around with just some kindness and respect and excellent car service. You now have a customer for life.

I went in at 7:45am with a tire that was quickly leaking air. They got me right in and out in less than 45 minutes with a new tire (they couldn't repair the old one). The service was excellent. The guy that helped me made everything clear and never tried to upsell me on anything. He even saved me a little money on the tire. I will gladly go back.

Had 2 free oil changes up to 60 dollars, went for an oil change and a nys inspection. They did the oil change cost me 60 more dollars(on top of the "free" oil change). Couldn't finish the nys inspection because they didn't have the light bulb that was out for my license plate... drove down the road and my rear tire fell off !! Not kidding! 1000000% serious. They refused to take any responsibility, sent a mechanic to inspect my truck and said it wasn't there fault. 2500$ of damage and they blamed me. Beware! Stay away from these guys! These guys are very good at what they do. I definitely love their honesty because if they can't do a project they don't lie to you they come straight forward. I absolutely recommend them for your car service and stuff. 100% satisfaction!!!

First thing on Monday morning after dropping my kid off at daycare I came out to a flat tire on my van. I was able to get to the shop on the flat. They took care of me right away. Tim the Service Advisor was very friendly and told me everything about the repairs and gave me all my options for service. I was very grateful that they got my tire replaced and I was able to get back on my way to work in about 30 minutes!Thank You!

Thank you so much to the store manager, Tim. Each time that I have been in there he has been super helpful. He set me up with my second set of Bridgestone Blizzaks. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. My tire were there in one day and ready to go. Thank you Tim!!

Took my truck in today all though they are nice they dont listen mounted my snow tires in the wrong location and did not mark my summer tires on which side they came off the truck..If you read the service order it was clearly explained by me and printed on service ticket.Went back and complainedI will spend an hour and have them do it again.Maybe give them a better rating soonTook a day ... they contacted me and I decided not to respond and do the rotation myself. Changed from a one star to a three for the quick response to make it right
