My tire blew out while driving. It was old & probably under inflated. Be sure to check your tire pressure REGULARLY!!! Dunn tire took in my car on a busy Saturday, they found time to put 2 new tires and get me back on the road! My heroes!

I am highly impressed with the service provided by Dunn Tire's Pittsford location, particularly by Jon, the Assistant Manager. He has consistently demonstrated exceptional attention to customer inquiries and requests, responding promptly to several email communications. Jon's genuine care is evident in his professionalism. He conducted a comprehensive inspection of my Michelin all-season sport ultra-high-performance tires, and meticulously measured the tread depth. Subsequently, he contacted Michelin to secure a 25% warranty offer on my behalf. Although Dunn Tire did NOT have 21" ultra-high-performance tires in stock, forcing me to opt for a different wheel size and forfeiting the warranty rebate, Jon was quick to apply a veterans discount upon my request. The entire transaction proceeded smoothly, culminating in the purchase of a set of 19" Michelin CrossClimate 2 ultra-high-performance tires to go with my acquisition of 19" T-Sportline wheels to replace my OEM 21" Uberturbine wheels Michelin Pilot Sport 4 All Seasons staggered configuration.

I was in desperate need of tires and having exhausted several places that were either too busy , so long wait time or prices were insane, I was told to check Dunn. This was the best experience I have had with car needs. Mark and John were absolutely wonderful they were helpful personable and informative. Dunn beat any and all prices I had been quoted elsewhere and II had my tires on within one day and in less than an hour. Dunn now has me for the life of my car and Mark and John deserve very high praise. Thank you guys, you made my day.

This location was great! I needed a tire for my daughters car and didn t have much time to get it done. i ordered the tire that morning they had it in by the afternoon! I was very happy with their service, I will be using them again in the future! Thanks DUNN TIRE!

I bring all my cars to Dunn in Pittsford fir tires, oil changes, state inspections. These guys are no hassle, great service, and super efficient. I ve never had a bad experience there. Keep up the good work!

Could not imagine a better experience at a tire shop. Called ahead and needed a tire patched up. They got me right in, had great communication, service, and repaired the tire quickly at a stellar price.

I was surprised that my tire size (235/40R19) was not available in Blizzak. I checked good rated comparable tire and special ordered Michelin snow tires - paid in advance and made appt for install. Installation went well and I was out the door in about 35 minutes. I was surprised two of my Michelin all weather tires only lasted 15K miles and needed replacement in the spring!

One of the four ordered tires arrived in a defective state. The mechanic spotted this, rejected it due to a bad bead, and ordered another. An agent at Dunn immediately called to let me know, updated me and called back when the tire arrived. This allowed me to work on other things at home instead of waiting on site for the tires arrival.

My Car died, had to get it jumped and needed to take it somewhere immediately for a new battery. Took it to Dunn Tires and even though my battery needed special ordering they had it delivered and installed very quick, and all parties were super helpful throughout the process

As we were traveling and ran into tire trouble we came across Dunn Tire. The staff was more than willing to help even with closing in less than 25mins. We truly appreciate the staff and are grateful we were able to make our 6.5hr drive home safely.Service: TiresService: Tires

Brought my car in for tire rotation and brake trouble. Explained the problem I was having, specifically said it was losing fluid and probably the cylinder or lines. Was not told upfront that Dunn has a very limited set of skills mechanically. Apparently they can't fix a brake line. Unless it is color by number parts it isn't happening. Being told that upfront would have been helpful. At least I took a couple of hours off work and wasted my timeService: Tires

Easy to get an appointment for my NYS inspection. A little disappointed at the length it took. I got to the shop early; but they guy working the desk said he thought they forgot about my car. Ended waiting 1hr 45 min for my car; worst part was having to wait in the really cold waiting room! In total I waited 2 hrs for my car. I was told it wouldn t be longer than an hour. If I knew it was going to take that long I would have made arrangements to pick it up before closing. Better communication would have been appreciated.

Bought new tires for my 2012 Ram.Original aluminum wheels that I have previously had to put air in my tires a couple times a week. I even had others remount the tires to fix the problem. More than once for each tire. I told Dunn about this when I bought the new tires and they said they would clean the corrosion from the wheels before mounting the new tires.It s only been 1 week so far, but the tires aren t losing pressure. The Dunn Pittsford people were very polite, friendly and did the work quickly. Went back the next day to check the lug nuts and I didn t have to wait at all.I will definitely use Dunn Pittsford from now on. I d also like to thank Kelli. She ordered the tires for me thru their online chat on the Dunn website. She made it quick and easy and set up the appointment as well.I was impressed by the whole operation!Thank you Dunn Tire !Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Amazing experience! I walked in without an appointment- expecting that I was going to have to make one. They were able to get me in as soon as I walked in the door. I explained what was going on with my tire and milliseconds later they were asking for my keys to take a look just to diagnose it for me. Minutes after that they weee taking my information and expertly explaining what they thought it was and what they could do to fix it, if I wanted them to. When I saw the price I was in awe at how absolutely reasonable it was. I waited maybe 10 minutes and they had not only fixed my problem but found some other undesirable findings in my air filter (think critters making a home) that I never would have known was there if they hadn t found it. The only reason they found it is because they went the extra mile and checked my battery and filters for me while they had it back there, just to be thorough. They cleaned all of that up for me at no extra cost.Mike the manger was so friendly and helpful and just a great down to earth person that was so personable and wonderful! The mechanic who worked on my car came up front to bring me the keys and was so knowledgeable and great!In the short time that I was waiting there while they worked on my car, at least 6 other customers walked in the door, with a few more that called on the phone - each customer had a wide variety of car problems that they needed help with and each and every one was treated with expertise, kindness, friendliness, and just all around great care! That s what sets these guys apart - you can tell that they really care, are good at what they do, are honest - and have prices that are honest to match! It s not often that I walk into a place for the very first time - especially with something as potentially expensive as anything relating to getting a car fixed can be - and get the immediate gut feeling that I trust the people, and am amazed at how low the price is - when not knowing who I am they could have easily charged me more!! These guys were just the best and showed how knowledgeable they were, and took expert care of me and my car! I can t say enough good things about them!The entire experience start to finish are the things that dreams are made of in the kind of experience you always hope you are going to have with a business! I almost didn t go here because of a bunch of bad reviews that I read on line but it s close to my house. My 1 hour appointment took 2.5 hours, they couldn t align my SUV since they couldn t figure out how to put it in neutral due to the push button shifter so they never aligned it after 2.5 hours. Lastly, after paying $1,500 for new tires and no alignment they wouldn t reinstall my wheel covers over my lug nuts and told me I would have to come back a second time or just do it myself.Service: Tires

We have been going here for years for oil changes, brakes and tires. Their prices and honesty are always unmatched!I, and other people I have referred here, have been told by service departments in other establishments that service/repairs were needed when it was not! They have saved me from being scammed (usually by dealerships where I would go for scheduled maintenance only to be told I needed this or that) so many times, I don t even bother going anywhere else now, unless the repair is still under warranty.The only complaint I have about this place is the length of time it takes to get an appt. I guess the word is out! That s OK bc their Jefferson Rd location is great too and you can still get in there in a pinch. This place is my go to for all my car needs! The lady at the front desk is super sweet and friendly! The manager Jon always goes above and beyond for me when it comes to service! Highly recommend!Again went to Dunn in pittsford, Jon and the team there are amazing! Assisted in taking care of my partners and my car simultaneously! Friendly and honest!!! We will be back!!!

This was my first experience buying & having tires installed by Dunn's. I was very impressed with how fast they were able to both get and install my new tires. Everyone on there was very friendly & professional. I would definitely recommend the Dunn's in Pittsford to friends and family.

Today the tire light came on and I checked and found a nail in it. One reason I purchased my tires from Dunn was the free flat repair. Took my car there and in less than a hour the tire was repaired.That s why I ve been a Dunn customer for over 20 years

Mark creates an environment of trust and care! He is a great person and a great manager. He and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and responsive! They provide great customer service. Jesse was the mechanic who worked on my car and he went above and beyond to make sure I received the necessary maintenance on my car. His knowledge and skill is top notch. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable place for your auto needs.
