Just want to give a huge thanks to Joel he did a beautiful job getting rid of my rust. Looks like new. If anyone has rust bring your vehicle here because nobody else will touch it. So again thanks so much . I will tell everyone about this place

Just had the front end fixed on my BMW 3 Series at Fabrication One in Rochester, NY. They fixed all the mechanical, body and paint issues so that it looks like a new car. They completed the work 5 days earlier than their estimate and kept me informed of any changes. Very bad customer service instead of trying to do any business they will interrogate you asking millions of questions about why you even want to do business. Joel is not professional at all 20 years or not, websites states they provide all types of custom install which is false, they question you on why you want to custom install beware of this company. You really can't find good help these days can't believe you rated this high

Originally I went to Joel for a quote on paintless dent removal he quoted me and I left to go get a second quote. The other place I went to that advertised paintless dent removal said I needed a whole new door, and the third place I went quoted 3k dollars. Joel did the job for a fraction and you cant even tell there was a dent . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOEL FOR ANY BODY WORK.

Fabrication one does great work. I am very satisfied with the work that is done. The Collison work is top notch , reasonable pricing , clean shop. Excellent paint job that lasts a long time. I would highly recommend this place.
