Gina and crew are fantastic. The communication was awesome. Every day you get an update on the progress. Everything was done as promised. The car looked better than when it went in to the shop. If you ever need a collision shop go see Gina and crew. You won t be disappointed!

I would never use another shop! Gina was amazing my Dodge looked perfect.. communication was awesome with daily updates and pictures I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP there is not enough stars for this place

Very service oriented from start. I furnished the estimate from my insurance company to Emerson, and they took care of the rest from started to finish. They worked with my insurance company for additional damage missed by the adjuster to the rental car. On top of that, I received quality pristine repair. I was in the loop till the time I picked up my car. I would highly recommend Emerson for all you repairs.

Incredible customer service and workmanship!! I took my car to Emerson for repairs after an unknown object hit my rear passenger door and nearly punched a hole through the metal skin of the door. They initially thought they might be able to repair the door but ended up having to replace it completely. My car is a fairly rare color and they also ended up having to blend the existing painted surfaces adjacent to blend in the new door. Work was impeccable and the car looks as good as new. Gina kept me updated with regular text message updates including photos of the work progress. Not only does the outside look fantastic, they completely cleaned the interior as well, such a nice unexpected surprise! I highly recommend Emerson if you need work done on your vehicle.

This is still my favorite collision shop, they do a great job and keep me well informed on the progress of my car as it's being fixed. Only downside for them is they are always busy, so appointments sometimes run out a ways.

My experience with Emerson Collision was amazing. Gina and her team exceeded my expectations throughout the entire process. They quickly worked with the quote and handled everything with the insurance as well. Scheduled me with a rental in which Enterprise met me at the site and drove to their office so I can have my rental. Afterwards I was able to go on my Christmas vacation successfully with the rental and visit the Dominican Republic. Even as I was in international territory the communication was there everyday with updates from Gina. Honestly could not more pleased. Thank you all for your efforts and work. Definitely will use again in the future and recommend to friends and family.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Pat, Pearl, and Gina offered some of the best customer service I have ever encountered in the auto industry. It is clear to see they take pride in doing a good job and find it important to take care of each and every customer. They are absolute professionals and are sure to follow up.

5 STARS, Gina & Pearl @ Emerson Collision are amazing! Gina patiently with a quote with collision damage to my vehicle. I only wish I came here for my original Transmission issue and the collision damage would of never happened. Gina took the time & was so helpful. I received the fair estimate within 30mins. The facility is clean & the walls are filled with cards & letters thanking TEAM for amazing service. I look forward to having my vehicle Collision Damage repaired with Emerson Collision. It's really nice to see that there are nice people in Customer Service that care about helping the Customer. Thank you again!

Hands down 5 stars!! Gina is awesome and amazing at what she does. All the staff is so personable. They also keep you up to date with anything that is going on with your vehicle. The best shop I ve ever been too! Gina is amazing I ve been there 3 times for body work and never been more happier! The guys that work on the car does a great job also and moves fast. Gina s costumer service is amazing! And she updates you every day on the progress of your vehicle. You ll never feel left out or wondering what s going on. She tries her hardest to make sure you re vehicle is perfect. And tries her best to get it back to you quickly also with quality work. I ve never had a issue ever there. She s very caring and understanding and does over and beyond every time my car goes to them. I ll never go anywhere else but to them thank you so much Gina!

I just needed a small fix to have my window channel on my car replaced. They were able to get my part in within a few days and have my car fixed as soon as the part came in! Gina at the front desk was so sweet too! Highly recommend!

Supub customer service, and excellent communication! The work that was done to my car was pure excellence.Gina was in contact with me EVERY step of the way, so that there was nothing that I was ever unaware of.The paint job that was done was beautiful!My car was sparkling clean when I came to pick it up! I did business with Emerson years ago and was pleased with their work. Recently, my son's 9 year old Jeep needed some work on the lift-gate so I went straight there. Gina gave me an accurate estimate within two hours. . She located a used OEM part in great shape. They cleaned it up, painted it to match, and mounted it on the Jeep. They then finished the job by waxing the entire vehicle and cleaning the inside. We needed the vehicle back within a few days and they came through for us - even finishing a few hours earlier than expected. It was a tight time-line and I really appreciated their extra effort to finish the job. Great friendly customer service. Gina texted me work updates and pictures! My thanks to everyone there. I can't recommend them more highly. One of the best contractors I have ever used for anything!

UPDATED Review: I had to bring another car in because I was involved in a rear fender bender. I needed the vehicle back ASAP so I could make a long trip for work. They once again came through for me and worked with my insurance, so I had no out of pocket cost. Just like last time they kept me informed and got my car back to me days before I was scheduled to leave. The customer service up front is awesome and the craftsmanship makes you feel better because you know it's being done right. Thanks again.The staff there is very courteous and professional. I took my wife's car in to have the bumper painted because of some shotty work another place did. The paint was peeling and needed to be redone. There was zero effort on my part. They handled everything through my insurance company.Gina sent me updates through text about once a day. Perfect because I didn't have to worry about calling. Just said thanks. Awesome job.

Very good start to finish. First off, they were able to give us a very competitive price. I brought my truck here after being totaled. Gina was very accommodating to make sure any questions I had were answered, and even went as far as to message me personally to make sure everything worked out with my vehicle. Emerson collision was recommended to me by a family member and my experience solidifies that recommendation. There's a lot of shops that will take advantage of you if given the chance, after working with this shop, I know this isn't one of them.

Very pleased with Emerson Collision. Excellent daily communication from Gina, and she took care of everything with the rental as well. It was a straightforward process, and most of all, my vehicle looked great and was delivered in better condition than it was when it arrived there. Highly recommend.

This is the second time I have used Emerson for body work on my car and I couldn't be more pleased. Both times, Emerson exceeded my expectations and handled everything required to get my car repaired, including working with the insurance company and rental car. My 10 yr old car looks brand new. They cleaned it inside and out went above and beyond what they were required to do. Gina is exceptional and makes sure everything is perfect. Thank you so much Emerson Collision. This collision center is incredible. Not only are the people friendly and super knowledgeable they try to get things done quickly and well. They don't cut corners and work very well with the insurance company to make it so you have to do as little as possible. Gina was also a sweetheart that gave updates daily and actually cares about the customers. Hopefully I won t need them again but if I do they will always be my first choice.

Amazing service. Gina kept me informed through the entire process and did all the communication with the insurance and rental companies. She made everything SO easy. When I picked up the car, the employees went above and beyond by helping remove my child seat from the rental car to my car. Not to mention, my car looked great inside and out. They repaired the body of the car, but also cleaned and vacuumed the inside...which was not an easy task! I am so impressed by everyone there. Thank you!

No words can describe how GREAT Emerson Collision is; we smashed our Lincoln last month and it couldn't have come at a more terrible time. Gina was always in contact, friendly and incredibly understanding. Perfect example of great customer service, she couldn't have exemplified it any better. She also went the extra mile and sent pictures regularly, called our insurance company to inquire about our deductible being waived(and it was), and never once seemed bothered. Aside from their excellent customer service, their craft is impeccable; we received our vehicle back in beautiful condition and incredibly clean- looked just as good, if not better than when we bought it.If you're looking for collision repair I HIGHLY recommend them, they are incredible at what they do and take the stress out of a stressful situation.

The customer service and workmanship I received at Emerson was OUTSTANDING. Throughout the process of repairing my vehicle I worked with Gina who is an absolute delight. She took care of setting up my rental car, matching quotes from other shops, and even texted me nightly updates of the repair. I was blown away with their service and my car looks amazing. They even cleaned the interior. I can't recommend Emerson Collision any higher!!!!!

The quality of their work is excellent, very discerning regarding the condition of the parts they will use. The customer service is EXCELLENT! Gina texts us daily with updates and pictures of the used parts/ condition.This is the 2nd accident that we had them do the work and would definitely recommend them.

I hit the bumper of another vehicle which was my fault. So the woman I hit and I decided to take care of the matter by not going through insurance and I would pay out of pocket. I dealt with Gina (Emerson Collision) for the most part throughout the process. She could not have been any more helpful and genuine. The cost of the damage was very reasonable and the customer service was nothing but the best. During the period of time I had to pay off the balance, I spoke with Gina and Tony; both of them were so helpful and very comforting. I would recommend Emerson Collision to any and every one.
