Do NOT bring your car here if you value your time at all. They will smile and happily lie to your face about time estimates. Appointment times are meaningless so dont bother rushing in - they wont be getting to your vehicle for at least 2.5 hours.Truly avoid this place at all costs. Steve is not reliable - at all. Firestones motto is honesty and integrity and this place has none.Update after their District Manager called:Was condescendingly told that there's a difference between drop offs and waiting room. Never, ever, has it made a difference. I told them I'd be going to the gym a few stores down and will be back to pick it up - 2.5 hours later it still hadn't moved. I waited in the lobby for 1h20m with no movement of the vehicle. When I finally got fed up and rudely asked when will the Jeep be going in they said 'Oh it's going in right now'. 20 minutes later, it still hadn't moved, so I demanded my keys and left. District Managers solution was to offer a free oil change or inspection - my time is worth more than $30. You lost a 10yr customer.

I went here since 2019. Around 2021 they started to go really down hill. They never tell you what you need if they find something wrong with the car. They talked down to me and some of my other friends too. They would never answer the questions we had directly and spoke to us like we were stupid. Also! This whole time they told me they were giving me a full synthetic oil change and come to look at the paper that it was partial for $75. Awful business practices and expensive for no reason.

Dropped a vehicle off with an appointment made days prior, only wanted a diagnostic done, no work. Got there at 8:30am and was told it would be one of the first cars looked at that day, I went home, called around 2pm for an update and was told that the vehicle was up next to be looked at. Already angered, I waited till 5:30 to check in again, was told this time that it wasn't gonna be looked at today, it would be one of the first cars done in the morning. I wasn't about to be lied to again so I psyically went to the location around 6:30pm to pick it up and the car hadn't been touched, was covered in snow, had sat in the same spot I dropped it off in. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone that doesn't have a business week to wait around for their horrifically unorganized scheduling.

took my truck here for the first time for an oil change and inspection. they called me saying one tire wouldn t pass and i would need at least 2, if not 4 new tires because the one tire was at 2/32. took my car elsewhere the next day and watched it get measured and it was 3/32 and passed with no issues. can t get an honest inspection anymore, would not recommend firestone.

I called the store and spoke with Emery and he was very helpful from the get. He had me in out with an hr or so with new snow tires. The experience was amazing.

Everyone here was so amazing! I made a dumb decision and I waited until the last minute to get a lot of things fixed on my car. My inspection was way past overdue as was my registration and due to my own negligence, I was on a huge time crunch. The guys at Firestone @ Jefferson Rd worked with me throughout the week to fix everything, kept me informed and answered any questions I had, and got me inspection ready. Despite being overwhelmingly busy, they got everything done really quickly and were all incredibly kind and patient with me. I understand how frustrating it can be to be so busy and to have this girl walk in with all this work to do and not much time to do it. It means so much to me that they were so kind and got everything done so quickly. They really helped me out and reduced my anxiety of going to the mechanics. I ll definitely be back! Thank you so much to everyone there!!!

Stay away! Guys quoted me $883 for new tires with 80,000 tread life. They ended up putting on a tire with 50,000 tread life for $970. They added services without checking which increased the price another $300. They acted confused and basically dumbfounded when I brought this up. Go to Dunn tire instead! Much more professional and more importantly, honest.

The team at Firestone is professional. Hard-working and conscientious. They were very interested in meeting my needs and making sure that I had a good experience while working with them on my car. I will be back. I thought the value was good and the quality was excellent.

Very disappointed. This was my first time using this firestone location, my husband has been both an employee and a customer of firestone locations in Buffalo so we were confident is choosing a firestone in Henrietta. I work locally so I called a week before my appointment day and told them I would be able to drop off at 7AM and leave the vehicle there all day and pick up at 4PM. I did just that, dropped the vehicle off at 7AM on 5/31/23 for an oil change and alignment (we have lifetime alignments through firestone). I hadn't heard anything by 2:30PM so I called to check on the vehicle and they said it was just waiting on the alignment and to give them an hour. I arrived at 4:15PM, and they hadn't touched the vehicle ALL DAY. Then told me I could wait 40 minutes and they would get it done. IT WAS THERE ALL DAY!It's your loss Firestone of Henrietta, I'm a loyal customer when I receive good service and I am reimbursed by my employer for all vehicle maintenance so if you tell me it needs to be done, I usually do it. We will be taking the vehicle to Buffalo from now on. I would give zero stars if I could.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

Absolute do NOT recommend this shop. Went to get my brakes lines replaced which they quoted for $200-$600 (a normal brake job cost) but then went and charged me over double the max range which they quoted. My man John who quoted me went back on his word and instead of owning up to it lied and told me he never quoted that low of a price range. A normal brake line repair should take anywhere from 2-3 hours but these guys took 5.5 hours. If you dont like getting screwed over, dont use this mechanic and find a more honest shop.Service: Brake service & repair

I m super disappointed because I ve always recommended Firestone to friends and family.I brought my car in because there was a flat tire and asked for a quote to replace the rims. I explained I ve had 4 tires blow/go flat in under a year and I d like to see if replacing the rims would help. The man helping me said it was likely not the rims (before looking at the car) and laughed before saying are you sure it isn t the driver? It s upsetting when I m concerned about my car and they brush it off as a jokeService: Tires

I walked out the door at work at 5:15pm and started my car and it greeted me with a check engine light on. My car was shaking like crazy. I brought it to the closest repair shop near my job (Firestone). I expected to be told that they couldn t do anything this late. John and Brianna were able to find out what was wrong, get a part delivered and repair it all within an hour. To say that they exceeded my expectations is a gross understatement. I am in the middle of a move and starting a new job. They were able to alleviate the stress of car trouble in the midst of an already stressful time in my life. I hope Firestone corporate knows what GOLD they have working behind the counter. I will tell anyone who will listen why they should go to Firestone in Henrietta! Thank you so much!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I want to give a big shout out to the team at Henrietta, especially Brianna (please excuse me if I spelled your name wrong) , who was so helpful over a series of phone calls. My daughter drives a 2014 Jeep that was towed in right before severe weather moved in. We didn't have an appointment but the car was diagnosed and repaired quickly. Brianna did a wonderful job of carefully sifting through our repair records to ensure all valid warrantees (such as brakes and alignment) were applied. She was very patient with me and I enjoyed working with her. Over the years, I've used Firestone in Perinton, Webster and Henrietta for this vehicle and in each case I was treated well and felt the work was done to a high standard. I also appreciate the Firestone credit card which saves me each time I need repair.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair

I've never really had a problem with them until now. Took my car in as I had several dashboard lights on. They did a diagnosis told me what was wrong, that a few sensors needed to be replaced and would order them from the dealer. They told me that they would call when the parts came in. They didn't make a new appointment. I waited a week then called back and got told they were waiting on one more part, but still wouldn't set appointment and was told they would call when last part was in. Waited another week to call. Got told they had no information or order of parts. They told me they would have to run a diagnosis and charge me $99 for it, which was already done (good thing I kept my receipt). Was told once again that they would call me back. And imagine that they still haven't called and they already closed for the day. I have over $500 worth of repairs to do guess they don't need the money.

They are straight shooters. They tell you what's wrong with your vehicle and do their best to get you back on track, sometimes it's not what you want to hear, but that's the way it is.

I like firestone, however I'm a bit shocked, I arrived 30 minutes before appointment, oil change, and 2 back tires, and a alignment, I've been sitting 2 and half hours and still not done. It took more than 30 minutes to complete oil change, the guy took plug out, went and ate some chips and drank some soda, went to another car and worked on it for a while, then came vack to my car. Took wheels off, went back to other car. I'm not sure if there short handed or what. But I'm a bit surprised to see a employee eating while there are jobs to be done. I guess I see things one way. But not impressed at all. 2 and half hours later and still waiting for the alignment to be done.

I had scheduled an appointment in-person, in the store for a Friday 8 AM to wait and to have my tires changed. As I was running late by 15 minutes, I called Firestone to check if they were able to accommodate me. The person answering the phone said: No problem, come on in . As I arrived to the store at 8:15 and went to check in, they told me that I would have to wait a couple of hours in the store to get the service done because they put another vehicle in front of mine. When I refer to my call to them 15 minutes earlier, the receptionist said that my appointment was scheduled for 7:30... and that I was already late.Sum of it: Don t trust these people at Firestone when you are booking an appointment.Don t trust them when they say Come on in, no problem . Don t trust them when they confirm to you that your appointment is at X hours! Unless you have time to wait...Poor attitude and lack of communication - this is not the first time that this I don t care what information that I give to you- just come in attitude has happened to me.But certainly it was the last!If they are busy they discard you as quick as they take your appointment. This is way worse than airlines overbooking seats on an airplane.

This used to be our trusted, but expensive go-to, franchised repair shop. Management changed a few years ago, with it so did the quality of the work. They also used to have regular specials or corporate sponsored deals. Not so much anymore. They always seem to be very busy. It takes most of an entire day to have just about anything done.We are looking for a new shop. Prices here are comparable to other franchise auto repair places. Not sure if they still price match. They used to. Sales on services are limited.
