I went to them for body damage on my Model Y and they were fantastic from start to finish. Rose was extremely helpful and kind throughout the entire process from questions, rental and all the way to keeping me updated. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and gave very realistic expectations which I absolutely appreciate. Finally the repair work is fantastic the panels and parts that were replaced look even better than when I picked my car up from Tesla. I highly recommend them for any repair work!

I can t say enough good things about Fetzner. When my Tesla was hit by another vehicle, they not only did an excellent job on repairs, but took on all the stress of dealing with the insurance companies. They communicated clearly and even finished the job earlier than expected. Special thanks to Ryan and Rose!

Fetzner did a fantastic job!They were very detailed in everything when reviewing the collision work needed on my Tesla Model 3. Brian and Rose did a phenomenal job with keeping me up to date on my Tesla s condition. They worked directly with my insurance adjuster and got everything sorted out. Couldn t recommend them more for any Tesla collision repairs!

I reached out to Fetzner collision to take on the daunting task of remedying the repair work done by the previous owner of my Porsche 911. I was a bit nervous to have this level of work done and did not want to have just anyone do it but Brian and his team definitely put me at ease with their attention to detail and communication. The end result was top notch and still don t believe it . They must be magicians

I had an absolutely incredible experience here. This collision center is clearly experienced, but what an AMAZINGLY POSITIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!!I was greeted immediately and so well taken care of - along with my vehicle - I don't have anything to compare it to - it was THE BEST experience!The work they did for me in addressing factory paint issues was REMARKABLE!If you have body/collision repair needs, I highly recommend you bring your vehicle here!Thanks to Rose and Brian who took amazing care of everything!

Fetzer is the place to take a Tesla for body work. I am from Ithaca and it is totally worth the drive. Have had serious fix-up done on an S and a Y and both came out terrific. And super nice folks all around.

I had a fantastic experience at Fetzner Collision, thanks to Joe D'Anuzio who led my Tesla's repair process after a dear strike. His expertise in dealing with insurance and knowledge about EVs were outstanding. Throughout the process Joe kept me updated via email, ensuring a seamless experience. The team was very friendly and even returned my rental car for me! Highly recommend for their dedicated service and expertise.

Great repair shop for your Tesla. I was concerned about proper repair after hitting a deer but everything was handled and done very nicely (can t tell anything happened), also smooth process with insurance. Highly recommended

My experience with Fetzner was definitely not a five star event.A deer hit my car causing damage to the right front fender, grill, bumper, and hood. I had read great reviews for Fetzner so I decided to take the car there. This was contrary to my insurance company s recommendation and also contrary to a good Samaritan s recommendation. The good Samaritan stopped when the car was on the side of the road to offer his help. As it turned out the good Samaritan was a Customer Care Manager for a dealership of the same make of car that I own, and he recommended the same collision shop as my insurance company. I should have listened.When I first drove my car into Fetzner s they were friendly enough. They stated that although they had had issues with other insurance companies in the past, they had a positive experience with my company. They said they would keep me informed as things progressed.After two weeks of not hearing anything from Fetzner I called them. They stated they were waiting for the insurance adjuster to come out. I am under the impression this was an independent adjuster, not someone employed by the insurance company. Another two weeks went by without hearing anything from Fetzner. So I called them again. They stated they were waiting for a supplemental check from the insurance company. I called the insurance company, and they said they had just mailed it out that same day.From here things progressed fast. In a day or so Fetzner sent me an email stating the insurance company s supplemental check was still not enough and I had choices:1. I could pay the difference out of pocket.2. I could let my insurance company suggest shops willing to do the repairs as written by the adjuster.3. I could let Fetzner continue to negotiate with the insurance company, but there was a chance my car would be totaled.I asked Fetzner to continue to work with the insurance company, and forwarded Fetzner s email to the insurance agent. My insurance company then suggested the best way forward was to have the car towed to the shop they recommended in the first place. I agreed.Fetzner presented the new collision shop a bill via email for $2,759.40, stating, " The charges to pick up Mr Myers [car] are attached below. I also received a copy of this bill with no explanation as to why. I m assuming this bill was paid because the car is no longer at Fetzner s. Part of this bill was $1,815 storage fee , gate fee of $125 and admin fee of $25. I was never verbally informed of all these fees when I took the car in. All I was told was that they felt confident working with my insurance company. All these fees are probably in the Contract for Vehicle Repair and Repair Authorization which I signed. At the time I was told that document was just to allow them to dismantle the car to check for hidden damage.In conclusion, before you take your car to Fetzner s you should consider:1. Fetzner may not be able to come to terms with your insurance company.2. The cost of repairs for front end damage resulting from a deer collision at Fetzner s could amount to as much as totaling your car (even though you were able to drive it into the shop).3. Ask for a detailed explanation of charges in case Fetzner cannot come to an agreement with you insurance company.4. When Fetzner states they feel confident they can work with your insurance company, this may not be the case.5. The end result of taking your wrecked car to Fetzner may be a delay of over a month on repairs, possibly paying out of pocket for any discrepancy between Fetzner and insurance/independent estimates if you want your car fixed there, and ultimately being responsible for undetermined fees even though Fetzner suggested to let my insurance company suggest shops willing to do the repairs as written by the adjuster .

This is a terrible body shopThey gave me a quote told me they can work on my vehicle and then forced me to work on extra things that I didn t approve of. They tried to rob me overcharge me and they help me 0 with my Tesla.Never go to this body shop. It s a scam they re liars and they will rob you.

Car had to essentially get repainted due to vandalism and also had to get warranty work done. Brian and Joe did amazing work. Car came back looking so much better than I thought; will be recommending them to those I know that need work done.

Brian and Rose did a phenomenal job with keeping me up to date on my Tesla s condition. Though we did have parts delays due to weather and other circumstances, they kept me in the loop the whole time. They worked well with my insurance adjuster and got every squared away quickly with them. Couldn t recommend them more for any Tesla collision repairs. Fetzner Collision replaced the damaged hood on my 2019 Volvo XC90 Inscription. I worked with Ryan who kept me informed through the entire process and did an outstanding job of dealing with my insurance company. The paint work was exceptional and the SUV looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. I couldn t be happier!! Fetzner Collision is a first rate, highly professional repair shop! My 2021Tesla Model Y had a damaged front bumper and Fetzner restored it to brand new condition. They work seamlessly with the insurance company and their estimate was transparent and accurate. The owner and team are friendly and responsive. When I picked up the vehicle the interior was also detailed to brand new condition--a nice for sure. 10 out of 10 experience working with this business. From start to finish the repair process of my model 3 was seamless. I also had a complex situation where I was rear ended a second time while waiting for the parts to come in for my first repair, and the guys here helped me navigate two insurance claims without any headache. Amazing service once again from Fetzner! Joe was a rock star working with me and going to battle on my behalf with my insurance company. Let's just say I was not "in good hands" with my particular insurance company. After several rounds of negotiations he was able to get them to cough up a little more money. I have been bringing my cars to Fetzner for years and will continue to do so because they always go the extra mile for their customers. The quality of their work is always outstanding as well. My Volkswagen Jetta is a tricky color and they made it look brand new! Like it never even happened. I cannot recommend Fetzner Collision enough! I hit a deer and caused a fair amount of damage to the HVAC and front-end suspension of my Tesla. Fetzner's Collision was highly professional and responsive from the beginning, handling my questions with knowledge and courtesy. They seem to have done immaculate work, complete with lifetime warranties for straight-from-the-manufacturer parts. They completed the repairs sooner than I expected and worked seamlessly with my insurance company. There was none of the condescension or bluster you sometimes get from larger shops.
